The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

Hey all CS here back in action with a few opportunities for those who want to jump on them. Over the next few weeks I’ll have need of some members of the mansion and the X-Team for a few threads that should be pretty awesome!
Over the past few weeks Sam has been under the influence of a high level telepath unbeknownst to him during his “little” blackouts he has been going global and rounding (by force) up former T.A.T.A.M.A.H. agents from his childhood for the sole purpose of up starting a smaller faction of the old agency (description of said agency below).
Once Sam starts to discover what he has been doing however the telepath decides that she isn’t satisfied with the former agents and wishes Sam to spirit away a few of the kids from the mansion and who better to do it than the one who teaches them? No one will suspect him till the last one is taken.
So what I need from you is:
3-4 kids from the mansion (age 6-18) who wished to be kidnapped by Sam either by force or not (however you want to handle) once captured you’ll begin some similar training Sam underwent when he was younger (have therapist on standby). You will be rescued before any major damage is done.
2-3 X-Men/ Women (Mirror and Jorge shall already be playing their roles so they don’t count) you lot will be rescuing the kids from a few of the operatives and CS himself so if any of you who want to lay the hurt down on CS get in line.
To all of those who are unfamiliar with Sam’s past he was kidnapped when he was a child to become an operative for T.A.T.A.M.A.H.
T.A.T.A.M.A.H. (Tactical Anti-Terrorism Against Mutants And Humans) was a very loosely government affiliated program that started when mutants started popping up all over the country. After some inhumane methods in training and capturing mutants and humans it was “disbanded and destroyed” from the records, however they continued their work after all federal funding was cut.
They also continued to “recruit” younger mutants to train them to become loyal operatives. Eventually they started to sway from anti-terrorist ideals to more of an assassin training facility. Over time they were becoming less and less effective and once one of their major operatives fled after destroying their main base of operations it seemed impossible to recover their losses so they branched off into other organizations.
Recently however, two of their more successful operatives had started to round up some older operatives trying to jump-start T.A.T.A.M.A.H. again.
Amanda: #603 Mutation: Telepathy: Able to read thoughts from those around her and the more she enters someone’s mind the more control she can have over said person, however it comes at a great risk not only does it leave her main body vulnerable to attack but the longer she stays out of her own body the weaker it becomes so she can’t stay out of her own body for more than days at a time.
Low-level telekinesis able to move small objects with her mind or stop things from free-fall over exertion of this ability leads to blackouts
Sydney: #601 Mutation: Shape shifting: Has the ability to see someone and be able to duplicate said person almost identical. One of the things he can fully change however is the roots of the hair of the person he is trying to copy. The very bottom of the roots has a blondish tint to it.
Two lesser operatives that were captured and are back on their roster:
Unseen: #542 Mutation: Camouflage: has the ability to latch onto any surface and merge with it to hide his physical form. His skin does not take on the properties of the object he is merging with only the color.
Bladesman: #630 Mutation: Enhanced human refluxes, speed and strength. Also has the ability to pull bladed weapons from his arms and legs.
Telepaths scream for confrontations with Old Women (who happen to have swesome mental powers. With Anvils.). Im going to give you a tentative yes on Granny, though its... tentative, because I know my posting has been very erratic as of late.
Profile? Look here young man. You might learn something. Archive Me!

I volunteer Chase to be kidnapped!! Please, oh please can Chase be kidnapped?! (If there aren't enough kids... I volunteer Gina as well. But I'm presuming that this will be popular so for the time being, I'll stick to just Chase~)

I'm with Granny. I'd love to participate but my lack of posting of late makes me suspicious of my ability to do so. So it's a tentative yes so Drew can maybe sock CS a good one.

Hey everyone thanks for the interest in the plotage! Though I originally planned for no more than seven the amount of responses called for something a little bigger so to all those that had interest in kicking CS’s butt I apologize only a few of you shall have that opportunity unless a few of you take a swing once he is down and back in the hands of the X-Men (pictures Drew doing this).
Other than the three kids who are getting kidnapped there are two other teams (originally supposed to be one) that get to participate in the rescue/beat down. To all those who aren’t on the teams I’m sorry (makes note of them and might drag them along on a mission or two ).
I’m currently in the first stage of this mini-plot meaning it might be a bit before you will be needed however, expect a PM from me soon with more information and a link, kids who get kidnapped sooner than everyone else and best start saving for the therapy bills.
Any questions or comments feel free to pm me!
Team one: Find/ Confront Sam and get him back into X-Custody • Saph Shin • Granny
Team Two: Save the kids and take down a few of the higher ups as well as some armed guards. I also have a surprise or two lined up for you. • Mirror • Jorge • Drew

Does anyone know if this will take place before the hunting game mini plot. I've got Teddy volunteered for both kidnappings but I was thinking it might be easier if they rolled together and Teddy went straight to the hunting game plot
