The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

The Dragon watched as his command fell on deaf ears, the car rammed the giant, who made short work of it by flipping the vehicle over. An effective means of dealing with it Ryoga thought, though his attention never wavered from the fact that this was a serious brawl. It seemed the men's weapons were all but useless against the giant man, doing no more than ruining his already torn clothing. It seemed the other men in their cars hadn't had enough yet, as none of them fled the scene, and instead Ryoga was now standing behind them as Bacchus began to charge towards them.
The dragon's eyes opened a bit in surprise as the giant grew larger yet again, just how massive could this man get? Even Ryoga himself was becoming diminuative by comparison if he kept up the same rate. However it seemed the giant hadn't realized that Ryoga was not with these criminals, as his charge was easily directed at Ryoga himself.
The God narrowed his eyes and mentally prepared himself to have to dirty his own hands. He had intended to simply end this chaos with his presence, but it seemed these men were too ignorant to respect the authority of a God. Perhaps Ryoga could show the giant a weapon big enough to make things interesting, instead of backing down or showing any sign of fear, he simply waited. Within moments the giant came into Ryoga's zone of reach, and the dragon spun around in a circle, lashing out at Bacchus with his thick tail, the massive limb more than heavy enough to smash through a brick wall if Ryoga wanted, meaning Bacchus just might feel some kick.
Generally the other residents of the Mansion avoided Ryoga, too intimidated by his presence obviously. Though it might have to do with the fact that he was what you might call, difficult, to deal with. The pride and sense of superiority easily pushed other people away from talking to or interacting with him once the original awe began to run thin. So when one of the students, a small one at that came towards his shrine, the dragon was intrigued.
"Come to stare as well little mutant?" The dragon asked, though the mutant instead said someone had come calling for the dragon. This was unusual, Ryoga tended to keep to himself, and outside of the authorities he had little interaction with those outside the Mansion's walls, after all Mother had told him to stay here for the time being. The dragon dropped from his roost atop his constructed home and thanked the boy. "Thank you for fetching me, I shall head to the gate now." The boy quickly retreated from the imposing reptile as Ryoga walked from the grounds towards the gate.
The loud thump of dragon claw into Earth would be easily heard as Ryoga neared the gate, his serpentine head poking out first to get a look at who wanted him, it was that human girl from some time ago. The one who had written a report of some sort on the mutants.
"Konnichiwa Miss Shelby, we meet once more it seems." The dragon greeted her, his head bowing for a brief moment as he did so, and then he proceeded to exit through the gates a bit, his large form entering the outside world and towering over the small frame of his human acquaintance. "What brings you back to the Mansion?" He asked, curious as to what her purpose was in visiting once more.
Ryoga hadn't been sure at first of whom he should side with, if any between these two parties, but gunfire in public was enough to help him settle. Guns were weapons, and to fire one off in public was issuing a threat to the public, and the authority that protected them. Ryoga was a selfish and arrogant creature, bordering on cruel at times. But to threaten the general public, that was an affront the God could get behind punishing. Afterall, that was a God's resonsibility wasn't it?
Unaware that Bacchus had been leading the chase into an area away from the public, Ryoga trailed behind, waiting to see how the Giant would run the confrontation, turning the corner the dragon noticed the man had grown even larger. What an interesting ability, just how large could this man get? Would his size match his will? The laugh bellowed, loud enough to nearly be felt if Ryoga had been a mortal or mutant, but instead it seemed the card had no fear and charged the man, hoping the vehicle would out match the giant. Foolish, even if the card smashed the Giant to death, the vehicle would likely be damaged in the process and possibly injure the men driving it.
Using the excitement to move closer, the dragon turned the corner and came up behind where the car had begun it's charge. It would surely look like some fable, mortals caught between two mythical creatures, a dragon and a giant. The self proclaimed God spoke, forcing his presence into the attention of everyone there, his own voice just as heavy as the Giant's laugh.
"Mortals! Stop this foolishness! Or the Giant will be the least of your issues!"
Ryoga growled, the sudden addition of another massive mutant probably only a bad sign for this fight.
Such a sweet little creature Victoria was, Ryoga could believe that most if not all people liked her. Charisma was often nothing more than a sweet smile or a comforting voice, couple that with physical appearance and anyone could mimic some of the sway Ryoga had with his own cult. Though his divinity was genuine. The girl questioned what he did for fun, an interesting question. Ryoga didn't really think of "fun" as something he did or sought out, after all a God was above the simple needs the mortals all shared in.
"I do not have fun little one, though if I had to come up with an answer I would respond that I enjoy reading. As well as basking in the morning Sun." Considering the dragon spent most of his time idle, absorbing the radiation of the Sun, you might consider him lazy. But Ryoga thought nothing of the sort, more concerned with keeping up his image and pandering to the crowds for their admiration and worship. meaning the girls thoughts about dragons might just be on the money.
Ah, Ryoga realized he had slipping some Japanese into his speech, a little habit he had when he found something interesting or novel. "Ah, that was Japanese, little one. Ojou is a word meaning princess, or a girl born of high class. Forgive my slip, English is not my native language. You simply pulled the word from me." He said politely, the oddity of a massive dragon apologizing to a little human somewhat odd to experience he was sure.
The girl's excited response about her dress further cemented Ryoga's thoughts of her as a little Ojou-sama. Though the idea of a little princess who was nigh indesctructable was rather amusing. "Did your Mother buy them for you?"
New York was a varied place, home to people of all creed and color, and even more so when you included the large mutant population. So it wasn't unusual to see an oddity or three, however rare was the instant when perhaps two mutants so used to being looked up to or being the center of attention crossed pathes. Ryoga had left the Mansion grounds today with permission to once again explore the city and show off his majestic self to the masses, though many of them had become someone used to the beast while still in awe of his pressence. However Ryoga would encounter a first for himself this day, as his escort had early ran off due to some emergency call, which had now turned the street and entered into the Dragon's line of sight.
A large man...no a giant had turned the corner, and this one just so happened to be a bit taller than Ryoga was used to. The self proclaimed God's eyes became glued to Bacchus as he turned down the street Ryoga had been waltzing through, the two of them on opposite sides, but their size pretty much making it impossible for either mutant to miss the other. The giant however, seemed in a hurry as he was being pursued. Ryoga had zoned out for the moment, his mind trying to judge the spectacle he'd just seen, before he realized that this situation was quite chaotic. A giant running from a speeding car? Certainly someone was breaking the law, and whiel Ryoga was no saint, he didn't enjoy random bouts of chaos in general, but today he felt he might just get involved. He spoke one word before he turned and prepared to follow the pursuit himself, his large size and visage perhaps enough to also startle Bacchus' tail.
"Omoshiroi!"
He said slipping into his native Japanese, before taking off into the streets as well, creating perhaps the most conspicuous spectacle New York had seen in months, maybe even years. A ten foot tall man running from some thugs, all of it chased by more than a ton of draconic Deity.
Ryoga was a prolific bookworm, so when Maya asked him for a specific genre, his eyes blanked for a moment as he tried to figure out what his favorite would be. More than anything Ryoga favored tales of great deeds, the kind of endeavors that turned men into legends, yes, that was his favorite genre. "The tales of great men are what I like, Maya-san. The epics of men and gods alike. Fantasies that last through time." Stories like the that of Gilgamesh or the Odyssey struck Ryoga, and of course the works of his own country were enjoyable as well, such as the Tale of Genji.
His comment struck Maya it would seem, as the girl quickly responded with embarrassment and appreciation. The dragon was tempted to comment, but his great eyes saw that Maya had more to add, and so he patiently listened to her next statement. Her words were worth the wait as well, as they hit Ryoga and caused the great beast to zone out again as well.
His reptilian brain tended to slow down and "chew" on thoughts that really intrigued him. Ryoga had assumed his Mother wanted him to learn something about the Americans or the Mutants in particular, it hadn't occurredthat perhaps the lesson hew as sent away to learn was one about him self, which of course would make sense, since all the Dragon could think of at times was himself or how to promote his "Godhood". Maya had essentially smacked him on the nose with the question that had been right in front of him the whole time, and his brain was having issue processing that realization.
The sudden silence from the towering creature might strike Maya as odd, but soon enough Ryoga came back to the world of the living with a laugh. A hearty laugh bellowed from his throat, a sincere sign of enjoyment and understanding. He lowered his head to the girl in a bow as he finished his laughter and began to speak.
"Please Maya-san, allow me to apologize for my own foolishness." Rarely did Ryoga admit a flaw on his part, but when one was so clearly pointed out to him in a way that failed to rouse his anger, he couldn't help but give in to his Japanese traits. "I was so certain that Mother wanted me to learn something about mutants, about this place, that I didn't even think the lesson might be one of character. I still have much to learn, even at this age it would seem."
Raising his head once more, Ryoga's eyes were nothing but aglow with respect for the small mortal before him. Ryoga didn't have friends, and the only beings he respected were generally his parents or men with authority. But this woman, Maya, had earned the respect of an Earth-bound God today. "I spend much of my time looking down at the world beneath me. Perhaps I should spend more time, remembering how the world looks from your perspective."
Ryoga was a mutant, and in his own head a God, but none of that could protect him from simply being arrogant or willful. He still needed to learn more, like how to temper himself to better think about the world around him. A God couldn't be blind after all. "I wonder Maya-san, and forgive me for continuing to be forward with you, but I wonder what you see when you look upon me. If perhaps...perhaps your perspective truly is similar to Mothers."
Ryoga felt the heavy pang of his Japanese heritage in his body, the urge to apologize rising after that debacle of an interview he tried to provide for the human girl. While he might be a God, other beings expressing their rude inner selves was beyond his ability to control. "Forgive my choice in subject for your interview human. Many of the residents here feel the need to lash out for some wound they received earlier in their lives. I had predicted as much when I called out to one, but her actions still require an apology."
It would seem Shelby felt a similar need though, as she tried to apologize for the girl's feeble insult of Ryoga's deific stature. The dragon laughed a bit, an interesting sound like a mixture of a man's chuckle and a primal roar. "Your sympathy is appreciated, but unnecessary human. These children hurl insults at me, but forget a God cares little for the words of mortals." Ryoga's ego was nigh invincible to be honest, and very few beings on the planet could truly crack his shell to damage the fragile man within.
"I hope however you managed to gather something for your research, otherwise my efforts will have been in vain." His large eyes had become glued to Shelby once more, their gaze heavy with thought as Ryoga tried to figure out how else he might help the little human with her thought experiment. "What do you think of the mutant now, having spoken to one up close little one?" He was curious how a human viewed a mutant, especially after seeing that little outburst just now.
Ryoga would have smirked if he'd had lips, his ego happily taking any compliment Maya would give him, even if she masked her true thoughts well beneath them. "My story will change the world. You'll see." What Ryoga would accomplish though was yet to be seen, a creature such as he having great potential for good or evil, all depending on who truly was in control of him.
Ryoga respected and admired his Father, but that was because his familial tie and sense of honor forced him to remain blind to his Father's short comings and twisted ways. Should Maya ever meet his Father, she would realize just how low he truly was, the entire cult a means for him to attain power and wealth through his son's divinity.
The dragon was eager to have a friend who could give him access to literature once more. "I would be most thankful for such help Maya-san, I spent great amount of time with my books in Japan." Working at a bookstore was almost too perfect for Ryoga, meeting someone well mannered with a sense of Japanese dignity and access to books, this girl was clearly meant to join Orochi's faith. He would make sure of it. "And please forgive me for the requests I shall make of you, I sense that we shall become well acquainted from now on." It was an odd custom, how the Japanese tended to apologize for nearly anything, even a forming friendship, but to Ryoga this was how social interaction should be.
Normally Ryoga took offense to any critique of himself, but Maya had already cemented her place within his good graces. He stopped for a moment, the suddenly silence almost oppressive as if the dragon had sucked all the air from the area in one breath. "A wise lesson. It would seem I still have things to learn after all." Somehow Ryoga imagined his Mother was smiling right now, she often got enjoyment out of teaching Ryoga a lesson, like a child might get out of outsmarting someone else. He would have to introduce Maya to her sometime.
Speaking of his Mother, it seemed Maya had a similar thought, praising his Mother's actions though they had yet to meet. "Perhaps it is merely the comfort of meeting someone with Japanese manners, but you reminded me of Mother just now." Some girls might take offense at being compared to an older woman like a Mother, but for Ryoga this was a compliment. His Mother was the one person in the world who could get away with ordering him around and not meeting the swift end of his tail. "I think that the two of you would get along well, and I would be grateful for another of your thoughts Maya-san. Please, tell me." He asked, curious what Maya was thinking.
Rarely did Ryoga laugh, his demeanor always that of a majestic or perhaps arrogant personality, but Maya's attitude and mannerisms were quite welcoming to the foreign mutant. It was a short laugh, but sincere enough to be enjoyed. "What would a God be without his story? The story is the soul of the deity." And Ryoga was hungry for his own story, a modern God forged in the shape of an ancient creature.
She questioned the benefit of having followers, an odd question the dragon thought. After all who doesn't enjoy being idolized and fawned over? The Japanese especially had a weakness for gathering around idols, as shown by their tendancy to favor one individual in a group for their excellent work or looks, or the vast culture of idols and idol groups that his country loved. She feared failing those who looked up to her, an admirable trait in a mortal.
"A God is a ruler, without something to rule his power is wasted. My followers worked for me, found purpose in their lives and inspiration in my presence. Father often collected money from them, but I merely desired the admiration. No one is more worthy of admiration than I." He laughed a bit again, remembering one of his favorite benefits of the group. "But I shall share with you a secret. My favorite benefit was having someone to turn the pages of a book for me." He motioned to his "legs" with his eyes and head, specifically his wings, which were not designed like a human's hand, making it nearly impossible for Ryoga to interact with normal human designed items.
He continued. "Fear of failure is a normal feeling, for a mortal. But I grew up in the compound, always surrounded by those who looked up to me, even when I was still small. A God cannot fail, for my will is unbreakable. " Ryoga's confidence was sickening for most, but he was not malicious in his delusion. He believed his presence helped those that served him, and if the time came he truly had to act on their behalf, the fury of a Dragon would shake the very world around him for his and their cause.
He tilted his head a bit as the girl talked of travel. His large size, coupled with his new found infamy with the Police made him quite sure traveling at all would be difficult. "I can do many things Maya-san, and no man has a stronger will than the Dragon!...But it's still difficult to travel a world designed for creatures as small as you." Ryoga often focused on the size of those around him, his body nearly 3 times the size of a large man, which made entering even the largest of buildings difficult, let alone area not made for large vehicles or animals. He was unaware the girl possessed her own mutant ability that could help eliminate that issue.
He was pleased to hear they had something else in common, their movitations driven by an honorable request from a Mother. "We have much in common Maya-san! And your Mother chose well, the Japanese culture is truly an honorable one to adopt." He wondered if Maya's mother might be Japanese or have loved a Japanese man to interest her in the nation's values. "I'm not exactly sure what Mother wanted me to learn here. She can be cryptic when she chooses so." He pondered for a moment, unaware that his own Mother had wanted him to master a Japanese belief as well, only by living out of Japan instead of staying here.
Ryoga had been sent here to learn humility and camaraderie, things highly valued by his people.
If he could have smiled, Ryoga would have in response to Maya's words, the dragon mutant loved any sort of praise to his ego, even if it wasn't actually a compliment. He thrived on attention and admiration. He listened intently as she explained the other Gods she had met, starting with what sounded like some sort of unicorn man. Ryoga had seen the creatures within various books, but never imagined anything like one actually existed. The idea of a horned horse just sounded comical to the Dragon. But the powers Maya spoke of, Ryoga could respect and admire those.
"A God always needs a church, my home in Hiroshima is often crowded with various members of my congregation. Mostly Father's chosen servants." Ryoga saw his home as a temple and it's residents as worshipers, but in reality it was more akin to a sort of Yakuza cult, run mostly by his Father in proxy of Ryoga himself.
Maya's second description sounded something like a vampire, a legendary creature quite popular in the manga culture of Japan. "Sounds something like a vampire." He thought aloud, not meaning to intterupt Maya's description. "Forgive my interupption, please continue." He became silent once more as he listened to his new friends pantheon of mutant Gods. She moved onto to what sounded like a phoenix, a legendary creature similar in majesty to a dragon, at least to most cultures that worship them.
Ryoga could respect such a creature, a brother in flames, a creature of majesty and awe, just like he was. He would enjoy meeting such a creature, but lost interest when Maya described him as humble. Nothing bothered Ryoga more than a lack of pride, pride is what made the man, his ambition and will that drove him. A man with no pride was no man at all, and a God with no pride? That was less than a man to Ryoga.
Ryoga was a bit surprised when she moved on to ask about his travels, to which he replied simply. "No, I have not had the chance to travel much. My status and size make it somewhat difficult to travel, especially within Japan." Ryoga loved his country, but Japanese cities were already cramped for normal citizens, a creature of Ryoga's size would be quite hard to transport, especially since his Father didn't quite show him off unless there was something to be gained from his appearance.
"I only came to visit this country at my Mother's request. She believed there was something for me to learn here." Ryoga referred to both of his parents using the utmost respect, ending each of their names with -sama, showing that he could in fact respect someone as being above or equal to himself in status. Though Maya might not realize that both his parents were completely normal humans and not giant reptiles like he was.
Perhaps at some point Ryoga could show Maya his room, a large earthen crafted Japanese style shrine that some of the Mansion's higher up's had constructed for him. Ryoga enjoyed it far more than he would have some normal room, the idea of living within a shrine appeased his ego.
Ryoga scoffed at the notion of adapting to their culture, blowing a breath out his large nostrils. "It's certainly different, but I don't believe you can call a lack of manners culture." He said, the statement somewhat of a joke but spoken in his entirely serious tone. His status as a God had actually been hammered into him since his birth, his Father pushing Ryoga's ego so he could use it himself to craft an empire of criminal power upon his mutant son's back. Though Ryoga was not able to recognize how his Father manipulated him.
Ryoga's eye opened a bit when the girl referred to him with the less than lordly honorific he was accustomed to back in Japan, but he decided not to press it at the moment. For now he'd just enjoy the polite compnay and pleasent conversation, he could lord over the girl later when it appealed to his mood. "I see you meant no offense, so I shall take it as a sort of compliment. However, as you come to know me you will find I am far removed from any person you have met before." The girl mentioned other deities, and the dragon's interest was immediately sparked, distracting him from any annoyance he may have had towards her previous statement.
"You know other Gods?" He lowered his head and leaned forward a bit, eagerly awaiting an explanation. "I have yet to meet another, please tell me of them." He requested politely, his bowing head apart of that gesture.
So Maya had attened school in his home country, no wonder she was so culture and mannered, having learned from his people. He shook his head a bit as he explained his thought. "I must admit that I do not, I almost never left my home in Hiroshima. Father often brought men from Tokyo to see me though, so I am familiar with the accent." These men his Father brought just happened to be corrupt officials and power hungry criminals whom could be manipulated around the idea of a Dragon God.
So Maya no longer lived here? That would make sense, if this were a school then most of the residents must eventually move on. An adopted son, hopefull her boy had manners unlike most of the mutant children Ryoga dealt with. And hopefully he had not insulted her Father or son, it would come back as dishonorable if he had. The accommodations were fine, but the dragon wished that the American mutants were required to take some sort of course on manners. "My shrine befits me, but I find this country sadly lacking manners and respect."
Ryoga laughed a bit, realizing how enjoyable it was to hold a conversation entirely in Japanese. It was a jovial laugh, and a short one before he responded. "Yes I am Japanese. But I am no man, I am a living God born in Hiroshima! From the ashes of atomic fire was I forged." That little outburst certainly showed that Ryoga wasn't as "normal" as his manners or speech had at first intended, but the dragon could contain his God complex for only so long before the need to brag would begin to itch. "And yes, I have been a guest of this country for only a short time." The dragon paused a moment, realizing something about Maya. "You speak like those from Tokyo?" He observed, recognizing her accent. Ryoga's accent was unique, his voice so far removed from anything that was human that you were too distracted to realize that his Japanese was somewhat different, mostly because he spoke int he Hiroshima-ben.
((Considering I don't actually speak any Japanese and would have to rely on translations, that would be for the best, was a fun way to start things though!))
The sudden flare of blush, the polite rebuttal of the compliment, and a gesture of apology, oh how Ryoga missed his home. More than anyone else he'd met here in the states this girl made him feel respected and comfortable with her attitude alone. "But it was, and I thank you for letting me listen." He praised her once more to cement his sincerity and as an excuse to thank her, another favorite of his native culture.
Her manners were impeccable, as Ryoga had all but forgotten how proper it felt to receive a bow when greeting another. So the mutant girl was named Maya, a lovely name the dragon thought. "Maya-san, a lovely name that befits your voice. It would be my honor to speak with you." Ryoga returned her bow, shutting his eyes for just a moment as he lowered his massive head down to match hers once more before returning to his impressive stare.
The girl quickly brushed her self off, clearly afraid the God before her would think less of her, an honorable gesture to save herself from embarassment. She continued the conversation, never faltering her gaze against his. Her will impressed Ryoga, possibly the first woman here in New York to do so. "Yes I do, but only for a short time. It has been hospitable and a personal room was constructed for me, here on the grounds. I am embarrassed to admit I do not fit so well within the main building." If the girl continued with her current attitude she might be the first to claim friendship with a God, as well as be the first to not realize that Ryoga was actually quite arrogant and rude towards most everyone else.
The being known as Orochi didn't sleep too much, his unique metabolism always generating energy for him to burn. And most of that energy came from the Sun, so it was no surprise that Ryoga was always up early and finding spots to bask in, just like the reptiles he resembled so much. And his favorite spots were those surrounded by nature, beautiful wooded or flower laden spots where he could enjoy the smell of life while his body feasted upon the sun's light.
But this was a first for the dragon, his ears picking up on something he rarely got to enjoy here in America. He heard his mother tongue, and not just the spoken language but song. It was beautiful, and the large mutant found himself quickly searching out the source. And as if bound by fate, as the song ended the Dragon turned to spy a girl, most likely a mutant considering his location. Ryoga remained silent for a moment, his eyes sizing up the girl before him, trying to determine why she would be singing in Japanese of all languages here at this place so full of disrespectful children.
"素敵" [Beautiful]
He said in his native tongue, his gravely tone quite a bit more smooth when he spoke in Japanese, and coming off more as a deep and powerful voice rather than a beast's.
"あなたが美しく歌う" [You sing beautifully]
He bowed his mighty head, a rarity for the arrogant dragon but he couldn't resist reverting to his native manners after hearing something to pleasant.
"私の中断を許しなさい。 [Excuse the interruption]
"私はオロチ、と私はあなたの声で呼ばれていた" I am Orochi, and I was called by your voice
He raised his head up after giving his introduction, and stared hard at the little mutant. His amber eyes heavy but friendlier than he was with most, her use of Japanese already placing her in his graces before she even had a chance to speak.
Ryoga huffed at Roach's appreciative words. While he did find Roach fascinating, this was merely with the traits Roach had been born with so far, it had yet to be seen if this man was worthy of recognition for his will. "You are far above a mortal, so honor is do. But I have not judged you yet little bug." The dragon forewarned, letting Roach know that he was no so easy to appease as Roach may have thought.
Roach's words were adequate. He defended the mutant's natural talents, which Ryoga did respect but rather than excuse their behavior he simply pointed out that they needed a will to guide them. The talented being ruled by the most talented was a view Ryoga had set in his heart, and one Roach seemed to connect with, at least with his words and attitude. If the dragon could have smiled Roach would have known he'd made good progress with the God. "You speak...the truth" Ryoga paused, his reptilian attitude slow and steady, as if to create tension simply to relish in it himself. "Just as children need a Father to guide them, these mutants lack a guiding will to show them purpose. To forge them into something better." Ryoga was enticed, this conversation was stirring the ruler within him.
If mutants needed a father figure, if they needed a God, then it should be him! He was the modern God, born in the crucible of atomic fire and war, forged by superior Japanese honor and will, he would show this world just how true his status as a God was. "I sense in your words...the desire to find a guiding force for your kind." It seemed the two men were entirely on the same thought now, but who would be the puppet and who would be the puppeteer?
The dragon stood and stretched, his wings curled up and ready to be used as legs. "Then lead on Mr. Roach. I am curious to see which part of this city you would show me." And now another test for Roach, Ryoga was curious to see what this bug would show him, and how he would try to appease the Dragon God.
