The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

It was a new day in a new way and Sam was as happy as can be. After him and Streak found out that they would be full fledged X-Men recruiters and mansion Greeters, not to mentions Sam’s new position as Self defense teacher they learned that they would be getting a office that they could share together and from what he heard it would be pretty big!
Sam followed his normal path to the front door but made a left down one of the hallways and walked upon the third room. Off to the side of the door a sign said Sam’s and Streaks names and there jobs titles, next to Sam’s name there was Mansion Greeter, X-Man recruiter and Teacher of Self Defense. Sam was so excited he walked into the room without knocking, but why should he? It was his and Streaks office after all.
Upon entrance Sam looked around the large room and his jaw dropped, “I don’t think this could be an office… maybe a garage…” thought Sam as he walked onto the hardwood floors and looked over to the walls that were covered in a nicely furnished wooden book shelves. The next thing that caught Sam’s attention was the two desks that were on opposites sides of the room facing each other, one was streaks and one was his.
Being a righty Sam walked over to the one on the right side and sat in the large chair on wheels, “Comfy!” said Sam as he opened the drawers and looked in each one. They were large desk very large ones. Two chairs sat in front of each one of the desks and it gave a look that this room was use for some type of lawyers.
Sam’s head turned back to the door as he heard it opened. Looking back towards his feet he pushed off of his desk and rolled his chair to the door that lead in and out of their office, “This is so sweet!” said Sam sounding like a kid.

Streak was excited. Leaning that he was going to be a Full X-Man was one of the best things that could happen to him and Sam. He walked from his room down the hallways quickly. Instead of heading towards the kitchen or something he headed towards the offices. There were plenty of peoples offices. Teachers, admins, and his office. His name was right next to Sam's. It also held his titles. Mansion Greeter, X-Men recruiter, and Head of Mansion Security. "Sweet." He said sofly as he touched the plaque.
Shawn then opened the door and walked right in. He wasn't sure if Sam was there yet or not but he supposed he was. It wasn't long before his doubt was answered. He heard Sam's voice on the other side of the door as he cracked the door open, about to walk in. No need to knock since it was his office. His first glimpses of it were that it was huge. The place could easily hold another four to six desks. But there were only two. This was going to be awesome. Once he'd opened the door he answered, "Ya. This is so cool." He closed the door and walked slowly over to his desk. He was taking the size of this office.
The silver eyed mutant finally sat down in his big comfy, rolling chair. "I feel so important in this thing." He said smiling. There was no hiding the fact that he liked the office. His desk was no small feature either. It seemed like they'd spared no expense at this place. "There's so much we could do with this place." He said to Sam from the other side of his desk. Ideas were running through his mind already. Since he was dealing with security, which would be quite often now that everything had been cleaned up from the party crashers, he would be spending more time there. Shawn would need a quick way to get from point A to point B. His powers were quick but there would be times when he would need to do other things and look human. How would they pull this off?

Sam grinned as Streak walked in and had an excited look on his face, he could tell what Streak was thinking. Sam was thinking it to, ’the big leagues’. Sam rolled his chair back to the position he found it before when he entered the room.
"There's so much we could do with this place."
Laughing at Streaks comment Sam walked over towards him and said, “Well it’s our office so I could only imagine how cool this place would be, and if need be…” Sam lifted his hand, ”think we could add on to it, if I read the map right this has a solid wall behind it and if goes on for a bit which could mean….” Sam paused for a second and then said, “an addition!”
With his hand raised Sam pointed to a corner and said, “Think about it an old school Juke box in the corner, a pool table in the middle, a big fridge, and a large television!” after saying each one of these a beam of blue shot from his hand as ice formed to each one of the things he described. “Hell we could make it like a secret clubhouse or something! Just toss some bunk beds in here if something was to go down!” said Sam laughing.

Streak couldn't help but laugh at Sam. He was excited like a kid at Christmas time who couldn't wait to open his presents. Streak continued to take in this place. He was finally moving up in the mansion. First mansion greeter, then full X-Men and now...this. The place looked pretty bare, but then again what do you expect from a brand new office like this.
“Well it’s our office so I could only imagine how cool this place would be, and if need be…” ”think we could add on to it, if I read the map right this has a solid wall behind it and if goes on for a bit which could mean….“an addition!”
"True." was all Streak said. It was all he needed to say. He was beginning to get excited about the prospects of this place. Apparently Sam had given this a lot more thought than he had. Sam continued giving out ideas. "I like the ideas. How do you expect to get through that if it's a sold wall?" He watched Sam create ice versions of what he was talking about. "Why don't we start working." Shawn said to Sam. He got up from his chair and walked over to the wall. The silver man started to inspect the wall. "Why don't we see if we can save this wall. We can make it like a secret entrance somehow." After a short pause he said, "Well, we've got a lot of work to do so why don't we get started? So...How do you think we can do this?" He asked looking back at Sam.

Grinning to Streaks question Sam said, “Well…” Sam walked over to the wall and covered it in ice. “Well there are a few ways we can do this but the best way to do this is….” Sam stretched his hands out as the familiar sensation of his golems started to sprout this time instead of seven ice golems Sam only formed six. “I have only tried this once but… if it works we should get this to work…”
Sam looked at the hard food floor and slammed his hand onto it creating a thin layer of ice covering the floor, making it very slippery for all but this ice manipulator, “That should be a good layer for this. Now looking at the wall in question Sam frowned, “Don’t think I have done it this big of a wall before but…” looking at to his left and right, “these six should be of some use in at least moving it…”
Remembering the definition in his head Sam tried his best to recite it out loud as he slammed the wall with his hands and as his six golems three on each side of him mimicked Sam’s double palm thrusts into the wall.
“Ice wedging…” Sam began as he closed his eyes trying to remember how to do it exactly, “A type of mechanical weathering in which rocks are broken by the expansion of water as it freezes in pores cracks or bedding planes…” Sam continued to keep his eyes closed as the ice that was around the wall he and his minions had their hands on.
A loud moaning sound could be heard, as the wall seemed as though it was being pulled apart. At this point Sam still had his hands on the walls however the golems began to move their feet as if they were pulling something very heavy.
“The only problem is if this works it’s going to be a pain to move the walls behind it…” Sam gave a small grunt as he was beginning to feel the weigh of the wall. Which meant that the solid concrete was now free from the rest of the wall. Sam focused his ice as it now surrounded the wall his golems were pulling this was going to take a while…

Streak moved over as Sam took up his spot. There was really nothing he could do to help this part of the project. Since he wasn't sure what Sam was doing he went and sat back down in his chair. It was very comfortable. He watched the as the ice golems were formed and started helping Sam separate the wall from itself by icing it and wedging it away from other parts of the wall. "Well we can figure out what to do with it later. Can't you just do that to the rest of the walls?" He asked. He continued to watch the golems work as he thought of how they would be able to set all this stuff up. Shawn also thought about how they would be able to make this the best place to hang out.

It took a few hours but with the help of Sam’s mutation and Streaks they were able to clear up a good amount of room. The deconstruction was a fun job that seemed to speed by with a little music on. It was pretty much a bare room all except a corner, which had two doorways in it one, was the place they decided would be good for a shower sink and bath tub while the other room would be perfect for a bed room.
It might have been ridiculous to add a bathroom and bedroom but Sam and Streak both thought it would be useful if they seemed to have a lot of paper work. Which with the way things were going was going to happen. If not it would be a nice place to lie low if something were to come after them.
It was a decent size room the room its self was 45x45 any more and Sam felt like it would have been a tad over done. With the two small rooms added onto it came off as a nice bachelor pad.
“So what do you think man?” Sam asked to streak as Sam walked in with some dry wall as his seven golems walked in with other supplies such as wood, paint and some piping for the bathrooms. “Think our main concern should be getting the wall back up and fixing it so we can enter by voice command or something…” said Sam as he looked at the still solid piece of stone that was off to the side.
Feeling slightly relived that no one had actually figured out what they were doing in their office Sam played it off as building a book shelve on the bare wall that was now off to the side.
One of the biggest perks to having mutants around the office was the fact that some of them could turn concrete into materials such as wood and metal. The only thing that needed to be bought so far was dry wall, and paint. With all the gathered materials they could start on their sweet ‘R and R’ room.

Streak admired the work they had done. It had gone by fast and he didn't feel all that tired because they were working with music playing in the background. Once everything had been taken care of and they had made sure that their little project had gone unnoticed he admired the large rec room they had created. "Not a bad job, if I do say so myself." He said smiling. Shawn watched the golems walk in with materials that would be needed to work on the bathroom and their bedroom.
It really wasn't a bad job. The walls were all neatly cut and there were no sharp edges sticking out. Finally Streak said, "I'll start on the way to enter and why don't you start on getting the wall back up." The had already formed an idea of how to make it work. Streak didn't wait for an answer and immediately started working. He carved out a small section of the wall near where they had made the large passageway to the side room. "I'll be back in a second." He said and ran out the room.
About a minute later he had returned with a few gizmos and gadgets that looked very out of place for an office. Without a word Streak started to assemble the parts into the wall. The complicated system was coming a long quite nicely when he finally decided he should explain how it worked to Sam. "This is basically a replica of what we've got down in the War Room. But I've modified it a little." He ran a few wires through the wall so that they stuck out of the passageway where the door would be. As he was explaining it he continued to work on it. "What this will do is, once it's finished, I will program it to accept our powers and give it a sample of our blood with each of our powers. Once it has the information saved all we'll need to do is let choose a particular way to use our powers to get into the system. I don't know if this makes any sense but it will once it's all working." He said looking back at Sam.
There was still quite a bit of work to be done, mainly disguising it in with the wall so that only they would know that it's there. He took a step back to look at the work he'd done. It had only taken him about an hour and a half to do all the work. Since working in the War Room he had familiarized himself with how all the programs worked in it. He had also figured out how the recognition pad on the door worked. "How's the wall comin'?" He asked Sam before he thought about checking on the golems progress in the bathroom.

Sam let out a grunt as he pushed the ice that covered the wall on both sides of the wall, “I feel like a pack mule.” Said Sam panting as he got the wall in place, “Should hold but I think we should reinforce it somehow, this could be used as a panic room if need be.” Looking up towards the golems Sam let out a small laugh, they were out of decent control range but they still managed to get a good chunk of the drywall up and painted, not to mention the bathroom was completely finished.
“This place is looking pretty decent,” said Sam now standing and walking over to see what Streak was fiddling with, “would it react to temperature change?” asked Sam, “cause that probably be the easiest way to determine who I was, right?” thinking for a second Sam said, “Unless some one else who could control temperature but then if that's the case the security in the room wouldn’t have done it’s job…”
Sam had complete confidence in Streaks ability with the security it’s just Sam didn’t understand much of it. Other than bypassing it or disabling it Sam never had a need to learn that much about security systems. He knew full well what they did he just didn’t know how and he wasn’t going to start asking now.
“Anyway, the majority of the grunt work is done and all we need to do is go out and buy the stuff we are planning on putting in, which raises a question, if you don’t mind I think I can pull some strings and get everything dirt cheap so what exactly do you want in our little play room? ” asked Sam with a grin on his face, he couldn’t get everything dirt cheap but he would be paying for as much as Streak would let him, being an assassin is big pay and Sam was the best at his job before he quite.
Realizing he was getting ahead of himself Sam asked, “Carpet or wood floors? Either way I could find someone to match the white walls…”

Streak could work on his project. It was coming along very well and fairly quickly. Shawn smiled at Sam's comments about having a panic room. He paused from his job and looked around at what the ice golems were doing to the room after he'd left. They had done a good job completing their projects. Seeing as how there were six of them they were working fast and well. "If you think about it if I rigged this for temperature then Raina could come in here freeze the place and get in. Not that she wouldn't be welcome in here but you get my point." he told Sam.
He finished the last few major adjustments when Sam started asking questions and mentioning furniture and things. "Well I haven't really thought about what we could put in there mainly 'cause I'm going to be pretty busy with the security here real soon. Whatever you like hun is fine with me." Streak said grinning broadly at Sam. "Just kidding. How about a couch, TV, Foosball table, pool table some stuff like that. A bar would be good to. We could hold parties in there. Ya see what you can do and we can split the price for all the stuff plus the furniture in the bedroom."
He started working on the programing of the sensor again. Once all the information was input he silvered up and formed a knife. The display showed the questions that needed to be answered and the information that still needed to be input. Streak formed a knife and pricked hi hand. A little bit of blood trickled onto the blade. Streak placed the blade into the tray that had slid out. It slid back in and processed the silver knife along with his blood. He went through the process again and said, "Your turn. It doesn't have to be a weapon but it'll process your whatever you input, along with blood, and we'll be the only one's able to get into that room. Not even someone with similar powers will be able to get in unless they know what you created and can create it in the exact same way. You wont need to put blood in their all the time. The machine is complicated but it will somehow register that it's you." He then addressed Sam's questions a little more. "Wood floors are easier to clean up. I think we can do even do that on our own if you get it from the right place.

‘Blood huh?’ thought Sam as he gave a pinprick to his hand as his index finger started to bleed, “Okay how about this?” Sam’s fingers covered in ice and elongated so they covered the entire scanner, “That should do it.” Said Sam as he smiled; “Think this place is going to turn out pretty sweet!” said Sam laughing
“Now lets get this placed finished!” said Sam as he ran over to start painting the bedroom. “We better toss an oven and fridge in here two!” yelled Sam from the bedroom, “And I’ll pick up most of the stuff in a bit after we finish painting!”
Sam smiled, as the thought of having parties in this room would be tight beyond belief. “How bout an exotic fish tank or some sweet pet?” asked Sam now letting the creative juices flow. He wanted this place to be cool beyond belief.
Only once before did he have the option of making something like a room creative and he didn’t even become that creative with his room. Then an idea hit him, “Streak what are the odds of having this place connect to other rooms? I am thinking fireman pole!” said Sam laughing.

Streak watched as Sam put his sample into the computer. The computer accepted his input and Streak finished putting in the information. "There." He said brushing his hands. He replaced a thin piece of the wall to cover the panel from prying eyes. Streak lined the edge with a thin silver strip so that they would know where it is. "Now it should work so that we're the only ones able to get in the room." Sam then started talking bout things that they could add to the place "Fish should work. They take the least amount of maintenance."
Shawn walked over and picked up and paint roller also. The sooner they got this place finished the sooner they would be able to relax and have fun in it. Sam had decided to paint the bedroom and so Streak thought that it would be best if he started in the rec room area. Streak laughed at Sam's comment. He wasn't sure if Sam was being serious or not but it would only make sense that if they needed to run to the War Room or even the Danger Room. "Ya that would be possible, however, it would take a lot more materials then what we've got in here." Streak said loudly enough for Sam to hear him.
"I'll work on that when you go to get all the furniture and stuff. It'll take more security things that I'll have to grab out of the War Room. How about we connect them to the Danger Room and the War Room? But where could we put them where other wouldn't see them or even see them when they're in those rooms. 'Cause let's face it we don't want to find people in here without our knowledge. I'll figure that out don't worry." Streak said as he continued to paint the room.

“Well aren’t we right next to both?” Sam asked curiously, “If I am right we should only be twenty feet or so up from the danger room, if we can set it up so we have a fireman’s pole we can almost have a hole open up at the danger rooms ceiling, or we can dig in a little more so we can pop down into the god room.” Said Sam, sure Sam had the ideas but Streak was going to be the one that put it all into play, he was after all the technical genius between them.
Nodding behind the stone wall that made the small room that would be the bedroom, “and regarding the War Room you think we could put something that we have going right now with or fake wall?” Sam yelled, “Think that be the best way to do it.”
Then a thought occurred to Sam, “What about the hanger where we keep the jet? Think we could set something up like that?” Sam could think of a lot of reasons why it would be useful to have a escape path that took them there, letting out a loud laugh, “This is gonna be our fortress of solitude!”

"We should be right above both of them. If I'm right then only a few feet separate the two rooms. Personally I'd prefer that we put the entrance in the god room. I can arrange it so that its like the fake wall to the entrance. Although I don't think that I'll need to blend the sensors into the walls." Streak explained to him. Streak put down the paint roller he was using, having completed most of the wall already, and started to clean up any of the splatters that had landed on him while he was painting and talking at the same time.
Once Streak was relatively all clean he he answered Sam. "Man, I can get us to pretty much any place below us. Those are the easiest because they're below us. However, I don't think that we'll need an access panel for it. We can just hide that one with a normal door. So that it looks like a closet. In fact..." He said pausing as he thought for a second, "all of the entrances can be disguised as closets. I'm going to take off and pick up some more materials, and also have a look at both room so that I can figure out where to place the entrances." Streak the walked out of the room again.
He returned only a few minutes later carrying more electronics that resembled the first one what he'd put together. He walked into the room that Sam was working on and set down the supplies he'd brought in. Streak then walked through the wall and found the god room. He was going to build these one at a time so that he wouldn't forget where each entrance was. It didn't take him long to find the entrance place where he wanted to make the entrance/ closet. Cutting out another piece of concrete wasn't that tricky. The hard part was moving it. Once that was completed Streak went to work at putting the sensor together.
Finishing the first two rather quickly, he moved on to the third. This one was the hardest to figure out. It wasn't in a logical spot. In fact Streak thought it was pretty random. "Almost done with this. How's everything else coming along? I just need to put in the way we'll be getting down to the places." He finished connecting the wires and linked up the sensors so that they drew from the same input as the first one he'd put together. "Now where can I get the poles?" he mused out loud. Shawn also needed to get the entrances so that they could get through to the rooms they needed to once they reached the bottom.

“Well the poles are easy enough to get… we have tons of metal manipulators here right?” Sam was referring to most of the younger students again Sam was a big fan of building this place in the mansion, ‘saves time and money’ thought Sam as he finished the bedroom as well as the bathroom. “Give me ten minutes!” said Sam as he walked out of their office.
It only took a few minutes but the first metal manipulator he saw was more than happy to build him a few poles each one well over twenty five feet long, sure it was a pain to get them into the office and into their party room but with the help of his golems he managed to get them in their easily enough.
“Right,” said Sam as he put six, twenty-five foot poles of metal on the ground, “This should be more than enough material…” said Sam smiling. “If need be we can cut a few poles to the right sizes shouldn’t be to hard for the likes of us, not to mention we have extras if we need them for something else.”
Looking at what he was doing Streak was doing Sam just shook his head and went to work on the bar which wasn’t to hard considering they had a lot of left over pieces of drywall and metal, “All I think we need next is wood which I will go get next… be back in about an hour!” said Sam as he waved and headed out of the office once again.
Close to an hour am called Streak up on his cell phone and asked, “At the lumber yard and hardware store, and got the all the wood we could need, we need anything else?” asked Sam into his phone as he loaded them onto a rather large truck, ‘hope no one asks to many questions when they see this…’ Sam thought to him self.
