The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

“I’ll stick around too, that’s if you two don’t mind me hanging out with you,” added Michael. He was starting to make some good friends, mainly due to being thrown together by some disaster or other.
He hoped that it wouldn’t be the only way he meet people around here, otherwise there might not be much mansion left by the time he had met everyone. The people he was most looking forward to meeting properly were the X-men, though he had already met one. If the rest were like Emerald then he would do his best to become a part of the team. He wanted to be out there with them, fighting the good fight.

((Here it comes))
"Fleeing? I remember when my dog had fleeing and we gave him a bath. Maybe you would feel better if you took a bath!" She giggled, not understanding what fleeing meant. "Not jut any bath, a bubble bath!" She smiled then frowned as her Mama Emmy ran off.
Putting her hands on her hips and huffing, Millie walked over to Nika and Micheal, acting like she was ignoring the wolf girl. She crossed her arms and sat down on the floor infront of them "Hello, child...s." Child was what her mother always called her, never Millie, always either child or Melissa.
Emerald arched a brow at Millie's sudden behavior and let out a small whine. She didnt mean to hurt the child's feeling's she just didnt want her to get hurt. The Lupine's tail wagged back and forth slowly.
"Thanks Nika." Emerald responded to Nika before trying to get up again. She barked in pain, letting out a soft whine. "Millie....dont you want to come back over here?"

Michael smiled at Millie and sat down in front of her. “Hi again Mille,” he said with a big grin, “do you remember me? We met a while ago in the kitchen. Say, are you gonna ignore Emerald up there? Cos she’s not had a great day and I think she could use a hug, don’t you?”
He could hear the concern in Emerald’s voice when Millie had turned away from her, and wanted to see if he could help. Plus he had always liked kids, and certainly didn’t mind sitting and talking to Millie.

Little Millie looked back at Emmy before huffing again and crossing her arms, when she turned her head back to meet Michael, she was desperately trying to hold back a smile by biting her lip. "I member you. I wat eating cookiet when you came." She nodded, still trying to hold back her smile.
When he asked if Millie's intent was to leave Mama Emmy all alone, she looked back once more, straining so hard to keep a straight face, but she failed horribly and her smiled beamed through before she burst out laughing and ran over to Mama Emmy, holding her arms out as if she was an airplane, trailing poor little Merlin by the arm. She 'flew' into Mama Emmy's arms, giggling. "Wat I cary?" She asked, not comprehending how Mama Emmy had a bad day.
Emerald smiled softly at the little girl letting out a slight grunt of pain when she landed ontop of her. She held Millie close to her, stroking her hair a bit.
"Yes dear you were absolutely terrifying." Emerald smiled, tail wagging a bit. She didnt have the heart to tell Millie how much she was in pain.

Millie grinned and attempted to make a scary face...but the result was something along the lines of 'something smells funny' while baring her pearly white and horribly childish baby teeth. "I cared you! I torry." Almost instantly, she felt bad and hugged Emmy before jumping off the bed and taking off her sock.
With a giant grin, she dug through the drawers until she found a few toothpicks, toothbrushes, and q-tips. Dropping onto the ground, she taped the articles together to make a large stick. She then jumped back up and reached into her pocket until she found the blue marker she had been carrying with her and she proceeded to color the tip of her white sock as if it was a flower. Finally, she stuck the sock on the stick to make it stand up and passed Emmy the ugly-looking interpretation of her pretty flower. "Here, I made thit pecial for you!" She grinned.
After the meeting a kp, Deathstar sat next to the doc as he bandage her wounds on her legs, she was deep thought as she was being healed. All that played in her mind was the big red guy who mysteriously helped her, and her sister for whom she never got her vengence which angered her more. Deathstar sat straight forward in a daze, not noticing anything about her surroundings, not even the professor conversing with her. Her body still bloodied and dirty she sat in silence and reconciled about the fight.
Avello!,.....couldn't be he's dead she said in her mind, why is he with Syn, did he have something to do with our parents murders, LAYLA! the doc yelled, obviously snapping Deathstar out of her trance, "yes, doc" she said softly. "Your all cleared", he said with a concern look on his face, "Layla!, is everything alright!" he asks while he touches her shoulder, "yea!, doc I'm alright, can I leave now?" the doc nodded yes. Deathstar rose out of the bed and headed outside the door.
Fade came into the infirmary unconcious at first, her mutation had gone...well...haywire and it was slowly recovering. Certain areas remained invisible whereas other areas seemed to have gotten back under control. A few of her muscles on her fingers were visible, but it was only temporarily until she would wake up. While she was passed out, her broken collar bone was dealt with and her arm was contained in a wrap to help with the pain as it was slung around her shoulder.
After nearly four hours, the redhead opened her eyes and blinked, it was too bright. A few more blinks, a few more color changes, and presto, she was fully awake. Bringing her hands up, she looked at the skin that seemed to have reappeared while she was adjusting to the light. Couple glances at her legs and everywhere else and she was fine. Just a few minor scratches other than that. She was fine.
With a heavy breath, she sat up, propping herself up with her free arm before resting her feet on the ground. "Are you sure you can walk? I think you should rest some more." A familiar voice interrupted Fade's movements and she looked up at the doc before smiling.
"How long was I out?" She asked, rubbing her neck where the sling was on with her unslung hand.
"I'd say maybe four hours since you arrived." He said, checking her temperature.
"Then I've slept enough. Thank you. I want some steak before I shower." She smiled weakly before letting her hand drop like a dead fly on the bed.
"You have to keep your arm in that position while showering." He said, motioning to the sling.
"Mmmk. Thank you. I think I just need some time to think without all of the other X-Men and those that were involved around me. Maybe find Raph." She sighed before attempting to stand...and failing to do so. She dropped back on her bed and growled to herself before trying again, grabbing the doc so she wouldn't fall back. Where was Raph by the way...?
"I really think you need to rest more." He pleaded.
"Nope." With that, she gathered herself together and left the room before going to her own room. It was her haven for now. She lied to the doc, she knew she needed sleep, but she wanted to sleep in her own bed without any help to it, so she just puffed it out and once she was in sight of her bed, she made a swivel and fell back-first onto her soft matress before passing out again. Peace and quiet...finally.

The television volume suddenly turned up as the Doc used his remote to do so. The news was on and there were two people being shown half-screen each, one at KP and the other in front of the Senate. The one in front of KP had a few siren lights flasing behind her and a few people running around with caution tape, examining the area.
"Yes, Don, this has been confirmed. Detectives along with scientists have found numerous blood samples that all point to mutants being involved in this struggle over whatever matters that were in dispute. Details of which mutants involved remain unknown, a few of them don't have a criminal record and a few others seemed to have warped their DNA structure with the mutant X gene, so we police were unable to pin any face to them."
"But you are saying that these were mutants involved, correct?" The television now kicked off the man in front of the Senate and changed to a man siting at the news desk, the anchor.
"Yes, Don, this is correct, again, no information on exactly who was involved they are still working on that." She nodded, holding her ear phone.
"Well, let's turn to Ray Uphore on details of how the Senate is now taking this unknown fight, Ray?" The woman was bumped off of her section and the man standing in front of the Senate appeared.
"Right. We have just received word that a member of the US Congress is, in fact, angry at these mutant fights and this one seems to have really pressed the matter. He has brought up a bill that he formed many years ago but did not feel as though it would pass easily unless mutants proved to be 'dangerous'. There are few details given to the public and the media at this point but it seems that he intends to set up camps for mutants and have them register. They will be closely watched and guarded so that no more uprisings like this will occur and America will be quote safe unquote."
"Mutants have caused problems in the past but we have reason to believe that this was not a bad mutant band versus a bad mutant band but it seems as though the details behind this fight are not all bad and targeting non-mutants."
"Yes, Don, but the Congress and the American public sees this as a warning of what mutants can bring. If this is going to be the case in the future, Congress is begining to think that the only way that we can now turn is to radical approaches." The male, apparently Ray, replied.
"What about mutants in hiding?"
"Again, no details of the bill, just that they intend to find all of the mutants that they can find that and place them under brotherly supervision."
"So any word of advice for the mutant population out there?"
"Be careful and prepare for these new bills is all I can say. It seems that he is slowly gaining support."
"Thank you, Ray, Mindy. So for all of you mutants out there, it seems that Congress finally wants order. We will keep you updated when we learn more. In other news, the serial killer, Dan Sturgy, has been caught and brought in-" The Doc turned the news on mute and sighed before shaking his head and moving on to the next patient.
The blonde haired green eyed teenager had come in with Fade some time ago, but had tried to stay out of the way. He hadn't really listened to the broadcast at all, he was too worried someone would recognise him and just him. Eventually, he pulled himself together. He needed to get some help... now.
“Please, I… I really need some help.”
Doc was over to him in a flash.
“What’s the matter my good man?”
The Doc tried to lead Nail over to one of the beds, while simultaneously trying to grab some bandages from a nearby table. Nail was a little ahead of him though and jumped onto the bed, removing his blood stained hand from the wound to show the doc.
“I’ve been given a shot, and I think I’ve been poisoned… it’s a long story, but I need you to find a cure for me right away.”
“Poisoned?” The doc put his hand on the wound on his shoulder, and closed his eyes, frowning slightly. Nail cringed as he put his hand on it, but was surprised when he felt warmth, and saw the light glowing underneath his hands, “Are you sure you where poisoned? Wait, first of all what’s your name, and how long ago where you injected?”
Nail was slightly taken aback as the man easily healed his wounds, and it took him a moment to answer.
“Ah, my names Nail Copperfield, and um… guess by now it would have been three hours ago.”
The Doc seemed to be wondering if he was serious, but before Nail could try to convince him he wasn’t lying, the old man reached out and put his hand on the small red dot on neck. The old man frowned slightly, and got a syringe from nearby.
“I can’t be certain, so I’ll take a blood sample.”
Nail didn’t protest, and let the doc draw some blood and take it to a rather expensive looking computer, placing the sample in it to check its composition.
Looking around, Nail recognized some of the people who were at KP, but no one else really. He was worried one of them would realize that he was fighting them earlier, if they saw his face. But seeing as how he was shirtless, and only had his jeans, it was kind of hard to hide it. He turned away from them, trying not be seen, but he knew he’d have to deal with one of them if they realized.
