The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

Mutations
Mutation description: Aquakenesis
Codey has the power to bend the element of water. Meaning he can lift water in the air, move it around, drop it and even form it into shapes with the power of his mind. Because of this Codey has an odd love for water. This also slightly enhanced his sense of smell. He can smell the fresh, crisp smell for water from a mile away.
Strengths:
- Having a large amount of water dropped on you suddenly could really surprise you. Giving Codey the time to run away.
- Codey does not necessarily have to move his hands to control water. If he wants to drop a water bomb on someone in a surprising manor, he can simply move the liquid with his eyes.
- If he tries hard enough, Codey can push water in one’s direction with great strength. Around 80-115 PSI. That’s around the same as a fire hose, though he usually only gets the stream to around 85-90. Blow to the chest by a blob of water could easily knock someone off their feet.
Weaknesses:
- Being as much of an idiot he is, Codey has a really short attention span, and sometimes has trouble keeping focused on one thing, making it hard to stay focused when trying to control water.
- Although ice is frozen water, Codey has no control over frozen liquids.
- To gain control of water, Codey must be in at least 200 yards of it.
Fighting Style
If the fact that Codey could force water into someone’s lungs doesn’t drive the person off, he tends to get a little physical.
Explanation: Codey usually tries to attack the opponent with water first, but if that doesn’t work, he’ll simply start throwing punches.
Cons for fighting style: Codey has trouble focusing; therefore he has trouble keeping water moving around.
Faction Allegiance
Unaffiliated.
History Of Your Character:
During the month of January, 1992, Codey was brought into the world. His parents gifted with yet another precious little boy. Brought into the Anderson household, Codey immediately was placed in the middle of three rough older boys. Receiving much taunting for being the youngest, he soon grew to call it home. All was well in Codey's life, no longer was he bothered by his older brothers as he set out for his first years of education at the local Elementary School. It was then that Codey and his family came to terms with his disability. Codey had Dyslexia.
As school became almost a nightmare, Codey struggled through the simple everyday curriculum. Though of course this would not go unnoticed when children began to taunt him in his inability to read, write, and sometimes even speak properly. Codey hardly found anyone who wished to play with him, to laugh with him, to spend time without harsh words being exchanged. Forcing his way through schooling Codey just barely passed. Finally the day came when he set off into high school, where he believed the taunting would cease. Little did he know, it would only intensify.
Soon Codey's older brothers scarcely had time for the boy, leaving him in the dust to fend for himself through this new maze. It was then that he had made himself a friend, someone that had no interest in what he couldn't do but only in him himself. Kylie Vayne made an impact on his life, being the first child he could interact with on a friendly basis. School suddenly began to ease up, becoming less of a night mare but more as a pain in the behind.
When the day came that Kylie suddenly disappeared, rumours were spread of her being one of what some called a mutant. A freak in everyone else’s eyes. When the rumours grew, the taunting began once more but this time worse then ever. That was where his life took a turn much like Kylie's. Codey discovered he himself was a freak, a mutant.
The day after Kylie’s disappearance, when seated at the edge of a fountain nearby his school, a group of boys whom had seemed to grow attached to mocking Codey showed up. The words flew, and Codey simply sat there taking in everything. When suddenly something within him snapped, causing him to stand. As he stood water suddenly spurted from the fountain, with a new pressure within it, hitting one of the boys square in the chest. Being knocked down from impact, everyone became shocked. And with that Codey walked away, trying his hardest not to run. He knew where he had to go somehow within his slightly numb mind.
