MRO is an intermediate to advanced writing level original character, original plot X-Men RPG. We've been open and active since October of 2005. You can play as a mutant, human, or Adapted— one of the rare humans who nullify mutant powers by their very existence. Goodies, baddies, and neutrals are all welcome.

*These threads are for Sentinel, Drakhein, Iris, Keith, Void, and Mettaliar to begin the kidnappings, though others (friends) can be with you.* You six can post yourselves somewhere in the city, say the streets of New York, Central Park, a nightclub, a diner, shopping, or wherever, so long as it's in New York and not in the boonies, upstate. You should stay in the city. Just begin posting here as if everything were all peachy keen, doing whatever it is you may be doing alone or with friends. Eventually members of The Order will come to kidnap you six (NOT the people you may be with too). You and possibly other members with you can put up a fight, but in the end you'll have to lose. Aww. You shouldn't suspect anyone is after you until The Order members post in reply. You dont have to make this short and sweet. It can be several posts.
If you choose to have friends with you, the members can be NPCs or perhaps people living in the mansion, even an X-Men if you like. Those members are welcome to participate in said thread as well if one of the six has chosen for you to come along with him/her.
*Members of The Order should not post here yet until there is some plan formed by you all and Oppressor about who is going where to get whom.*

You can also go to change your skin where there is a Default at the bottom of the list. It has continuing changes going on if anyone wanted to take a peak there for its process.

So...I may change the ENTIRE homepage, 90% of it being design purposes. The process will take a while, so this isn't immediate. I was thinking I may change it to the 'movie' characters instead of the marvel charries that are up now. Design changes will include all color schemes and such, but I'll keep the other skins too because I know many people are using a skin they prefer most.
Would you rather marvel charries (current design) or movie charries for the homepage?

The baddies are usually stronger than the goodies, but somehow they just f*ck it all up! lol Not saying you guys will...COME ON, give me a good-feeling hug! Ya know you want one from the goodie Lady!! haha
BUT anyway, ...from this last post, are we sticking with The Sanctified then? I like the Omen or O-men. Nice play on words again.

...Still lovin my Sanctified! lmao I don't like Evolution because it's attached to the X-Men cartoon show. I wanted to think of something completely different and away from that.
I was also trying to stay away from the crimson color because its soooo close to the red text used as the default. BUT, I'll change it cause you guys seem to like that much! I'll keep checking this thread for final decisions.

When I mentioned those colors, I meant to say not the 'conventional' of those. Maybe some shade like...I don't know melon, aqua, lavendar lol. Something along those lines....

Soooooooo, someone, can't remember who sadly, but you know who you are!!!....
suggested that the baddies have their own color as the X-Men do (silver). I decided since all the goodies don't have a color, therefore all the baddies won't either, it would make more sense if Oppressor's group had a color as well.
Also, is there a group name?? Personally, which I just may stick with cause I like it so much lol, I like "The Sanctified". It plays on the original word sarcastically and sanctified can be used in a negative manner as well as positive...kinda like a cover for what Oppressor is doing anyway. Plus there's the whole 'The Sanctuary' anywho.... *pats self on back*
I'm asking you guys and gals to help pick a color and possibly a name if there isn't one already for them. Give suggestions here please!!
PS- No green, silver, black, white, yellow, blue, red, or purple
