The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

Adapted. Weakening. Five feet. Five feet. So, he'd been right on the money with his measurement. Good. He was starting to get the hang of this power. But not-so-good, she made him just a bit blinder than usual... stick with her? Yeah, right. Stick with the lady with the mad gunning skills and the neutral ability to make him blind. That sounded like a real great idea. Thumbs up.
Wait, what? As she walked away, Tarin went with her. Gee, thanks. Leave him alone to fend for himself, or force him to follow with the math-no-good lady. That was a real good decision. Real nice options, he'd been left with. With a sigh, Shin nodded at Tarin, and reproachfully followed.
From a distance of about five feet +, at least. When Tarin bridged the gap, and got close enough to put a hand on "Lenna's" arm, Shin winced. She'd just shot a man, and he was touching her He'd better be careful, and check himself after that...
Shin grumbled, and stepped back into her aura as Tarin asked about Lee.
>>"I'm sorry. I haven't seen her. If she's with the rest of the Underground, she should be somewhere else in the 7 levels of Hell."
"Well then, you're just going to have to take us to where you think the group she'd end up in would be, aren't you?" He asked terseley. She stared at him. Shin stared right back with semi-sightless eyes. "What?"
They needed to get what they wanted. Stomping, or screaming. Either worked.

There were three human guards against a group of five mutants; three rescuers and two former inmates. If a certain red haired reporter had been watching, she would have awarded points to the humans. Sebastian reared and knocked one of the guards into the other. It left him tingling in the foreleg where two of the baton weapons had been raised to fend off his flailing hoof. Apparently they were electric baton weapons. He hobbled a step backwards as the third guard was brought down by the two collared mutants who had used nothing but their fists to floor him. Or perhaps he had tripped on one of the Seamstress' little trip wires. Either way, the guards were soon tied together with nearly invisible but incredibly strong threads. They wouldn't be going anywhere.
Sebastian knew the moment the collars were turned off by the sigh of relief that came from one of the former incinerator room workers. Mr. Stone reappeared, wiping his hands on his pants to removed something dark.
“I got the collars turned off, and most of the doors unlocked,” the rock traveler looked up as the lights went out, “and it looks like Blondie pulled the plug on everything else. So we've infiltrated and deactivated. All that's left is to evacuate the prisoners. Shame. I was hoping for a little more action.”
Sebastian snorted.
The seamstress rolled her eyes, “I'm sure that you'll get some more while you're playing ferryman.”
“Ferryman?”
“He's your ticket out of here, sugar,” the thread manipulator answered the bewildered prisoner. “Unless you'd rather stay.” That was rhetorical, of course. “Follow him and you'll see how we're getting folks out of here.” She looked back to the unicorn who was shifting his weight, testing out his foreleg where it had been zapped. “You thinkin' we should split up, then, to round up some more pilgrims?”
Sebastian dipped his head in assent, then chose a direction and started trotting, wasting no time. He stepped gingerly on the one leg as it healed itself, a process that might have gone quicker if he hadn't been trying to walk on it.
All along the corridor, noises of fighting echoed. It seemed that as soon as they realized the collars were off line, the inmates had turned on the guards. Because of the echo effect all the sounds seemed to be coming from much closer than they actually were: yelling, gunshots, thumps and crashes, footsteps running down the hall toward him. The unicorn tensed at the sound of the latter, ready for anything to come sprinting down the rounded hallway.
It was three girls wearing shabby clothing, hairnets, and shock collars. Inmates then. Sebastian gave a noble bow of his white head in greeting and gestured with over his shoulder that they should continue on down the hallway. They did so. One of them brushed her fingers along his shoulder as she passed and Sebastian felt a brief spark of icy healing jump between them, too briefly for him to be able to tell what exactly it was that she'd injured.
Sebastian continued. He passed the administrative offices and then the mess hall. He found more inmates and more guards. The guards were, for the most part, lying on the ground either dead or incapacitated. The camp inmates were, for the most part, standing over them with frying pan and rolling pin weapons. Once the collars were taken out of the equation, the balance seemed to have quickly swung in favor of the mutants. Sebastian nudged and nickered and eventually got the idea across that they needed to head down the hall toward the furnace room. He also did a fair amount of healing wherever there were life threatening wounds that hadn't already claimed a life. There actually weren't very many. Not very many of the collared had been very inclined to show mercy.
He reached the cell area and heard a scuffle. He rounded the bend just in time to see a brown haired girl get slammed into the concrete wall by one of four uniformed guards. Sebastian whinnied loudly and charged, hoping to distract and scatter them. His shoulder made contact with one large and burly frame and knocked him onto his area-least-likely-to-tan.
He planted himself between the girl and the guards, teeth bared, horn lowered, freshly healed foot stomping. Clearly, he didn't think much of their manners. That was no way to treat a lady.
One moment Jewel was pressed against the wall, struggling to get free; the next something huge swept the guards off her. She landed on her knees, looking up at her savior in disbelief. A unicorn...?! Well, a mutant, obviously. With the collar off. There was no way of telling if he used to be a prisoner, or came to the rescue, but either way, she was very grateful for the help. The guards, on the other hand, didn't seem to handle the idea of a mythical beast too well. Maybe they were used to mutants not using their abilities. Maybe. So they ran for it. Two of them back towards the kitchen, and their fate is unknown to this day, and two of them the other way, probably hoping to find another hiding place. Jewel stood, a little unsure on her feet, and put one hand on the unicorn's neck. Even if she knew he was a mutant, it was just... magical. "Just in time" she smiled "Thank you." Looking around, she took in the sights and sounds of the ongoing fight. "Give me a minute here" she nodded to the unicorn, the walked back to the now empty cell. Yup, it was carved into stone. Pressing her palms againt the wall, Lily used her powers to pull. One would think one month without powers would make you go out of practice... but strangely the first time she used metal manipulation after that long time of self control, the pull felt stronger than she'd remembered. After a few minutes a light silvery metal started to seep from the almost invisible cracks of stone, wrapping itself around her fingers and hands. It was not much, just enought to cover both hands and wrists. Lily stepped back, flexing her fingers with a smile. "All right" she nodded, walking back to the unicorn "Let's go find my X-men." They were bound to be around somehwere. At least the ones that used to be captured. And one easy way to find them: go where the fight was the worst.

He was quite sure it was no ill will from the side of the Resistance. The fact that he had been idle during the preparations of the great breakthrough for mutant rights they were all preparing for. After his arrival (he had been blindfolded during the whole drive quite unnecessarily) he had taken his time. There were things he needed to get in order. He needed to accept himself. He had rather quickly. The Belododia incident had rippled throughout the press. But no one had connected it to him yet and he was not loosing sleep about him telling anytime soon. Anytime being projectively for the rest of his life. He had made rather sure of that. What was disturbing was not the guilt he felt because of that, because of the stilling of a voice, no matter how dissonant, the loss of sleep, the movement of the mind, it was the absence thereof, the quiet, that scared him quite a bit. When thinking of the whole incident of icy wildfire it was as if he was detached from compassion, from any feeling at all for its duration. There simply was no pain involved, nothing there that indicated that he had done something that humans would consider... monstrous? Only purpose there had been. Any means to an end. And it had been good?
He had tied off the remaining threads connecting him to the incident with great efficiency indeed. Again. Three churches. Three videos. And a little more money. Over the next few years the parishes, priests, would get some more, just to assure their full cooperation on the matter Belododia. Just to tie loose ends was not enough. He had spun a few new threads, on the other hand, connected things. Especially his friend with the Mafia. And the churches. Nobody knew when good standing with the Mafia might come in handy after all. That loose end he left dangling for others to fix. And he was quite sure that they would not try to fix it unless he did something incredibly stupid. He had not survived had he made stupid mistakes. Not all these years. All this time. No. No emotion. Sapphires, jewels from the sky, screaming in despair. Where had they been?
And now there was the last end to be tied. The final act of the Romania incident, the grander scale, bigger stage on which he had to act. Tonight it was. Today. He had packed his things. All of them. A small bag laying on the edge of his room which he had only left to gather what little he needed to survive as thinking had soured human companionship for a while. Bed and bath. There was nothing more. He needed nothing more. He had slept enough, eaten enough during the last days to have the energy he needed today. Energy for a drawn out fight. His things, they had not gotten more since he had arrived, only less, as he discarded useless garments, raiments, vestments, masks. Compassion...
He had entered the complex of gray walls, of confined spaces, of collars and culprits, of colloquium and cruelty, heavy boots making little sound, gloves, as the rest of his clothing pitch black. Nothing was reflective on him, no metal, no blank leather. It all looked like it had been covered in a black powder, adsorbing all light, photonic screams, falling into darkness. It had been. By the manufacturer. Only his face was visible, pale skin hovering in the shadows, long shadows, as the generators had gone offline, only glimmering specks of light remaining here and there, blue eyes searching not in them, but in unlit places. For what? Guards, mutants, people who wanted to be saved. In need of salvation maybe People who wanted to die. The knife was in his hand. The black fang. It had not changed. Not since he had gotten it. Had he?
The firs guards he saw were already cowering in the shadows, in his way, afraid of what those whom they had tortured, had denied their freedom, might use it now that it had been reestablished. They were hiding in dark places, hiding themselves, their movements and breathing quick, rats scurrying. From what they had created. His eyes looked at them. Three grown men, uniforms dusty and dirt specked, as they had somehow removed themselves for the inside of their prison in the now shadows. And he felt nothing. Three grown men with families maybe. And they were in his way. He had to do something about them it seemed. Did nothing bad, just a hit on the head, here and there, a firm grip around the throat. One after another, deep in the shadows, breathing went flat, the peace of dreams coming, of impeding darkness. They were not to be toyed with now. Were they to be toyed with at all? He would remember them, the question, for later. Later. When they were alone.
Sitting in a little dark cell with nothing to do but just sit there and enjoy the silence. Because that is something she finally had, silence. The first days here where painfull cause her powers always worked but after a while her body started to react and she went powerless out of fear for the devices. For the first time in years, it was silent. Not that she had much time to enjoy it due to the fact that she was imprisoned very early when entering this country and sitting all alone in a little cell. That and the constant abuse of the guards. They took advantage of her being little and weak. She got yelled at, hit sometimes and underfed. It was still just like the asylum only the rooms weren't soft. But the upside was her father wasn't here to hurt her. So she didn't know what to make of it. All she knew was that she was going to enjoy the silence while she could.
Now that her head was silent, the people in the other cells weren't. She finally had what she wanted and other people where messing it up. It made her kinda mad. Mad in a not stomping and shouting way though. She was sitting on the bed that all the cells had. It was uncomfortable and hard compared to the bed she used to have. She missed her puzzles and little playthings that she collected. She didn't even get a pen to scribble things down. Not even a sudoku a day. This was hard time.
Then there was noise. Somebody screaming something and chaos soon followed. Mutants on the loose, powers returned. It took her a little while before she realized it herself, and felt the effects. Chaos returned to her head and everything was the way in used to be, and back with a vengeance. Headaches, pain and chaos entered her head and she fell to her bed. She started to kick and roll while grabbing her head trying to deal with this again. She had been here for a while and she had gotten used to the whole "no voices" idea. People ran passed her cell towards freedom, keeping the guards at bay. Ofcourse reinforcements arrived but they weren't too busy with Hymn but with all the mutants in the hallways.
She started screaming and squirming doing her best to deal with everything. The effect of her returning powers were also felt by the people in the hallways since a soft song was coming into the room. With all the chaotic thoughts piercing into her head made her thoughts and commands violent. Everybody was starting to shoot violent things as effect of her powers. Guards where hitting guards down with everything they got. Mutants got a free deal to get out. Twitching, she got up and floated to her cell door holding the bars, screaming at the top of her longues outside while blood splattered over the walls from the guards kicking the crap out of each other. To bad she couldn't get the door open herself.

(OOC: Anyone not already in the camps that's gonna be helping out feel free to join me)
The darkness seemed all consuming. He'd been doing so much scouting around this area for the past month that everyday seemed to be blurring together. Day was night. Night was day. Tomorrow was today before he knew it and yesterday was all a blur. Nothing seemed to be working right. He'd lost the girl he'd fallen for just to find out that almost everyone had been captured and sent to the camps. Streak couldn't think of anything worse. Maybe he could but this was still bad. The moon wasn't even out to help the stars illuminate this desolate place. Perfect. It'd make it easier for him to get in and sneak around. If his intel had been right then there were plenty of levels that led down for them to get lost on their way in or out of this place. They'd already disabled the collars and that meant one thing... Mutants were getting revenge. The chaos was unfolding in the sub-levels of the camps, that much was certain. Chaos was not his concern. Death, pain, and suffering were not his concern. What was his concern was his team. His friends and his family. People that he cared about enough to risk his life for and knew would do the same for him. Although Streak was concerned for all the X-Men there he was only really concerned with finding one in particular. Lily. But how would he find her? He couldn’t sense her, but she could sense him. In fact, if she was paying attention she might already know he was there.
He followed the subway to the camps. It was the easiest route in and out of the place. Streak covered himself in silver and created a very medieval looking sword. Even though most of the guards had guns they weren’t going to be smart enough or calm enough to use them. Now he would be having some fun. As Streak ran across the hard ground and he was certain that no one would stand in his way. The guards seemed to avoid him enough to let Streak get into a more crowded section of the camps. Anyone that stood in his way was incapacitated quickly. The further down into the camps underground he went the more it seemed that there was more resistance he was getting. Streak figured that he would find more opposition the farther down he went. Streak came up to a whole in the wall where someone had already blasted their way through and into the camps. Why break through a locked window when someone's already done it? Work smarter not harder... A good motto but made even better by the simple fact that he was going to be working really hard soon enough.
Tarin wasn't there. That wasn't the answer Lee had been hoping for, but at least Slate seemed to have an idea where he might be. So Lee went with Slate, following the younger man, though at a much slower pace than she had been moving at. But at least now she was hopefully moving in a much more productive manner.
And as they moved through the hallway, Slate stepped, rather nonchalantly it seemed, over one of the guards that she had taken out not that long ago.
Not that she was overly concerned by it at the moment, either.
They had made it around one corner, and were making their way toward a second before Lee felt anyone else. With the direction she felt the energy from, and how it felt like it was coming closer, Lee figured that the person was approaching them from around this next corner.
Reaching her hand out, Lee grabbed Slate's arm to stop him. "There's someone up there," she said in a whisper. Then Lee started moving again, going up to the corner, just before moving around it. And there she stopped, waiting. It could very well be a guard, and Lee was going to have to be ready to deal with him if that was the case, but at the same time, it could be another mutant. She would just have to wait and see.
Shower day. It was both exciting and nothing to look forward to. Getting naked in front of strangers was always weird, but the strangers were just as weirded out as Ghost was. They all seemed to follow the same unwritten shower code: keep to yourself.
Their usual shower was broken. That was what a kindly English speaker told her as they passed their usual turn off. Big surprise, huh? Broken showers? But it seemed they were getting to use an alternate cell block's shower. At least their captors still let them shower. That was something to be thankful for.
Everyone marched through the underground layers of the camp until they reached a neglected looking corner of hell. They seemed to be in a hurry today to trade all the prisoner's clothes for slivers of soap. They must have looked in need of the washing.
Then it was easy. Everyone file in, stop at a spigot and wait for the water to start. Too bad the collars seemed to be waterproof. Or rather, they went off like crazy to punish anyone who got them wet. She'd gotten pretty good at avoiding her collar, but like most people, that meant she hadn't washed her hair in a long time. Maybe it would eventually start growing brown again.
...
She was tempted to look around, but that would be violating the shower code. Why was the water taking so long? It smelled awful in here.
And then the lights turned off? A little panicked shout. A touch of a confused hand that was definitely unwelcome. Something thick hit the floor at her feet as she backed away. This... wasn't a shower.

The last thing Tarin was worried about was Lenna and her gun. What he was worried about was finding Lee. If she’d been anywhere in Romania over the last month, she’d be with the resistance. If she was with the resistance…well that meant she was in the camp. Lenna spoke and Tarin’s jaw clenched. Just because this woman hadn’t seen her, didn’t mean Lee wasn’t there somewhere. Hell, it was as good a name for this place as any.
Shin spoke the words Tarin was thinking, and he nodded his head, ”You have to know where the resistance is planning on meeting up. Where the action is going to go down. That’s where Lee would be. That’s where we need to be.”
Tarin knew he was being single-minded, and probably foolish, but at some point during the last month something had snapped a little bit. Nothing meant more to Tarin than finding Lee again. She was what had kept him going, and she was what was he was going to find. Then the lights went out.
Tarin froze in place as darkness descended. He wasn’t particularly afraid of the dark, but when one was in a cave, “dark” took on a whole new meaning. It was like that for a moment, almost suffocating, but then light bloomed, dimmer, but light just the same. Emergency backup. Tarin exhaled, he hadn’t even realized he was holding his breath, then looked at Lenna, ”Let’s go.”
>>"Well then, you're just going to have to take us to where you think the group she'd end up in would be, aren't you?"
Lenna eyed the kid. Bossy little jerk, wasn't he, for a guy that could hardly see. And then, his accomplice spoke up.
>>”You have to know where the resistance is planning on meeting up. Where the action is going to go down. That’s where Lee would be. That’s where we need to be.”
"Sure, sure." Lenna shrugged. If he was that set on it, then why not? A rescue was a rescue. If she saw any more guards get in their way, she'd do her job. Hopefully, neither of the people she was rescuing got on her nerves while she was doing her job. Her collar was starting to throb.
She paused a moment as the area fell into darkness. That would be the main generator going down, Lenna noted. Whoever was in charge of that had done well. The backup lights kicked in.
Tarin looked at her.
>>”Let’s go.”
"Sure," Lenna replied. She turned towards the stairwells, and led the way.
((OOC: Continued for Tarin, Lenna, and Shin in The Ascent.))
"Oh Yeah!" Mercury slammed through a solid camp wall, his brothers were behind him four of them any way one was inside and one was sitting on his pansy Arse at home. Several guards turned around from barricading a door from hostiles on the other side.
"It's all fun and games until the freaks start fighting back, eh boys?" Mercury mocked seconds before he lunged into the bodies of the several men leaning against the door, He pressed them hard together as to limit their mobility, in the mean time he bit the face of the one nearest him. His arms tried to compact and the group and was steadily doing so, all the while his tail whipped about the group mercilessly. A few dead Romanians later. Mercury tossed the group to the side, spitting a questionable lump of something out of his mouth. Did that have facial hair? Mercury moved on to the next room mindlessly thirsting for another uniformed victim.
Venus slinked into the hallway and started moving down the hall they followed even as Mercury bashed the subdued group with a chair, the boy took some things personally. this was one of them. Venus lead the remainder of the group down the Hall way Taking abyss with him to the left and leaving Saturn and Mars to head right.
The red skins slowly seperated and wreaked red liberty all over the camp site.
Abyss found him self in a dark hallway at the bottom of a well of stairs, Like a spider he waited for the next scumbag guard to come find their secret exit. He had already destroyed the lights over head. The ground was starting to pool with crimson as another guard added him self to the pile with cowardice.
Venus found himself standing stunned near a group shower, so wrong, how could he be so lecherous here? but they were beautiful, though abused. He twitched as the lights went out and bits of history flashed through his mind. He burst into motion even as it was too late, the beast ran into the darkness and was suddenly as lost as everyone else he couldn't attack freely not knowing if friend or foe was near by, so he hesitated looking for some way to make this right.
Saturn worked his way through the camp cells tearing doors off of hinges letting broken souls out of their personal hell, but only to introduce them to a free range nightmare.the brutality of the camps divied out daily had twisted many a soul and made them deviant to their wants to claim diginingty by wringing it from their enemy. saturn puased as he looked to large open space, it must have been some sort of commons. The vision before him was surely his long dead brother, Jupiter.
Jupiter came into the camps with one goal to protect what was innocent, Dryad, he had failed miserably, weeks ago. gaping wounds riddled his aching body. Torn muscle was bared to the world as the guards spent another day whipping him, He was punished every time anyone did anything wrong. every time. He had been reduced to weeping while in his chains. He was starved and dehydrated, if he wasn't dead, well then he wasn't alive either. He stayed in is spot for one reason, they told him if he didn't do as they said well then the girl would have it worse. It was a hollow threat, but one he didn't dare test. so he sat and suffered and slowly withered away. mentally , physically emotionally, he was becoming nothing more than the tragic mess that dirtied the ground around him. Flies buzzed around as they feast on the infected wounds of what was once a ferocious warrior, bits of metal from bullets that managed to dig into his massive body, they were excruciating but didn't kill him.
Mars doubled back out of the camps realizing before it was to late that to truly make their human nemeses pay, they would need to cut off their escape. He found the lot of trucks and vans and various vehicles in the lot outside and began to wreck every single machine buses smashed into cars, cars sailed through the air to crash into a helicopter. he laughed as he envisioned the faces of those that made it this far just to find there was no escape except on foot.

Though he had only knocked over one, the entire group of guards turned and ran off. That's right, punks. Run from the menacing looking unicorn with his fiery glare of disapproval. Fear his sharp hooves of justice. Cower before his mighty grass ripping teeth and his pointy, sparkly horn. Wait, scratch the sparkly. Flee from his writhing tail of grace, majesty, and vengeance.
The woman who had formerly been slammed against the wall put her hand on Sebastian's shoulder. He could feel the slight tug of the ice cold energy that rushed into her waiting palm to heal her cuts and bruises.
>>>"Just in time" she smiled "Thank you."
Sebastian tossed his mane of extreme intimidation. And now it was time for her to join the other inmates in the escape. The unicorn turned and nudged the girl with his nose, pushing her back in the direction of the incinerator room where Mr. Stone was helping victims escape into the subway tunnels through the walls.
She didn't go that direction, though. Instead she went back into the cell and did something to the walls. Silvery material seeped out and wrapped itself around her hands like gloves.
>>>"All right. Let's go find my X-men."
Sebastian snorted in doubt and perhaps a little bit of disapproval. Did she really want to join in the fight after all she had been through the past weeks as a prisoner? If she had been his daughter, he would have wanted her to go straight to where she would be safe, but she was an adult, so she could make her own decision. Besides, she had opposable thumbs, which could come in very handy for getting through doorways.
He started down the hallway, making sure to go slowly enough that she could keep up on two legs. Up ahead, another fight. It was on them before they even had a chance to react. A whole group of guards had rallied and had a prisoner on the retreat, which unluckily for the girl and the unicorn brought the whole fight right toward them. There was a flurry of fists and a battery of batons. Sebastian reared up to fend off an attack with his hooves and felt the jolt of the electric weapons at the same time. It threw off his balance and he tumbled rather forcefully into and through the brown tinted window.
As he fell through the air he had just enough time to think that the Romanian's should have invested in bullet proof glass.
Running down the corridor with the unicorn, Lily felt alive again. She had no idea what was going on, or who was responsible for starting the fight, or even if they had a chance to get out of the camps alive. But she was free, at the moment, free to use her abilities, free to run, and definitely free to fight. As they ran, she held one hand to her collar, wrapping a string of metal around it before she snapped it open and tossed it aside. It hit the floor, and shattered into pieces. There was a faint red line on her neck where the bruises an scratches used to be. They ran, and Jewel was finally able to concenctrate on her powers again; and once she regained her focus, she sensed something that made her eyes light up with a smile. Somewhere, quite close to her, there was a fairly big, shiny piece of silver. Moving around. The thought of Streak being close distraced her for a moment from their current situation; next thing she knew, they were running straight into a fight. It happened to fast for her to break the momentum she was running with; she crashed straight into the guard closest to her, and he doubled up as a fist clad in metal collided with his stomach. Lily heard the unicorn's vice as it reared, and the guards were yelling in confusion; in the next moment, glass was shattering, and she watched the magical creature fall through the window. "No!" she started towards the window by instinct, but was stopped by something hard colliding with her shoulder; she spun around just in time to stop a second hit with her wrist. Whoever the mutant was that the guards were fighting off, he was nowhere to be seen; a second hit made Lily stagger backwards, and she was getting dangerously close to the shattered window. Oh no, she definitely doesn't want to go that way. Digging her heels in she dodged and blocked attack after attack; she even managed to punch one of the guards in the nose before exhaustion started to catch up to her. One block missed, one foot slipped; the next weapon that hit her sent an all to familiar electric shock through her body, and she landed on hands and knees, crying out in pain. Damn. I almost made it. That was the last thought that flashed through her mind before she curled up into a ball to shield herslef from more blows to come.

Thankfully he wasn't the only one that got the memo of the breakout. As he was rushing in looking for the right way in he saw a group of big red guys. He'd seen one of them around before back in he states, however, now there were plenty more. And all seemed to be interested in killing guards. He wasn't. But they at least seemed to know where thy were going. Streak followed them for a little while until they split up. Most of the fights weren't his concern; however, those that got in his way would definitely be fights that he would end and leave wtihout any question as to who had won. If all these fights were with mutans then the collars were off and it wouldn't be long before the guards realized that they would live longer if they ran than if they fought.
It was like a scene out of a movie.guards would get in his way and he would incapacitate them before they had a chance to fight back. Streak continued to head deeper into the underground, and as he did so he ran into more guards. Two guards came at him and the fight started. The two rushed him, batons drawn and ready for action. The two weren't expecting a mutant that wasn't from outside the camps. He was ready and able to fight. Streak blocked and attacked like someone that had been doing this his entire life. In truth he had been. He'd fought to get out of the American camps and now most of his friends were in here. The silver mutant took care of the two guards quickly and confined on his way. He'd managed to avoid any more complications... That is until he came to a large group of mutant that seemed to be losing quite badly.
Unfortunately Shawn wasn't able to stop them from getting thrown through a window and out of his help. Three was someone that was standig up to a group of guards. Streak couldn't make out who it was and figures that it was just a Romanian girl they'd rounded up. It didn't look like she was handling them too well. In fact, in the time that it took him to round the corner and asses what was going on she was curled in a ball on he ground trying to protect herself from the guards baton strikes. Streak wasn't going to stand by while an innocent defensless mutant was beaten to a pulp. By now Streak was in the middle of the group. All the guards took a step back in surpise before atttacking he bladed mutant.
Streak's sword blocked and struck the first guard. The guard steped back screaming in pain as blood streamed from his arm. Another couple attacked him and Streak responded with the same actions that they took towards him. With his blades and sword going as fast as he could it did take long for all the guards to be dispathed of. "Are you ok?" Streak asked the girl balled up on the floor.
Lying on the ground Jewel focused on protecting herself from the blows and trying to work up enough strength to stand up and fight back. Somewhere on the edge of her senses she could still feel Streak's silver, but she couldn't concentrate long enough to tell how far he was. And by the time she did, he was right there. She could tell it from the yells and screams of the guards, and the fact that the beating stopped; she stayed curled up on the ground, hoping no one would trip over her. The fight was over surprisingly fast. Well, that's Streak for you. "Are you ok?" I think I broke my wrist. Lily groaned, rolling onto her back carefully, moving her arms and legs to see if they were still working. She pulled all her silver around her injured wrist. The rest seemed to work just fine. Considering. Wiping dirt and blood from her forehead, she opened her eyes to look up a Shawn. His figure swam in and out of focus for several moments before she could see him clearly. She almost smiled. "Yeah I'm fine. But I'm gonna need some silver."
