The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

Deathstar couldn't hear the words sam yelled due to her mind being cluttered with rage, the thought of Sara being in her presence made Deathstar reminisce the days in camp where she was blindsided by the furry feline. The mere fact that Deathstar hadn't made her pay for what she did at camps was her drive to take down alley cat. "No!, She is gonna learn to not pick fights she can't handle", she yelled back at Sam. Deathstar notices the floor and room getting cold followed by the floor becoming slippery, on top of that Sara has counter her kick and pushed her back causing her to lose balance, Deathstar slid her standing leg behind her as if she was doing a split to not fall hard on the icy ground hard.
"Stay out of this Sam, this has nothing to do with you", she said as she staggered and checking her balance as she stood on her feet again, This b#tch is gonna be tough, why do I always pick fights with animal freaks, she thought to herself.
"I guess you got balls now that your order friend is here", Deathstar said to Werecat as she notice a shadowy figure in the corner. Deathstar turns her attention back at Sam, "do you know what she did to me at the camps?, ask her?, I don't think you will like what she will tell you, She's nothing but a common street rat." Deathstar said while breathing heavily trying for the last time to hold back her anger.
The little X-men had some guts turning his back to Shade. One swift movement and- Snap!- severed spinal cord. That would be one more X-men that wasn't in their way, and one more kill Shade could mark up on his wall. Although it was getting hard to find spaces these days. Oh, the opportunity was so inviting! And there were so many places that his dagger could go! But toying with the ice mutant so almost as fun as killing him. Shade took a silent step closer to the ice mutant, his face inches from the X-man's ear.
-"Stay out of this Sam, this has nothing to do with you"
"It looks like she doesn't want your help." Shade whispered harshly, into Cold Steel's ear adding a chuckle for exact emphases. The shadow mutant's dagger was poised to strike if he even thought the X-man would attack him. One swift jab and good-bye nice beautiful lung. Then it would only be a matter of time before the blood filled his useless bag and he drowned into his own blood.

Sam frowned and said, “Sara Chill out!” Sam started to gain composure again and began to talk calmly but still had some power behind it, ”Sara we both know that you could just get the hell out of here so do it, I’ll talk to you after this!” hoping that Sara would come to her senses, which was highly unlikely for the stubborn cat girl, it was almost a fact. So he figured he would try on Death Star again.
Turning his head slightly Sam said, “Death Star what she did to you really that bad?” looking around at the mess that was the diner already, “Is it really worth destroying this place? The way your acting you might be better off at the Order!” he couldn’t believe what he was trying to explain to Layla, he had heard rumors about her attitude but when he met her at the mansion she really seemed like she was a good person. That image of her being that nice was just thrown out the window. She was a supposed to be X-Men why would she do this? The image of a X-Men being nothing more than thugs began to seem more and more realistic.
Sam felt a whisper on his ear and didn’t move, ‘bad move on his part’ thought Sam. The ice in the room was already spread about which meant that he wouldn’t have a problem creating a few of his friends.
Quickly Sam’s mind went to work as he imagined three golems of various sizes forming around the mutant behind him, one behind him to the left one behind to the right and one was off a smaller stature that formed right by his ankle. “Better have super strength,” Sam said, as he knew full well that the shadowed mutants could form daggers from his sleeves after all they did take down a stalker bot together. “Really want to do this?” Sam asked to the shadowed mutant as three blades from the golems pressed on the shadowed mutants body.
Sara paused as she noticed her tactic to make DeathStar slip sort of worked. Sam asking her to go stopped her from committing to another attempted attack, and Sara took two steps back from DeathStar. Respect for Sam, not for her. Still Sara wasn’t running away. “Slick, I’m tired of leaving every time someone says I should.” There was a principle to Sara’s desire to stay. She’d left most bad situations because one person would say something then another and in her mind, she had just as much right t be somewhere as anyone else.
Sara heard the shadowy mutant’s voice behind Sam and for a moment she wondered if her target for attacking was about to change. She chanced a glance at the two men and saw the three ice golems forming behind Sam. Sara hated elementals…
“Oh yes, and about the camps. You don’t know half the stuff I did for you there. or for anyone else so just shut up about that food incident.” Sara jabbed her right thumb in the direction of herself. “I got myself thrown into solitary confinement or beaten up for all of the stuff I stole. Medical supplies, extra sheets for the beds, Food. Maybe those weren’t for you specifically but you can’t tell me you didn’t partake when given something extra, that was needed. Yeah I tried to shut you up but at least I didn’t raise a fist.”
Deathstar's attention zoomed in on the shadow mutant as he held what looked like a sharp object into Sam's back. She had no idea where the mutant came from, but Deathstar felt a little responsible for getting Sam involved in her affairs. If the x-men hear that Sam was killed because of me, that would be more blood on my hands she thought to herself, "I see coming from behind is the order's cowardly way of combat", Deathstar said to the shadow mutant hoping he would focus his attention on her so that Sam can get in a good shot. She pays close attention to the golems that Sam brought out, eyebrows raised, she never knew his mutations consisted of little ice soldiers.
You don’t know half the stuff I did for you there. or for anyone else so just shut up about that food incident.” said Sara.
"Don't make yourself out to be a savior, many people died ,so... I wouldn't exactly brag about it", she yelled, "I know what kind of person you really are, you can fool slick over here, but you can't fool me" Deathstar said still holding her fighting stance while shifting her eyes from the shadow mutant to the scruffy feline. "In fact, how about I shut you up" She says charging toward Werecat as if she was going to Shoulder block the cat while watching her footwork run across the ice slippery floor.
-"I see coming from behind is the Order's cowardly way of combat."
"No, it's just mine." Shade said to the blonde, flashing her an evil smile. Then came three sharp pokes in his back. The shadow mutant didn't need to look behind him to know that there were three daggers from someone. Weird, he couldn't remember anyone behind him. Of course, the X-men could always have called for reinforcements.
"Obviously, the X-men aren't above using that tactic either." Shade said before he began to laugh evilly. He dropped the dagger, letting it jab into the ice below then raised his hands in a surrendering way. As he moved back from the ice mutant (with the knives in his back prementing), Shade couldn't help the evil grin on his face.

Sam smiled as he heard the clink of a something impaling his ice on the floor. Sam didn’t really feel like engaging the shadowed mutant that much the only thing he was doing right now was being an inconvenience. Something that would prevent him from the fight that he was now ready to stop, regardless how he did it.
He noticed that Death Star was now on the charge again despite the fact that she was trying to avoid the ice on the ground and well Sam knew those cat claws of Sara’s could do more than scratch he had a feeling that she would use them to get more footing on the ground. Raising his hand forward a wall of ice began to form in front of Sara, he made it thick but if Death Star was really desperate to break through it she wouldn’t hurt herself as bad as she could.
The three ice minions didn’t move for they were not directed to. If Sam wanted to he could have stabbed the mutant but Sam didn’t direct them to so why would they? Sam yelled to Sara and Death Star, “Regardless of what happened this is stupid! Talk it out no reason you two should be fighting!”
(My apologies for making you people wait so long. College stuff has kept me busy.)
"Don't make yourself out to be a savior, many people died ,so... I wouldn't exactly brag about it"
Sara’s ears had been pinned back but they flicked forward at that come back. Yeah she was right there. her eyes shut and her chin dropped. “I tried.” Sara had pushed so much back then. All her tricks were used, and gotten wise to, and no matter what she did, the grave yard was still full. Holes were made and filled so fast, Sara feared she would be left alone there. with the guards.
"I know what kind of person you really are, you can fool slick over here, but you can't fool me"
“You’re right. I’m a B****.” Sara said quite simply. DeathStar didn’t know Sara, and she obviously didn’t care. Sara had, had little to no contact with the order since the camps. DeathStar was just doing what everyone else on the street did. Something Sara had grown quite sick of. DeathStar was judging her. Telling her what she was when there were little to no truths behind it.
"In fact, how about I shut you up"
The other girl broke into a charge, and a wall of ice went up just as Sara had moved into a proper stance to try and take the blow head on. “Spoil sport.” Sara mumbled before her eyes flicked in Sam’s direction. “You know some people talk better after they receive a few bumps on the head.”
"I see we finally agree on something", Deathstar continued her charge only to find herself headfirst into a wall of ice, "Damn it Sam!" She said as she began throwing jabs into the ice like a maniac hurting her hands in the process. The police began to show up by the dozens shutting down the block from innocent by-standers and civilians, "Oh great!, here comes the calvary" She said to herself, ever since the camps breakout the cops have been very serious about any mutant activity. "Looks like we are going to be here for a while".
The ice mutant seemed absolutely determined to stop this fight from acquiring. He even put a wall of ice in between the two. What was his problem? Why could he just let them fight it out? Talking would only lead to more fighting. Plus, what could it hurt? All the pathetic humans were gone now. The familiar sounds of sirens and the flash of blue and red lights soon filled the streets as several police cars blockaged the roads. Man, where was Isabel when you needed her?
"Come on, pal. Let them fight. They obviously want to. All you are doing to delaying the ineviable anyways." Shade wondered if the three other suspected X-men behind him would intervene if the two women ever did manage to clash. That would hopefully be his chance of escape. He definitely wasn't going to be taken away by some idiotic human cop, that was for certain.

Frowning all around now Sam looked to Sara and said, “Some do but when I am around I hope to avoid them at all costs things tend to end up as collateral damage that way.” Looking around the diner he frowned slightly, “this place had the best fries…” mumbled Sam as he walked closer to Death Star who was hitting the ice.
Noticing the small indents she was putting on the ice he shook his head and continued to walk away from shade and closer to Death Star now standing on the same side of the wall as her then said, “Layla if you don’t stop this I will!” said Sam not in striking distance from Death Star, “Of course he would never hit a girl but she didn’t need to know that. He was a pro at submission holds and bear hugs. That’s at least how he dealt with any previous fights involving girls.
Glancing over his shoulder Sam yelled to the shadowed one and said, “Hey pasty, know you hate anything that’s bright so I suggest you leave otherwise those cops will come in here breaking windows and making hard for you to do your little disappearing act. So if you want,” snapping his fingers the three ice golems shattered and turned to dust which quickly dispersed away from shade. “Your free to go, I don’t think this fight is going anywhere and I don’t think it’s worth you going to prison for, and if your caught I’ll be sure and tell them to make it well lit for you.”
Turning his head back to Death Star Sam clapped his hands on her shoulder and gave her a small shake trying not to rattle her up to much or make her angry. Firm but gentle that's the route he was going with Death Star, ice still covered most of his body mainly his front but it was cool to the touch his hands however were ice free for the time being he had to get Death Star’s attention and end this fight before the cops show.
Some do but when I am around I hope to avoid them at all costs things tend to end up as collateral damage that way.”
Sara shrugged. “Yeah but sometimes collateral damage is easier to fix then all the work you’re going through.” Sara crossed her arms as she watched DeathStar pummel the wall between them. “You know blonde, You’re going to tire your self out before you even get to me and I’ll be fresh with a mutation that replenishes my energy reserves.” There. Sara gave DS another warning.
