Mutations
Mutation description: Reptilian Genomes, Ryuichi’s mutation has shown its self in several ways over the years. chameleon: His body can mimic the colors around him to make himself have a nearly flawless camouflage; he can also will his body into colors that make him stick out more as well. This includes his flesh and his hair. Gecko: His hands and feet have grips on them that allow to climb on walls and ceilings. He also has a really good grip when he needs to hang onto something. Python: His muscles have also found themselves capable of constricting something…or someone to the point of suffocation. Various: his body has also taken on various small and mostly aesthetic reptilian qualities he had grown Fangs, spikes towards his joints and brow, a fine smooth snake scale skin, his tongue has forked, he has grown an extra set of clear eyelids and he can move his eyes independently.
Strengths: each of these abilities makes him formidable or even deadly. Combined they are quite the tool kit.
Weaknesses: For his blending to work properly he would have to be nude to be completely undetected. New York isn’t the best place to run around in the nude, its chilly. His wall crawling requires his feet and hands to be bare, more applicable than being completely nude but once again New York is cold, not to mention dirty. His final weakness is that he is cold blooded. A weaknesses made greater when added to the others, in New York a chilly wind can make him want to hibernate.
He has since picked up a few new traits, he is the proud owner of smooth snake skin scales, cobra fangs, spikes and spines of a horned toad, extra eyelids, independent eye movement and a forked tongue.(the fangs have not gained the venomous potential of the snake imitated.)
Fighting Style: Suffocation (hopefully just to the point of unconsciousness), various forms of martial arts. Explanation: Bujutsu which has no perfect translation but means something like science, art, or craft of war. Bujutsu refers specifically to the practical application of martial tactics and techniques in actual combat
Pros for fighting style: Bujutsu encompasses several techniques and aspects of martial arts, that can be applied as each situation calls for an application of the Art.
Cons for fighting style:. The con for one style can be made as the advantage of another, each altercation simply needs a new strategy applied to it.

History Of Your Character: ~before the mansion~
There hasn’t been a whole lot of history to have. Strict parents, good grades, video games and anime, daydreams of girls…and oh yeah turning into a mutated freak. One day Ryuichi worried about pimples the next day his tongue is forked, thin and long. his skin can change colors, when his dad freaked out he c climbed on the walls. When the police showed up, he almost choked a grown man almost to death… he didn’t get shot because he was wrapped all around the officer. It was ridiculous, he had a friggin 4.0 and for what! he can’t go back to school, to heck with perfect attendance. Any way he got out of the house and began to run. That’s about it the history of a 14 year old freak. ~the mansion~
Koga spent years at the school for gifted youngsters, honing his abilities and slowly losing his humanity to his reptilian mutation. He trained with Sam and Shin to become a better X trainee; He fought alongside his fellow X kids in a Christmas bash like no other. He bunked with a boy named Iron mouth and had a rivalry over a crush named Katrina. Over the time he has been gone he has missed her most.
~mind controlled captivity~
Before traveling to his grandfather in Japan Koga spent months in a state of mind controlled servitude, He was tracking a spree of kidnappings when he finally picked up the trail of two children that fit the description in the area of the kidnappings that were likely to be kidnapped and so they were, but he hadn’t counted on the method involving mind control. He got caught in the snare along with those he intend on saving, Ryuichi was given commands to serve the master, but his tasks went beyond the apartment, from theft to sabotage to poisoning, the man had him perform his darkest deeds. Eventually however the man slipped up. A neighbor happened to hold a high stakes game of poker which drew Wild Bill, an adapted that loved high stakes hold‘em. That night small fists and feet drew revenge upon the man as they waited for the police to arrive. ~Mountaintop training~
Koga Has recently been training on a mountain with his grandfather Mizuchi, He is ancient, wise and terrifying the water wielding dragon shifter. Has always been kind to his grandson but when he found out that his grandson mutated and his father kicked him out he bided his time until the boy came to him, He knew all along that the boy would be a mutant, it was the way it worked with his gene’s it always skipped a generation, he had learned over the years, Ryuichi’s cousins could be spotted all throughout the history of Japan.
Koga trained in many disciplines over the most recent months of his life with the Yamabushi monks that took up worship and care of his grand father’s whims. The way Shugendo was but one of many forms of training his spiritual power and discipline. The Yamabushi are concerned mystics and in mythology they gained their power through spiritual mystical and supernatural Ascetics. Koga has found however it is all a matter of the blood line of Mizuchi. The further removed from Mizuchi it seems the abilities are lessened. As a first born mutant of the line he is considered one of the more important individuals on the mountain next to Mizuchi himself of course. This however isn’t to be confused with pampered. Koga trains more intensely then most. Always aiming to please and striving to achieve his utmost Koga performs his training with a nearly obsessive dedication.

Sample RP: Headphones on, hood on hoodie up. Walking down the street to techno privately playing in his ears, The young mutant walked down the road. It wasn’t long until he ran into trouble, it wasn’t the type of neighborhood you flaunted technology that you neighbors didn’t have with out begging to get mugged at least that’s how it started it soon escalated to a music-less ride in a trunk and a drive to the city. The big laughed the whole time. He was too cold to bother fighting back…everything was just so foggy. He pressed his back against the seat in the car. It was warmer in the trunk then it was out there. A Zune was a small price to pay to get the heck away from the Peekskill area, Though his pride would have hurt less if he managed to at least throw a punch.

Hair color and style: Kept in tiny breads that shorten the length of his hair to mid back. It is the last of his mammalian features and he clings to it. Eye color: gray Height: 5’10 Build: He has the sleek build of a gymnast…. A gymnast covered in scales.
Scars: none Tattoos: none Piercings: none Visible mutation: He is at best a reptilian humanoid and at worst a humanoid reptile. His eyes are black and emotionless, his skin covered in hard spiked scales, his body can uncoil its self an change color he has no ears and horns his tongue is forked and makes up for the loss of most of his hearing, his long serpentine tail ends in a rattle. His mouth is fanged and dislocates at the jaw in case he wants to swallow his lunch whole.. His fingers and toes end in wicked claws. Two large Cobra like flaps trail from his temples to mid neck. His face can look human at times, under the right conditions, and if you ignore every thing else you are seeing.
Description of ability(ies): Koga Has come a long way from just his reptilian eyes and tongue. The reptilian Genome was far from threw with him and might not be still. His body is capable of the following. Autonomy(Lizards*the ability to loose a limb as a distraction and grow it back later.)
Contorsion (*snakes*his body can dislocate at all of its new joints. His skeleton has mimicked the set up of a snake over the period of a month his bones fractured and shifted into new locations making his limbs body and skull much more maliable.)
Fast strike ( snakes*his ability to attack moves at speed that cameras have a hard time keeping up with)
Kiss of death (Comodo* His mouth is live with deadly bacteria and his bit or kiss can and will cause death.There are a few with steady enough healing factors to outlive the bacteria)
Wallcrawling.(Gecko* he has the ability to climb on walls so long as the pads on his hands and feet make contact with a surface.)
Blending ( Chameleon* He has the ability to change color at will an flawlessly blend in with scenario)
Constricting ( Boa* His former ability to choke the life out of an enemy has been increased tenfold whencombinded with his ability to contort.)

Cons (weaknesses) of ability(ies): Though a friend he has found ways around his former problem of being nude to reach his full potential, other problems have sprung up, primarily being that he looks like one of his parents might have been a dinosaur while the other was a might have been a circus freak. He eats once a month and typically live beasts…it is messy, dangerous, time consuming and shameful, but his craving to do so is stronger than any logic can bind. His metabolism is low and while his body only requires him to eat once a month his human side still leaves him not as slothful as his reptilian side would have him be. he has built a stronger resistance to falling asleep due to cold but in the long wrong he can’t resist the urge to hibernate for more than a couple hours of exsposure to below seventy degrees.
Parthenogenesis! is a form of asexual reproduction in which eggs are produced that develop without fertilization.( he has yet to form a clutch but the nagging to do so is there…should he reproduce in such a manner?) it is the only kind of reproduction he is capable of his biology, while it physically could work. Will not be attempted.
Fighting style (if any): Paladin fights with constraint with holding all deadly measures, in all but the most dire of situations. He tends to use a form Brazilian judo that can only be executed in such a manner as his own body can offer. Suffocating his foes to unconsciousness is a typical end for a criminal crossing his path.
History of your character since the current plot line: Paladin Grew up and trained with the Xmen, his mutation made him more capable but more selfconcious as life continued on. He has become reclusive at home and a crusader for justice on the job. He appreciates his teammates but appreciates his privacy more. Over the last decade he has watched his first crush move on to better things. And kept him self from getting too tangled with relationships. That he felt like he might not be fit to have. With the current word state he moves nomadically until it is time to sleep in which he returns home to the mansion and his greenhouse. Koga has met several worthy friends and stood against many hearty foes. He always stood by his principles first. And they have brought him to where he is now.
