The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

Speaking as a soon-to-be-xman-trainee (if all things go well, fingers crossed), I think the blue looks nice too. I'm not a huge fan of the current shade of gold.

I like the blue. It's much better than the current color, which I think looks to much like the neutral/unaffiliated charaters names. It also would work well with the new X symbol colors. Cadaver, the silver might look to much like the Kabal's grey. And that's what we're trying to avoid with the new colors. By making them distinct and not close to any of the others there would be no chance for a mix up as to who is what later on.

Ok, so trial period of the blue that was suggested... nice... but... awful close to the Mod color. *throws a tantrum* THAT'S IT! I've decided.... The X-Men will now be RAINBOW! ><
*sigh* So, shall we choose a different kinda funky purple/blue for the Mod or change around the blue for the X-Men?
These are the colors Sennyo/ Ghost suggested awhile back. I think the yellow for moderators would make a nice contrast to the other colors. She also made the red lighter, which makes it easier to read!
Admin = f70063 .............................................. (Not changed) Global Moderator = 5EBD3F .............................................. (unchanged) *** Moderator = efb221 .............................................. A different yellow than the ugly gold color no one liked! It goes well with the blue a nd red I think. Xmen/ Trainees = 043d99 .............................................. (Unchanged) *** Order = 700008 .............................................. changed only to be very slightly lighter for ease of readability. Kabal = 4c4c4c .............................................. (Unchanged) Unafilliated = white .............................................. (Not changed)

Sorry to be pipping up after this has all been changed again, but I'm not sure how the yellow for the Mods really works since it appears really close to the yellow used for generic links, at least in all the skins that I've got for my characters. Once I click those links, like for the general members, the links will turn white, but if I don't or if I clear my cookies, they're a yellow that is very similar to what the Mods now are. I almost couldn't find Sennyo and Thoth in the members list because of that. Oh, and I just noticed as I was typing this that n00b is in that list too.
Just my opinion, and I hate to be a pain, but I'm thinking that one of those things (the generic colour for links, or the Mod colour) is going to need to be changed. *hides*
