The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

Vincent smiled at her, this was what honeymoons were all about after all. Rather than answer he kissed her passionately, while simultaneously slipping off his already undone pants.
Laying her back on the bed he continued to kiss her as he tried to take off his shirt, only to get in tangled behind his back.
Vincent couldn’t help but grin as he heard the shirt rip as Jade got it off. Returning the kiss he wrapped his arms around her and let himself become one with her.

Vincent was down in the lab working on one of the toasters that he’d finally managed to capture. He was trying to figure out how to change the programming so they’d at least stay still, if not come and help you when his thoughts were interrupted.
“Daddy!” came Sapphire’s cry as she raced down into the lab. As he turned to see what was the matter the toaster took its chance and bolted. Too slowly he span back to try and catch it as it raced off.
“Damn,” he cursed as it shot off up the stairs. Turning back to his little girl he asked, “What’s the matter baby?”
“He broke,” she replied indignantly holding out Reginald. Reginald was a small robot monkey that he had made for her third birthday. He followed her around everywhere and she took great delight in playing with him.
“Oh dear,” said Vincent, “what seems to be the matter with him?”
“His tail fell off,” she said, holding the monkey in one hand and the tail in the other.
“It fell of did it?” said Vincent suspiciously. Sapphire nodded furiously. Taking Reginald he placed him on the desk and held out his tail to him. “Did your tail fall off Reginald?” The monkey shook his head.
“It did too!” said Sapphire, stamping her foot to make the point.
“Well Reginald doesn’t seem to think it did,” Vincent said with a small smile. Turning back to the monkey he asked, “Did someone pull your tail off?” He nodded as Sapphire glared furiously at him. “Can you point at who pulled your tail off?” Vincent asked.
The monkey pointed at Sapphire. “Taddle tale,” she said and stuck her tongue out at Reginald.
“What did I tell you about playing rough with him?” Vincent asked Sapphire.
“Not to,” she replied dejectedly, hanging her head.
“It’s alright,” he said with a small chuckle as he picked up some of his tools, “Just don’t do it again, and don’t tell your mother.”
“Don’t worry, mommy isn’t sick,” Vincent reassured her as he set about reattaching Reginald’s tail, “She’s pregnant. That means that she’s going to be having another baby. Soon you’ll have a little brother or sister, what do you think about that?”
Making the last twist he set down the tools and picked up Reginald. “There we are good as new.” He handed the little metal monkey to Sapphire. “Now be careful with him, because if you break him again you’ll have to fix him yourself.” He said with a mischievous smile. She would have to do it all by herself, he’d of course help, but it would be harder and take longer than just giving it to him to fix.
Vincent smiled down at Sapphire as she got her monkey back. He gave a slight scowl when she referred to the baby as a brat. “Come now, don’t call the baby a brat. Just think, as well as Reginald to play with you’ll have a little brother or sister, wont that be fun?”
“And no, you won’t have to share Reginald if you don’t want to, he’s yours. I’ll make the baby its own little robot friend.” It was dawning on him that Sapphire might not like the new baby, what then? Sapphire could already be a handful, and with a new baby to care for they certainly didn’t need Sapphire running around causing more trouble. He really hoped the pair of them got along.
Sapphire sighed deeply, nodding her head thoughtfully. She giggled as the robot climbed onto her shoulders and bowed its head. She hugged it again, nuzzling her head against his. She then hugged her father's leg.
"Im sure a new baby wont be that bad....besides who else can I get to help me steal cookies?" Sapphire smirked as Reginald scurried up the counter, before sliding back down. "Except for Reginald of course."
Vincent tried to look stern as he lectured her, but he couldn’t keep a straight face. “Now what’s all this about stealing cookies? And Reginald has been helping you say? Well, I’d better reprogram him them so he wont steal again.”
Vincent deliberately got up slowly from his chair, giving Sapphire plenty of time to run away. He wouldn’t actually reprogram Reginald, and besides, the odd cookie here and there wouldn’t hurt.
"AHH! Robot man is comming to get me!" Sapphire exclaimed darting between furniture. She finally hid underneath the couch, not knowing that her foot was sticking out of the side.
Vincent watched Sapphire dash off and gave a slow pursuit. “Hmm,” he declared in a loud voice, “She seems to have eluded me, I’d best call in some help. Dreadnaught! Can you come and help me find the fiends?”
When Jade got pregnant with Sapphire he reprogrammed Dreadnaught to make him child friendly, and so all weapons were now retractable so he just looked like a big metal man. He was also now voice activated, responding to Vincent and Jade’s voices.
“Where do you think she could be Dreadnaught?” he asked in the same loud vice, while using the remote in his watch to order Dreadnaught to lift the couch that Sapphire’s foot was poking out of.
In one quick motion Dreadnaught lifted the couch and Vincent jumped on Sapphire. “Found you!” he exclaimed, and proceeded to tickle Sapphire.
Sapphire squealed in surprise, wiggling about. She laughed and laughed as she looked up at her father.
"No..haha...fair!" Sapphire exclaimed, wiggling away from her father's grip. She darted behind her mother, sticking her tounge out at her father.
Jade smiled, rubbing her belly, she knealed down next to her daughter. "Hey Sapphy, did daddy tell you were gonna have a new sibling?"
"Yea." Sapphire looked at her mother's stomach curiously. "Can we take it out and see what it looks like?"
"No Sapphire." Jade sighed, "That would kill the baby."
"......"
"And thats bad." Jade explained with a small frown on her face. "Sapphire a new sibling could mean new adventures!"
Sapphire quirked a brow at her parents. "And someone I could blame stuff on."
Jade smaked her palm against her head. "NOt exactly what I was hoping for but yes that could be a possibility."
"A partner in crime...I like the sound of that, maybe a sibling wont be so bad after all." Sapphire grinned before running off to play with the toy monkey.
Jade looked at Vincent with a sigh. "I created a monster didnt I?"
“Credit where credit’s due honey, I had an equal hand in it.” Pushing a button on his watch Dreadnaught put the sofa back down and went back to his alcove. Walking up to Jade Vincent kissed her while placing his hands on her belly.
“Not long until we have a second tiny terror racing about the place. Maybe this one will be a little less rebellious than Sapphire,” he said with a smile. In all honesty he could hardly wait to have another child about the place. He absolutely adored Sapphire, and just knew that he’d feel the same about this next one.

Vincent smiled at his little Emmy in her playpen. She was playing happily with the little robot kitten he’d made for her. Vincent had moved some of the lighter work up into the living room so he could watch Emmy, though he seemed to do more watching than working.
Forcing himself to take his eyes off Emmy for a second he set about fixing one of the toasters that he and Sapphire had caught that morning. To ensure that it didn’t escape he’d pinned it to the bench by an electromagnet. The toaster was going no where.
Unscrewing the final screw and magnetising it to the bench he began poking around the toaster’s insides, hoping to find a way to make the blasted thing stop running away. He’d really like some toast, but until he sorted out at least one toaster that just wasn’t happening.
Emerald played happily with the toy kitten, leaning up against her stuffed lion. She petted the robotic cat on top of the head, , giggling happily as it purred and rubbed up agianst her tiny legs.
She suddenly noticed something looming in the kitchen, heading towards her father and she started barking furiously, when the thing crept closer the little one stacked her toys in a pile, making a ladder. The tiny red head scaled the playpen, jumping out to the other side. She ran on all fours and grabbed the thing with her razor sharp teeth. She growled and barked as it wrestled with her before she truimphantly saw it stop moving.
Emmy dragged it over to her father and pulled on his pants leg, dropping it by his feet.
