The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

Morality
Good/ bad/ neutral/ other: Good (8): Kassi always tries to do the right thing, and helps out others whenever she can. Mutations
Mutation Description: Kassi exists in more than the standard three dimensions that most beings live in. She, unlike most beings or objects, also exists in the fourth dimension. By concentrating, she is able to “leap” up in the dimensional scale, into the fourth dimension, leaving the third dimension behind. To those existing in three dimensions, she is still visible as a three-dimensional being. The three-dimensional world appears to Kassi to be two-dimensional, unless she focuses herself onto it temporarily. She is able to lift her body off of the three-dimensional plane, disappearing from normal space. Kassi can exist solely in the fourth dimension at will, but only for about 24 hours, before she drops back down to exist in three and four dimensions. The reverse is also true. Kassi is able to temporarily focus herself down, to exist in the three dimensions only, for about 24 hours, before retreating to the fourth dimension to rest
Strengths: Can pass over/through objects and barriers by jumping over them in the fourth dimension; Kassi is more resistant to non-energy damage than normal beings (the same way a stack of paper is more resistant to being cut than a single sheet)
Weaknesses: High energy projections, such as lasers, can randomly jump into the fourth dimension when near Kassi; interacting with three-dimensional objects, including people, can be very confusing or near impossible, unless Kassi focuses herself into three dimensions; energy based damage is amplified, for example, and electrical shock that would startle a normal person, could possibly kill Kassi
Fighting Style Explanation: Kassi has had some basic training in self-defence, but nothing major Pros for fighting style: Kassi is able to surprise unsuspecting attackers Cons for fighting style: Kassi really doesn’t know very much, not enough to more than give her a few seconds to run away

History Of Your Character: Kassi was born in Edmonton, Alberta. Right from a young age, she had her whole life planned out. As she grew, Kassi began to have strange dreams, seeing beyond things in ways that shouldn’t be possible. Her dreams escalated, and soon, she began to find herself seeing things when she was awake too. Terrified, Kassi tried desperately to find anything to explain her unusual circumstances. Coming across a thesis on multi-dimensionalism, Kassi thought she had found the answer. She proceeded to study advanced math, and with everything she learned, the more convinced she became. Determined to use her abilities to help people, Kassi set out on a quest to find the greatest concentration of other super-powered beings she could. Her search eventually lead her to New York
Roleplay Sample RP: Kassi slipped down the alley, trying to focus on the three-dimensional plane. Even though her three-dimensional form was just a small part of her total mass, it still hurt when that form ran into a wall. It took too much effort to glide along in four dimensions just for a simple walk in the park. It was good to get away from the troubles of the world, even if it was only for a little while. A scream broke the quiet, causing Kassi to jump up. Nothing seemed out of place. Opening her eyes to the higher dimensions, Kassi cast about. There. A…damn, it was hard to make out three-dimensional details while seeing in four. Two people. One of them had screamed. Kassi sighed, and concentrated. With a faint pop of air rushing to fill the void, Kassi lifted herself up into four dimensions, leaving the normal planes of existence behind. Or below, as it appeared to her. Passing over three-dimensional barriers, Kassi let herself reappear in the three-dimensional plane behind the two people. A man had backed a female jogger up against the wall of a tunnel. “Leave her alone!” Starting, the man turned, and Kassi let him get a glimpse of her before vanishing from three dimensions again. She popped in and out at random, never quite long enough for the man to focus on her. Several times, she appeared within inches of him, whispering in his ear. It took a matter of seconds for the man to run screaming. Thanking her lucky stars that so many people in the city were superstitious, Kassi slipped away from the woman, hidden in four dimensions. No point in scaring her more than was necessary. Besides, Kassi had learned the hard way that not everyone was grateful for a rescue from a mutant.

Weaknesses: High energy projections, such as lasers, can randomly jump into the fourth dimension when near Kassi, potentially bypassing conventional safeguards and defences; interacting with three-dimensional objects, including people, can be very confusing or near impossible, unless Kassi at least partially enters three dimensions; energy based damage is amplified, for example, and electrical shock that would startle a normal person, could possibly kill Kassi
Physical Abilities General Physical Capabilities: Kassi is mostly only average when it comes to her physical body; she is not very strong due to her small frame, and her reflexes and co-ordination are slightly below average, making her a little clumsy at times. Her endurance is mostly average, however, she has found that she can enter a sort of “zen” state while running, allowing her to run for several miles with little apparent effort. As well, she is more flexible than average, although not exceptionally so. Rapid jumps and shifts like that always gave her a headache.
