MRO is an intermediate to advanced writing level original character, original plot X-Men RPG. We've been open and active since October of 2005. Okay, Here's the setting. Medieval Germany, circa 1490. We find Our Hero, the dashing but cursed Aleksandr, deep in meditation on the banks of the river Rhine. Our Heroine, the misunderstood Agnes, is struggling to convince our hero to flee to the new world, before The Villain, Lord Davids, the Vicious catches and kills our hero...
We really need a NPC mutant who can create pockets of Alternate Reality to play out our little dramas.
Okay, since I don't have Anthony at full tilt on the power scale yet, I don't want a full out brawl with Aleksandr, or freakshowbuggirl either. Because Aleksandr could eat me and I am not sure that ends well for me. Being eaten. I mean, it's never happened, but I don't want to chance it. And I reaaaally don't want to touch Agnes. No, really. That's fine, you can have my sandwich now... And the plate. I didn't need that arm all that much...
Let's bounce a couple of ideas around. Caught in a terrorist plot (the old kind, with hostage situations and South American accents!)?

We don't have to brawl at all if you'd rather not. I'm can just as easily work with a natural sense of unease around him. There doesn't have to be a fight, just a kind of gut feeling that they should be on edge around each other, maybe just a little bit of aggression in the way they speak and move, like they make each other cranky.
Heh, a hostage situation would be interesting, but I'm not quite sure how they'd get into that one.
We could just as easily have some sort of run-in at the Mansion or out in the city somewhere. I'm terrible at keeping up with people, so I don't really know what Mongoose is typically up to.

Now that the weather's a little warmer, Aleksandr's no longer confined himself to the Mansion and is free to meet people that don't frequent the school.
Currently he's lazing about in Central Park and is up for meeting any interested parties here.
