MRO is an intermediate to advanced writing level original character, original plot X-Men RPG. We've been open and active since October of 2005. (OOC: Might I suggest that the X-Men do not easily teleport to the museum and back again? Traveling that distance with so many people just seems too easy and really powerful. I think everyone should hop in the family winebago and drive to the museum. lol No, but seriously, I think there should be transportation, Kaine being the driver.)

*xavier wheeled himself into the infirmary with the doc prof, del, and the other students who were able bodied and older. he surveyed the injuries and closed his eyes, saddened. orion was immediately attended to by the docprof, the usual golden glow emitting around his body as the doc began to heal him. as xavier studied what was happening, he figured with orion's order abilities, he might pull through. this new mutant ire seemed like he would also pull through. as xavier went over to gorgon, he entered her mind and realized how upset she seemed and full of rage. he looked over at the other two beds where chaos and zephyr lay and he knew they would recover by the procedures the aide was providing.* johnathon: "DOC! ms. tipper seems really bad!!" docprof: "PUT PRESSURE ON HER WOUND!!" *the young man seemed nervous as he looked down on his teacher, tricity. delphi quickly grabbed some gauze and applied pressure. as she took the boy's hands, she placed them over the wound and instructed him to hold it there if he cared anything about tricity. xavier wheeled over to tricity, touching her hand.* xavier: "you must come back to us..." *he looked up at johnathon who shook while holding the gauze down on tricity's wound.* johnathon: "DOC! please hurry!!" docprof: "I NEED TO TAKE CARE OF ORION, JOHN. BE PATIENT..." *xavier turned around to face everyone and felt a great sorrow. he heard the heart monitor on tricity begin to fail and quickly touched her hand again, entering her mind. he softly spoke to her mentally... 'no, it is not your time, delilah...'*

*Tricity and Kaine met with the Doc Prof, but he was unable to help in finding any more clues about the hidden base.* DocProf: "If I take the stone out, it will explode and kill you." *The Doc explained to Kaine and Tricity. He put his head down and took his glasses off, looking closer at the tattoo.* DocProf: "I dare not touch it. It could cause a catastrophic reaction. For now, don't do anything strenuous that might disrupt the stone. One thing is for sure...we need to find the red stone before Whitmore." *Tricity thanked the Doc Prof and told Kaine she needed to find Cassiel.* "I'll call you later, Kaine. Doc, I'll be back later so can you take over my classes." DocProf: "I will, child. Be careful please." *Tricity nodded and then quickly left the office.*

(OOC: This is for IRIS to start. Her mutation is out of her control, though she it conscience of her actions while it's happening. ANY resident of the mansion can participate in this thread to try and stop her. She is EXTREMELY POWERFUL. You SHOULD get hurt and this WILL be difficult. A few of the residents who have been around for a while should recognize Iris and thus, be confused as to why she's attacking. You wouldn't immediately try and kill her unless you don't know her. The fight doesn't have to be limited to the mansion grounds either. It's possible that members of The Order may appear later on.)

All rescue vehicles have arrived on the mansion grounds where dozens of white tents have been pitched for medical aid to all. The Doc Prof will be taking care of the SEVERELY injured while others will be taken care of by the small medical team of the mansion and other healing mutants that came along on the rescue mission. The SEVERELY injured will have their own tents, while those with lesser injuries will share a tent with one other.
Now is the time to meet up when you can meet up with those you've lost due to the kidnappings.
