The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

Mutations
Mutation description: Dragomir has the ability to craft garbage into a body, and animate that body as a golem under his control. The golem has an amount of intelligence relating to the percentage of electronic devices that makes up it's body, strength to the motorized components, and armor depending on where the harder parts of it are located. Drago doesn't directly mind-control the golems, but rather issues orders that they follow to the best of their ability. He can have about five 1-2 foot tall golems, three 3-4 foot tall golems, or one 5-6 foot tall golem at the moment. He designs the bodies himself, and they are currently rather crude. These golems can range between 25-35 feet from Drago before they stop being able to recieve instructions, and 45-50 feet before they fall apart all together. Drago must be touching the materials to make a golem.
Strengths: He can have his golems do the fighting for him, and they are useful for other things as well. Also, the golems continue doing Drago's last command to the best of their ability, even after he falls unconscious, though once that task is complete they just fall apart. Weaknesses: Garbage is smelly. Also, someone who can manipulate metal can manipulate any metal in the golem, and depending on their materials they might be vulnerable to fire or ice or lightning or other elements.
Fighting Style Get his golems to fight for him. Explanation: Drago has his golems defend him in combat. Pros for fighting style: He usually isn't in the fighting. Cons for fighting style: He sucks at fighting, and is actually physically weak.
Faction Allegiance Unaffiliated
History Of Your Character: Dragomir was born to a farming family with six other brothers and two sisters, all older. His father worked the land with the older sons, and his mother, a British immigrant who tought her children english, took care of the few livestock they owned with the younger ones. From almost the moment he was born, Drago was friends with the single child of the owners of the land next to his families, a girl named Eva. They lived happy, normal lives, and though Drago's eldest brother inherited the farm when his father became too old to work, Drago was still welcome there. When he was eighteen he proposed to Eva, and they were married three days later. From that point on, they were never out of the same room. They stuck together like staticy socks, and when Eva's parents decided to pass on the land, it was to Drago that it was given. He lived a happy life, working his farm. They had little money, but it was not needed for them to be happy. Eva and Drago had four children, two of which are married and living out of the country, one of whom moved to america, and one who, even after twenty-four years there, decided to stay on and work the farm after Drago was gone. Drago soon lost touch with his other children, not out of any thing on his part, but due to the fact that they stopped replying to his letters. His youngest son, Greigor, found a girl named Isabella, and married her. They had four grandchildren, and Drago doted on them like no other grandfather ever could. However, just a few months ago, Eva died in her sleep, of a brain anuerism.. Drago was heartbroken, and couldn't leave the house for days. When he finally ventured out, it took him two weeks to even begin to pretend to be okay. He scrounged for things in the garbage of others, as he had often been forced to do when times were hard, and his anger and sorrow vented out of him when he made a strange humanoid statue out of garbage. The statue came to life, and Drago realized that he had been given a gift. It was almost as if God was saying sorry for taking Eva away from him. That night, the government attacked his house, and when his son tried to fight, they killed him and in the proccess burned down Drago's home, killing his daughter-in-law and his grandchildren. The agents took him in to the camps, and on the first day his leg was broken when he was 'accidentally' pushed down a flight of stairs. It healed improperly, and gave him the gimp he now has. Drago has been wallowing in grief, withdrawn and almost blind to the changes happening right outside his door, and he almost missed his chance to escape when he saw the guards drunk out of their minds, the gate wide open, but closing automatically. He hobbled through the gate, and made his way to the nearest city, the capitol, Bucharest...
Roleplay Where did you learn about this site?: *bows to the almighty Google* Do you have any other characters on MRO, if so who: N/A Sample RP: Drago grunted as he methodically placed pieces of junk on the appropriate places on his slowly forming golem. Though he had only had his power for one day before the camps, he had theorized much during his time. He remembered what it felt to create a golem, and he was attempting to recreate it. Finally, he placed the final bit of garbage, and had a vaguely humanoid shape in front of him. It had no hands, and barely feet, and no face to speak of, but still, it was there. Drago reached out his hand and laid it on the statue, then closed his eyes. He let a bit of himself flow into the golem, and watched as it shuddered to life, a foot-tall little creature under his command.
Drago immediately told the thing, through the tentative connection he could feel in his mind, to grab the small sack nearby. It did so without hesitation, holding it between it's stubby little arms. Follow me. He thought, and the golem walked at a steady pace behind Drago as he limped along. His leg twined slightly with pain on every step he took, as he headed back to his sleeping place. "One day," He muttered, "I will have revenge for my children, and my grandchildren!" he pledged the same thing to himself every day, but he had enough on his hands just staying alive and out of the camps..
