The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

We did, sit down and talk . . . or stood and verbally emphasized our views. Needless to say all did not work out. *Delphi says quietly, not liking to think about where last night got them, her and Siren.*
"You had a row. That's not what I'm saying. I'm saying you calmly sit him down, and tell him to be quiet for five minutes, while you tell him your reasons for not being able to apologize."
"He's an idiot if he won't keep trying to work things out. That I can guarantee. Hell- he's an idiot for not understanding things int eh first place, but again- I may be biased."
Thanks, I really needed someone to listen to me, sorry for dumping on you. Let me allievate my guilt by making you some sort of baked good. I dook most cookies rather well. *Delphi offers, sniffing a little but she managed to not start crying again, so she did very well.*
Half baked, and you call your self a doctor? Sallamonillia posioning, how about mostly baked and a good tip for getting them soft and gooey again?*Delphi says mildly harassing Dr. VanDeKamp.*
He chuckles. "Healing touch, Ms. Starling. I haven't been sick a day in my life since my powers manifested. Of course, should I ever need a plate in my head, I'm a bit screwed. It's a deal."
Better safe than sorry. *Delphi says shrugging.* Well should we get her opened up and then covered up before the family arrives? *Delphi asks with a much clearer head for work, now.*
Never had a cat, a dog but to be honest I'd of perfered a cat. *Delphi says making small talk as she heads to the sinks to re wash up before handeling the body, although it isn't like she is going to give the woman an infection.* How about you cat or dog?
No wife, no kids, no dogs or cats, do you have any type of pet or is your home always the exact same everytime you walk into it?*Delphi asks curiously, it is hard to imagine him being alone, alone. It seems like he could easily have someone else, or something else in his life.*
