The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

*Delphi and Siren enter their rooms on the first floor of the mansion. Tricity was right, it was very much like a nice suite. Xavier definatly built better the second time around. This time their rooms were completely seperate from Siren's class room. The 'suite' isn't huge but it is a good size. With a dinette, and livingroom space, a full bathroom, and luckly three bedrooms the place was larger than their apartment.* Nice, *Del says putting down the two babies she had and throwing out a blankett in the middle of what would be the living room space.* Glad Professor X needs teachers.
"No kidding. This is... nice." Siren said, putting down his own baby. "Alright. I've... yikes. That took longer than expected. I'm going to change and head to the club. You think you can get some students to help you move in?"
Yes, I'll rope someone into watching the tripletts and see about some help with moving boxes. You go get ready for work. *Delphi offers as she tries to picture what boxes need to go where.*
*Siren takes off for work and Delphi opens the student directory and goes through it till she finds some older familair names from before the mansion went boom. She found Kayla and Bayleigh to be in their dorm together and asked if they wouldn't mind watching the triplets for a bit while she brought in boxes from the van. They said no problem, and were so happy to get called from Del the offered to split the pay so that Del only had to pay for one of them. Del quickly agreed and soon she was lugging boxes into her apartment while Kayla and Bayleiigh played with the twins.*
* After about an hour two guys appear at the door. As it turns out the girls called their 'boy-friends' to offer to help Del. Grateful Del accepted and in another two hours all of Siren and Del's stuff is unloaded from the van. At that moment the furniture arrived and everyone ended up helphing with moving that stuff. Extremely thankful Delphi pays them all for their time. Bayleigh and Kayla both promise to babysit again and get some friends to possibly voulenteer also before taking off with their guys.*
*Once it is just Del in the apartment she deals with her now fussy kids. She feeds, burps, and changes the lot of them. She then gets them changed into their PJs and all into their cribs. She gives them their medicine and tucks them in for bed. While she hums and sings to them various lullabyes (and Beatles love songs that she knows the lyric to) in an effort to get them to sleep, she also manages to reload all their diaper stuffs into the changing table and puts their clothes into the dresser.*
*Once they nodd off, Delphi heads back to the kitchen area. She opens the boxes and gets most of the stuff put away rather quickly, being precognative definalty helps with cleaning and organizing. Once that is taken care of she migrates to the bathroom. It is very late in the night, or extremely early in the day depending on how you veiw things before she gets around to what she would rather aviod. Seperate bedrooms.*
*Delphi breaks all her and Siren's clothes and stuff into seperate piles. She re-boxes Siren's stuff and carries it up to one of the upstairs rooms and puts it in his room, on the dresser in there. She figured Siren would like the room because it had an attached office. She then goes to the other room on the first floor and deposits her stuff there. Their is a twin bed in there, left over from some where. Del doen't unpack she just crawls into bed, checks the baby monitor to make sure it is working and falls into an exhaused sleep. Knowing tomorrow she needs to wake up to take care of the kids, beacuse Siren will be tired and then she can leave for school and Siren can finish the unpacking of livingroom things and various boxes marked miscellanious.*
When Siren finally gets home, somewhat less than Sober, it's pushing 4:00 in the morning. The City bus system is less than useful getting home. He hopes he'll be able to get a car from the Mansion garage for use because this? This sucks. He checks in on the kids, and notes Delphi curled up in a single bed. Taking the hint, he crashes in what he determines to be 'his' bed, and is soon "snoring" musically away.
*Delphi gets up early and makes her self coffee, changes into her clotes, changes diapers on the tripletts and gets started on feeding them, by this time it is much later in the morning.*
*With one baby feed Del checks the clock, "Ok time for Siren to get up." Del thinks to her self. She is still holding Aria as she walks into Siren's room, Siren . . . Siren are you going to get up today? What time did you get home anyways.
"Nnnfff.... Shhhhhsshhh...." He pulls a pillow over his ears, trying to quiet the sound. It'd be easier to do, if the music wasn't coming from inside his head. Hangovers are a bitch, and Siren doesn't get them easily.
Siren! I don't know what you over did last night but if I stay in here any longer I am going to need more than tyloneal, wake up. Take a shower and I will get you coffee. *Del says needing to leave the room. She returns a few minutes later with Siren's choice of pain killers and tea or coffee, he probably needs both.* Here, pick your posion. *Del says leaving to avoid Siren's headache and deal with two more fussy, needs to be feed babies.*
"Nnnfff..... <Shutup shutup shutup....>" He groans, not talking to Delphi, more talking to the music in his head. He peeks out of his pillow, and eyes the tray that Delphi left for him. Reaching out, he takes the tyonol and tea, and, after nursing the cup for a minute, drags him self very ruluctantly to the bathroom for a cold shower.
*Delphi gets the babies feed and tosses them gently in the play pen and turns on an educational little kids show. She then works on getting the kitchen righted before she has to leave for class.*
Siren finds his way into the kitchen, his headache now at a tolerable leve. He stands in the doorway, not getting to close, dressed in a fuzzy robe. "Sorry. Didn't get home until 4 last night."
I believe you. Umm Siren you don't look so good . . .you aren't catching the triplett's colds are you? *Del says concerned. She is not leaving him alone sick with the still colicky babies.*
*Delphi raises an eyebrow,* Painful . . .really? *She says with an edge to her voice, damn empathy. She would yell at him for getting drunk but she has a pretty good idea why and wishes to avoid the topic.* Can you handel the tripletts, I haven't taken a day off school I can take one off if you need to keep sleeping.*She says not exactly happy, but he needs to be ok for work tonight.*
