([OOC]: Sorry for the late post. Been busy these last days.)
The knock on the door interupted Slade. "That'll be your pizza Alexandra, in the draw under the phone there's a twenty for the bill." he told her as he transformed back into a car. Alexandra got up from the couch and took the money as she walked to the door. Opening the door she scanned the pizza boy who seemed to have a smile plastered on his face all the time. Giving him the money, Alexandra took the pizza and ignored the smiling face. She closed the door and looked at Slade's car form. "Clear." she announced. "Hmmm... smells good." she said as she returned to her seat.

ooc - no probs circe ur exams r coming up jus post when you can oh and sorry for the rollercoaster that is slade's emotions he's been alone for a v long time lol! ic - Slade sighed as she gave him the all clear... the last thing he'd needed was somebody geting wind of his hideout... moving out was always such a drag and as much of a dump as this place was he had grown attached to it. Slotting his neck back into place as he transformed he felt more tired than ever. Yawning he crashed back onto the couch, causing the poor thing even more sagging than before. "You know I wish I could still eat pizza... it's been so long I almost can't remember the taste." Slade chirped with false enthusiasm. As he was getting more sleepy he felt his mood becoming more sombre. "Hey Alexandra... if its not too personal to ask how did you become a mutant?" Slade could feel his mood dipping and his body was reacting rapidly, the sheen of his metal was dampening and his eyes trailed off from electric blue to a much greyer, carbon-light resemblance of what was just before shining brightly. He also realised too late that he was bringing up topics that he had no right to. His emotions hadn't been so unstable for ages he was talking without thinking. Recovering he just hoped she wouldn't press what he'd asked. He was sure that she didn't want to talk about it, especially not to a random stranger like him. "You know what, I'm sorry I'm way out of line... I haven't had a conversation in so long I've forgotten my manners."Slade had been without conversation for far too long. Trying to hold a tacit conversation without embarassing himself was seeming impossible.
