A grand hall in a upstate hotel of New york was the house for one of the biggest halloween parties. The once so proud and long hall was now a place where pirates and ghosts where hanging out and spiderwebs and bats where hanging around the walls and ceiling. Everything was in the good nature of halloween, the scary event of the year. The party however didn't even begun. The only people there where the staff members dressed up like ghosts and pirates. Hymn was looking through the window for a hour now, with her face pressed against the glass. She didn't have a costume to begin with. She didn't know anything about halloween. The staff members noticed her but did not pay attention. She was just one of those snoopy kids that wanted to see what was going on. But after a hour one of them came outside. "Hello there" The staffmember said. "Could i ask you what you are doing." Cailyn didn't turn around and said. "I see ghosts and pirates in there, what are they doing." The staffmember looked a bit confused. "It is a halloween party, everybody dresses up like something scary of funny." Cailyn turned her head. A soft music came out of the deep and she asked: "Can i come." The staffmember nodded in agreement and she entered the hall. She got really excited and her time with the order taught her that it wasn't bad to try and use her powers sometimes. However she didn't know that with all the excitement she was starting to influence everybody in a costume to pretend what they where dressed up too. The party was starting and people where showing up. This was going to be one weird night. (OOC: Ok, the deal is everybody showing up in costume becomes the character they dress up ass. Pirate goes all Yarr ! ghosts go all Booooo etc you get the deal )

What was it that a normal 14 year old wore to a Halloween party? Well there was always the theme from some movies that he’d recently seen, or there were always things from TV shows and comic books. And then there were the less original people who dressed up as ghosts and such with sheets over their heads and eyes holes cut out so they could see. But Ted was looking for something creative to wear. His parents continued to send him some money whenever he needed it so that he could go out shopping and any other need that he saw fit. He’d spent most of the day walking around going from store to store looking for a suitable costume. Ted had found a couple of costumes that he liked but most were for kids that were like 3 years old. Teddy finally found a costume that fit him. He also liked the look that he found. It had a very futuristic Xbox 360 game look to it. As he was walking back to the bus to go back to the mansion he noticed that there was a huge place getting ready to throw a Halloween party. Most of the employees were dressed up and were making it look very authentic and like it was going to be a great party. Ted was actually only going to wear his costume on Halloween night to go trick or treating around town but this would be a pretty cool place to try it out and see how people react to his costume. Ted walked past any workers that were there unhindered and straight to the bathroom to change. Since he’d just bought it a minute ago he hadn’t even gotten the chance to take the tags off it. Ted found a trash can in the bathroom, threw the tags in it and quickly slipped on the costume. He decided not to put the helmet on quite yet because if he saw anyone he knew he would want them to recognize him. Teddy looked himself over in the mirror before walking out the bathroom door and stashed his normal clothes under one of the tables that was starting to fill up with food. Now all he had to do was wait for more people to arrive and the party would begin. Ted walked around the building looking at all the decorations that were being displayed and all the employee’s costumes. Their costumes looked very authentic, or at least the pirates did, anyways.

Anthony lounged around in the back of the Limo, waiting to arrive at the hotel. He was prodding the minibar with his staff/cane, seeing if he could open it, and maybe dislodge some of the contents without actually getting up. The tail was getting in the way of any real coordinated movements, and if he fell, he might dislodge the whiskers or brush the brown spray on color from his fur.
As the limo driver pulled up to the front, the valet opened the door. Master Splinter stepped out of the limo, and the valet didn't even double take. A few of the other invited guests had already arrived, even though it was early, so he wasn't surprised.
"Sir, welcome to our establishment. The party will begin shortly. In the meantime, please wait in the lounge with the other early arrivals and enjoy your evening." Anthony shook the proferred hand, and the valet pocketed the 20 without so much as glancing at his hand, and proceeded to the drivers window to instruct the driver. This was a classy establishment, so drivers would have their own mini-party going on while they waited for their respective clients. Anthony smiled as he walked into the lobby, and towards the doors of the lounge.
When he entered and sidled up to the bar, he sighed and looked around. These people looked droll. He couldn't wait for the party to actually get into swing. Last halloween, he'd been at a charity ball in Boston, and it had fallen flat on the entertainment side. He lounged around (the voluminous robes of the costume were damned comfortable over the knee length and tank top pair of tights) and flirted with various young women, old women, and occasionally his glass of Romanée Conti. He figured if your paying this much for a drink, you can flirt with it all you want, but you shouldn't drink it or you'll have to buy another.
As time went by, and the lounge started filling with the impatient guests, a gentleman in a tux wandered in and announced that the grand hall was open, and that we could enter at our leisure. No one moved except an older lady, who waved him off with a courteous thanks. No one planned on looking over eager to go to a party that they had just waited an hour or so for. When the lounge had emptied itself (taking the provocative ghost waitress) Anthony decided to wander into the grand hall. A few steps in, and he felt the need to play the part a little, and stood still, leaning forward on his staff a little. He sighed, feeling the weight of his years settle on his shoulders. He coughed, and began to slowly walk towards a table.
Click, shuffle. Click, shuffle. Click, shuffle. He sat down, and began to look around. His sons were nowhere to be seen. Just as well. They had a tendency to break things. And, really, Raphael's temper would never let him mingle in large groups.
