Personality: As a successful businesswoman, she is much more mature, composed, logical, sophisticated,

only a second, which is how long it takes for her body to be reduced to ash (her internal
temperature becomes several times hotter).

herself. Pompei thus never worked as a prostitute, but formed her own underground

underground prostitution business, replaced by her brother Quan, someone known not to
favor mutants as she generally did. He has since sent assassins to get rid of her, in an
attempt to gain control of her legitimate businesses.

Now living in American, in New York City, Pompei has begun publicly supporting the
mutant community through donations to private businesses and groups involved in the
protection or support of mutants. In the dark, she reluctantly combats assassins sent by her
brother (toward whom she has no ill will) as well as anti-mutant groups.
