The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

"Ugh actually, i do have some tea , it helps me when i get sick." Tristan opened up the fridge and tossed a pizza box onto the table. "Have a seat, hope you like meat lovers." He stopped and thought for a second. "Then again my guess is you do huh wolf boy." He chuckled at his own joke as he threw some tea leafs into a teakettle and filled it with water and placing it one the stove.

Ted laughed. "Yep, can't trust any food that didn't have legs." He opened up the box and helped himself to a slice. "I'm sure that pizza and tea aren't supposed to go together, but ah well, one of the advantages of living on your own, i suppose. Noone cares what you do." He laughed again; it was strange. Ted had never made friends with someone so fast. The two of them managed to become friends right away, despite Ted knocking Tristan over. He took a big bite out of the pizza. "This is good pizza, where'd you get it? I might have to convince the guys at the mansion to get some." He laughed again, which was a good sign. He always laughs around friends.
Tristan laughed, "Yeah it is definatly an advantage, i got it from a mom and pop pizza shop down the street called Charlies or something. But yeah they are definatly good." Tristan pulle dup a seat across from Ted grabbing a slice for himself. "How's the mansion fixing up. It was pretty screwed up when i left i barely found the garage," He laughed taking a bite of the pizza.

Ted took another bite of pizza and swallowed it before speaking. "Oh, it's a little banged up. As in half of it is in ruins. But I spotted some robots flying around that seem to have already started on fixing it. I just needed a break from it, and some new clothes. My old ones were the only pair I had, and they weren't even mine. They got pretty much ripped apart when I transformed, but some guy called Mr. Antonescu gave me a bunch of cash when I first arrived. He's a nice guy, I was thinking about going to him for a job. He seemed pretty well off, so I'm not sure he'll even consider me, but it's worth a shot, right? Worst I can get is a rejection." Ted realized that he had been talking about himself far too much, something he was more than prone to do. "So, what do you do? You just fix cars or do you improve them and stuff too?"
"Yeah i fix cars, that car over there was my first project started it when i was twelve, it was a junk heap sitting in my uncles lawn. I do other stuff to butt i haven't had much experiance, like paintjobs and sterios stuff like that." The tea kettle whistled and he stood up and grabbed a few mugs from a cabinet. "Tell you what if things don't work out at that place i could always use an extra pair of hands around here, so far it's just me working here." He poured the tea into the mugs and handed one to Ted.

Ted accepted the tea gratefully. "Really? I could work here? That would be so cool. I don't know much about cars, but I took physics at A-level. Mechanics was a branch of physics that i was fairly good in, and I'm a quick learner. I'm strong too, though I don't look it." He sipped some more of his tea. "Depends on if Mr. Antonescu pays me more. I've always had a huge career in mind, but that got kinda shattered when I kil-" Ted cut himself off short. He was normally fairly dense and blunt, but he had nearly given away something that he hadn't told anyone. He mentally scolded himself, and then continued talking, "-when i got arrested. That wasn't a fun time, and a criminal record doesn't help in your CV. So I've just been hoping for the best, though I doubt he'll accept me. I'm just some brainbox who got washed off of the streets and happens to be a mutant. I hear normal people aren't so fond of hiring mutants, especially dangerous ones. It's just occured to me, you must be a mutant too, right? Otherwise you wouldn't be at the mansion. What's your power?"
"Yeah thats sorta why i had to start my own buisness because when my powers first manifested i sorta leveled an entire building... the school i went to actually. I'm one of those dangerous mutants to, Alpha class. If any part of my skin touches the ground i can make any sort of earthquakes and i have these." Tristanclapped his hands together and the grew five times the normal size and were made completly from rocks. "Mine activated cause i was getting bullied. This guy threw me onto the ground and , well i got these and i sorta took a few of them out if you catch my drift." Tristan ignored what Ted had slipped obviously he was uncomfortable talking about it.

Ted was immediately grateful that Geo hadn't pressed about his slip-up. "You leveled the school? I think you accomplished what most kids dream of." Ted realized that this was a kindred spirit; someone whose uncontrollable powers put others in danger. But he appeared to have more control than Ted did as he created an impressive pair of fists. "Oh awesome cool. Are those just rocks covering your hands or have you hands actually turned to stone? I wasn't much of a geology fan, but those sure look like they could deal some damage. If We can both get our powers under control, then we'll have to do some sparring one day. That'd be fun! Until then, I'm sure I could help you out around here. Hell, it could be fun, too. Though i wouldn't live here. No offence, but I'm going to be spending a lot of my spare time in the danger room trying to fix my powers. I'd probably need a psychic or something to help me out." An idea suddenly struck Ted. What if I did get a psychic to help? I'm going to have to ask Miss Tipper a few questions when we get back.
Tristan looked at his hands. "they are actually pure stone so i don't have to worry about losing a finger if i have these up. Unfortunatly these i have the most control over. And it would be great to have you around i can show you some stuff with cars if you want." He looked over to the stairs that lead to the loft. Yeah theres not much room up there anyways. Barely enought for me." He chuckled. "Now all i need to do is find a place to train myself, no offence but i'd rather not train at the mansion. Maybe in the park or something, You know late at night." Tristan took a swig of his tea. "Good stuff."
Ted took a swig of his tea too. "Yeah, this is the best I've had since leaving England." Of course it is; it's the only tea I've had since leaving England. "Awesomeness, so you can just reform it if I snap off a finger? Can I try?" He gave a cheeky grin, he wanted to test how strong they are compared to him. "So I could work here? I wouldn't mind learning a thing or two about cars; I've always enjoyed learning. It'll be useful if I break down somewhere. But first i would need a car. And a driver's license." He'd enjoyed learning to drive, and was quite good at it too. He'd loved to go on go-karts as a kid, and it kind of carried over onto his driving. "Fair enough, Central Park would probably work. But aren't there nearly always people around, regardless of time? It would be kinda hard to not get noticed. Maybe you could take a drive out of town for a few days at a time, and find a more desolate area. And you could do some simple practices in here in the meantime." Ted could probably design some simple things for Tristan to practice on. "If one of us manages to get control of our powers before the other, then we could help each other out. Like if you get control first, you can cage me in if I get out of control. If I get there first, I can practise with you, and give you a moving target that thinks for itself." Now it was Ted's turn to chuckle; he had a mental image of rocks flying at him whilst he tried to dodge them.
Tristan thought for a second. "Yeah going for a trip would be easier, but the park would be ok for smal excercises. And i've really never had a moving target." Tristan took a swig of tea. "Yeah you don't have much control in that form do ya, and go ahead have a try." Tristan raise his right hand and changed it to rock.
Ted grinned as Tristan formed a rockhand. Ted gripped the fourth finger with one hand, and the wrist with the other. He then pulled with both hands, trying to get the two to separate. Beads of sweat began to form on Ted's forehead, but cracks began to form in the rock. With a small grin Ted put more force into it, and the cracks lengthened and widened. With a last ditch effort, the finger snapped off. "So it's fairly strong then," Ted said, holding up the finger triumpantly. "You need this back?"
Tristan flinched when his finger came of, even though it had no effect it stilll startled him to watch his finger come off. "Yeah i think i might need that." He took the finger and held it up to his hand. The rocks in it shifted and disolved into the palm and the finger sprouted once again. "Yeah they are strong but they still get roughed up in a battle." He let the fist desolve into normal and grabed another peice of pizza. "Should have got cheese stuffed crust." Tristan couldn't help but laugh.
Ted watched the rockhand reform itself. "That's cool. Can you just do it with you hands, or can you make other parts of you into rock as well? Because that would helpful in a fight, to be able to be entirely made out of regenerative stone." Ted grabbed another slice. "I'm not so much a fan of stuffed crust. I prefer to have my cheese on the pizza, where it should be. But I wouldn't say no to a good deep pan, still warm from the oven, covered in melted cheese and pepperoni. Umm, I'm almost drooling just thinking about it."
"Unfortunatly all i can do is my hands ((OOC: at the moment muhahahaha)) IC: but it would be helful." He held out his piece of pizza. "You see with the regular pizza the only part that you reall get enjoyment from is the toppings, and with the stuffed crust every little bit is like heaven." Tristan chuckled. He looked around. "I really need a window so i can tell if it's raining or not." He guessed by the pitter patter on the garage door that it still was. "Ugh, water." Tristan shivered.
