Character
Personality: Gill, for the most part, tries to not get involved in the lives of others unless it will somehow benefit him. Having never had many friends, and having none now, Gill is pretty socially awkward. Despite this, Gill wants to have friends but doesn't know how to approach someone and befriend them. Due to he and his mother getting abused by men, Gill has a very strong stance against hitting a women, and whenever Gills see's abuse happening, he always steps in and stops it.
Hobbies/ Interests: Fighting.
Job or part time job and description: Fighter. Gill makes his money in underground fight clubs.
Fears/ phobias/ concerns: Along with being unsure how to approach people casually, Gill is also horrified of approaching another mutant. Having heard of other mutants, but never meeting one, it frightens Gill. The only thing Gill is truly afraid of is dying in his current state; Alone, with no home, money or life. He want to have a normal life and job but has had no luck in finding a true job. Having given up in applying, he just waits hoping one will find him.
Special talents: Gill knows how to live with very little, and he also understands the way the streets are run and work.

Good/ bad/ neutral/ other: Neutral. Gill does things to survive, and has often let others pay just so he can live another day.
Mutations
Mutation description: Time-Slip. Gill can travel forward (only forward) in time. When he does this, his body disappears from current times and reappears in its exact place however far in the future Gill moved. Gill often uses this power to avoid being bored. However, he cannot move forward continually. Gill requires some rest in between jumps.
Strengths: Gill can control how far forward in time he goes, up to an hour. When reappearing, certain objects that are in his position can be knocked back. This is often people, who get knock over as if someone shoved them. Other light and movable things, like carts will be knocked back.
Weaknesses: The world around Gill instantly changes, so he is often times confused on how things have changed. Gill could also end up inside of something if it is put where he is before reappearing, such as a car or large pieces of furniture.Gil is capable of moving forward in the future up to an hour at a time. He can only move in 6 minute intervals, and after each jump he must wait for a minute before attempting another.

Pros for fighting style: Effective in winning a fight against street fighter. Powerful strikes, and moves considered illegal in the ring. Anything goes including weapons at times.
Cons for fighting style: No finesse or thought. Gill was never taught anything so all of his moves are basic and predictable.

History of Your Character:
Born to a lower class family in the inner city of Pittsburgh, Gill grew up with very little. His birth was the result of his mom one night stand with an unknown man. His mother had countless male partners through her life, none of which cared much for her and cared even less for Gill. Gill's mom didn't know how to raise her son. While she loved him, she didn't understand what it was to be a parent and never taught Gill all the little things parents are supposed to tell their kids. Causing Gill's life to be very trial and error filled.
To escape from his mother’s often abusive partners, Gill spent most of his time on the streets. He tried to fit in with the other kids, and did alright at that. He never had many friends, but could always at least be in a group with others and not be out of place. All of the kids of the inner were in a street gang of some kind, and at age nine, Gill joined one. The 57th Reds. Their name coming ruling the area's between 5th and 7th street. Gill would stay with this gang until he left Pittsburgh. During his time with the 57th, Gill was involved in many crimes and gang violence. And on more than one occasion was arrested. His mother's only concern was that she would have to pay the fine. It was in the 57th that Gill began to fight.
The indoctrination process for the 57th was simple; find a member of one of the many rival gangs and beat them into a pulp. Gill had never been in a fight up till then and barley knew how to make a fist. Never the less, Gill found a kid, not much older than him. Gill came up behind the kid and hit him in the back of the head. The other kid turned and proceed to choke out Gill. Gill tried to back away, but tripped and fell, his victim turned aggressor falling him. Just before he passed out, Gill's mutant power activated.
Gill woke up lying on the sidewalk, alone. Thinking he had passed out and just woken up, he thought nothing of it and got up, looking for another person to jump. It wasn't until Gill was in his kitchen a few months later that he actually found out his power. He was making himself a sandwich when he noticed the clock kept jumping forward. This continued on for a few hours, but only mere minutes to Gill. Going to his mom to see what was happening, he saw her seemingly teleport from place to place, screaming and freaking out. Thinking herself insane for seeing her son disappear then reappear, his mother left the house in a frenzy to find help. Gill began to freak out and noticed the time between jumps to be almost nonexistent. When the police showed up, Gill was never present for more than a few seconds. Realizing what they were dealing with, the police called in an Adapted, the only one in the state. With his power nullified, Gill was able to control his powers somewhat. He could stop himself from jumping indefinitely, and he could control when he started his jump. But the time he jumped for was still random. It would take Gill many more years of practice to master it.
Gills mom, unable to cope with her son being a mutant, left in the months to follow. Gill was only 10. He then lived on the streets, secluding himself as much as possible from others. Gill stole what he needed to survive, at first. But found that fighting was likely to draw the police attention. Gill stayed in Pittsburgh until he was 19. At this age he Stole a car and slowly moved from city to city, hoping to find a home.

Sample RP:
Gill walked into the empty bar, the bartender looked up at him. He was a stocks man, about 5'2" about as wide as he was tall. He had a beard that wasn't well cared for. He looked at Gill intensely, inspecting him as if looking for weakness or imperfections. Gill walked up to the bar, and took a seat at one of the old stools, it's vinyl cut open and the stuffing showing.
"What would you like kid?" The man said, his voice gruff as the result of years of smoking.
"Dino told me about this place. He said you make a good carbomb."
"Who's Dino?" the man responded, lowering his voice and moving in closer to Gill.
"I cannot say."
The bartender leaned back and walked over to a door behind the bar and beckoned Gill to follow. Gill stood and walked around the bar, and proceed through the door. The door opened to a set of stairs going down at the bottom was another door. The closer Gill got to lower door, the more he could head cheering and shouts. Upon reaching the door, slammed his fist on it four times, each hit making a dull thud. The door opened slightly to reveal a large black bouncer. He stood at least 6'7" and 280 pounds. He wore white tank top and black pants.
"Who the hell are you?" asked the bouncer, raising his voice to be clearly heard above the cheering.
"I cannot say."
The bouncer nodded and got the attention of another man, about the same size as Gill, who led Gill to an adjoining room, a makeshift locker room. Gill removed his shirt and opened one of the lockers, placing his shirt in there. He also emptied his pockets into the locker. The other man placed a lock on it and the two of them went back into the main room. The people were crowded around the center of the room, watching two men fight. The man led gill to a bench with other shirtless men sitting on it. Gill sat down next to the other fighters. The man looked at him.
So he jumps ahead and time, almost like a jumper if you will.
He is also an underground fighter so he may meet my character in the ring, or hopefully out of it because I really don't want Emerald to hit him because he seems like fun.
