Personality: Chika is a fairly nice girl. She is not a typical cheerleader; she is a sweet girl who tends to spend her time hanging out at the mall or at a gym. She enjoys action movies. She tends to lean towards sarcasm when she is frightened and can be a little bit naive sometimes. For instance, it may take a few minutes for her to realize someone is hitting on her, and by that point usually said guy has walked away. She is really into gymnastics and goes to a class once a week. Hobbies/ Interests: She enjoys working out at the gym, shopping at the mall, or doing gymnastics. She hates running laps. Job or part time job and description: N/A Fears/ phobias/ concerns: Chika does not like spiders. Special talents: She is very good at gymnastics.

Mutations
Mutation description: Chika can control the weather. This includes being able to manipulate clouds and cause it to rain. Strengths: She is able to manipulate the clouds, even create them from other clouds in sight and cause it to rain, which takes about a minute to a few minutes depending on if it is a drizzle or a full-out downpour. It always starts with a few drops of water and increases as she works on having it rain. Her ability to make it rain includes a drizzle to a full-blown downpour. This allows her to get out of things like cheerleading practice. When she is really panicked, the clouds do move a little faster and the rain becomes a downpour a little more quickly, but that is only when she is really afraid. Weaknesses and Limitations: She can only change the weather in a 25-foot radius, though she can manipulate whether that radius shrinks or becomes another shape. Her ability to create clouds is limited to only if it is outside and can see at least one cloud to create the other clouds from. The clouds move a little slowly when she manipulates them. They take a few minutes to move from one side of the circle of control to the other. She can only use her powers for about 45 minutes, which she generally doesn't do, before it becomes a mental strain, and she gets a headache. She is always in the middle of the radius and therefore always tends to get wet, unless she has an umbrella or happens to walk inside, in which case the clouds cannot follow her. Causing the rain to stop is also a mental strain, which causes a headache, so she generally lets it dissipate on its own, which usually dissipates within a few hours. She also sometimes uses her powers without meaning to. She has not figured out how to move the clouds to ground level to create fog, though she has tried a few times to do so. She can only make it rain about four times a day, two if she's stopping and starting the rain, without getting a massive headache.

History Of Your Character Chika was born out of wedlock to an American mother who was working in Japan when she got pregnant. Her father, who had dated her mother for a little over a month, moved to America shortly after finding out about his daughter, which was when she was around two. Her parents were married when she was four and lived together until then. When she was three, her father got a job in New York and her mother moved up there with him. She was raised bi-lingual and started gymnastics when she was five. She went to public school, and is currently attending high school. She started cheerleading when she was in middle school and is still enjoying it. She discovered her powers in the 8th grade, when she used it to stop a bully from picking on another student by calling up clouds and causing it to start to pour. She had panicked when she saw one of the students about to punch another and that was the first image to spring to mind. The bully decided it wasn't worth it to continue picking on the kid in the rain and walked away. She began to experiment with her powers, especially when she had to run laps. She soon learned she could make it rain just with her mind, though after only a few minutes she would get a headache. It took much practice to use her powers for 45 minutes before it began to give her a headache. It took even more practice for her to learn how not to use her powers the second the image sprang to mind. She is now trying to figure out how to make it rain without it raining on her. It has resulted in a lot of wet afternoons.
Roleplay Where did you learn about this site?: I learned about it from Ty Fisher. Do you have any other characters on MRO, if so who:No. Sample RP: Chika sighed, speeding up her run to catch up with the others. How she wanted to stop running laps and get to the routines they were suppose to practice for the upcoming competition. She was excited for that, though she wasn't sure they were going to win. Fortunately, or unfortunately in her opinion, they were having an extra-long practice to make sure they had the routines down. Chika came to a panting halt as the coach blew her whistle and motioned for them to come over. Chika ran over with the others, sort of wishing she could make it start raining. But her mother had always told her to use her powers for good, and that's what she was going to do. Even if it meant an extra-long practice. She began to stretch with the others, sighing and shaking her head a little. Her black tresses started flowing as the wind picked up, cooling her down. Suddenly she felt a raindrop fall on her head. She looked up and let out a quiet sigh as it started to rain. The forecast had been for a clear day all week. Now normally they would have just headed into the gym, but the wrestling team was using it for practice, so they couldn't. The team headed inside and headed for their lockers. She grabbed a spare umbrella. "Looks like I'm taking the long route home," she said to no one. She was going the long route in hopes of finding someone to help out with her powers instead of just causing her coach to cancel practice.
