Personality: Ted is a nice and likable person. He is quite friendly and comes across that way to most people, even to some he doesn't like. People often feel able to confide in him, and he has become good at giving advice.. He is very into everything that he is good at. Ted is also very charming and is often very loquacious when he needs to be. This makes him very convincing and he often wins arguments quickly if he can present all the right facts.

Mutations
Mutation description: Ted has the ability to transform into stuffed animals.
Strengths:Whenever Ted morphs he takes on the exact features of the stuffed animal. He can not change the size of the stuffed animals he is morphing into. Ted can be hurt by any normal means. If he copies the stuffed animal, in every aspect, than he can pass for a real stuffed animal and no one would know the difference. When Teddy transforms; his insides, including blood, bones, and organs, all becomes stuffing. His strength is directly proportional to his size. (Ex: Meaning that if he is 4 ft tall as a human, and he turns into something that is 2 ft tall then his is only half as strong as he is as a human.) Speed and agility aren't affected by transformation, which means that as fast as he is as a human, that's how fast he'd be as a stuffed animal.
Weaknesses: Ted needs to touch the stuffed animal once to be able to transform into it. When he first transforms into a stuffed animal it is like being a baby again, learning to walk, sit, stand, talk, etc. It takes about 3 weeks, to lean how to use it and become proficient in the stuffed animal. When he first transforms into a stuffed animal it takes about 1-3 minutes depending on how different the stuffed animal is to human forms. (Ex: A stuffed monkey would take less time than a fake octopus) As he becomes more familiar with that form he can do it faster so that all are about 30 seconds. Once he learns how to use it he can always use it, no matter how long it has been since he has used it. Ted is very vulnerable whenever he is in between human and stuffed animal. He can not partially change into a stuffed animal, it must be all or nothing. As he gets better and more comfortable transforming, he will get faster at it and it will take less concentration. Any large amount of transforming without rest wears him out mentally and physically very quickly.
He can only turn into 2 animals per day because it takes so much effort make the change in either direction. Also Ted can only remain transformed for about 3 hours max. Otherwise he will start to return to human involuntarily.

History of your character: Ted was born to two very loving parents. Charles and Lisa Callahan. He was the youngest child with only one older brother. He was even good at school. Ted was always top in his science classes. His powers showed themselves in Ted early in life. When he was very young he received a Beanie Baby for his birthday. As he pet the stuffed animal he felt as if part of the animals fur were sticking to his hand. After not seeing anything on his hands he continued to cuddle it like a normal child would. Once while he was sleeping his mind transformed him into the crab that his parents had given him. He didn't tell his parents but continued to practice it when they left him home alone.
Sample RP:
Ted was walking home one day when he decided to stop by a store. Since it was after school there were plenty of kids his age shopping for supplies they needed or with their parents helping with the grocery shopping. He walked past many of them, since he wasn't a very popular kid in his high school most didn't know him even if he knew them. Ameba was well aware of his powers by now and thought that it would be good to get more animals for him to practice with. Ted walked to the back where they had the stuffed animals and saw a few that he had. Currently his powers were limited to what he had at home. "Hey Ted what are you doing here?" He looked around to see who was talking to him. It was a girl that he had in his math class. It had the potential to become a very awkward conversation since he was currently holding a stuffed animal.
"Oh, I'm just, um, shopping for my mother's birthday present." He lied to her, setting the stuffed animal back down where he'd picked it up from. He hadn't been holding it long enough to acquire the animal to be able to transform into it. He started mindlessly sorting through the stuffed animals stopping here and there to "take a closer look" at the animal. "Oh, that's nice. Do you need any help? I want to get away from my mom.. Grocery shopping, blah." She smiled at him asking. "Uh, no I don't see anything here that she would like anyways. But thanks for the offer." He smiled back at her and she looked a little disappointed at having to spend the time with her mother. "On second thought." He said not wanting to see her like this, "I'd love some help. Why don't we try a different store? I'll wait here while you tell your mom were leaving." He said and she wandered off to tell her mom.
They spent hours together going from store to store looking at the various stuffed animals that these stores had. They didn't find anything but they did find a card that was appropriate. They made a date to continue looking the next day. Ameba went back to a few of these stores and got some more animals that he wanted to try out. He went home that day locked himself in his room and practiced changing into the new animals.
