Mutations
Mutation description: Psionics. Each sister is a psonic and only gets more powerful the further apart they are from one another. All three have the exact same powerset, able to increase the amount of fear a person feels and causing them visual and auditory hallucinations. The victim goes through stages the longer that they are affected by a sister, starting off with simply feeling anxious, increasing to paranoia, before falling into auditory and visual hallucinations before finally devolving into complete hysterical panic.
Additionally, the sisters can create what are called Terrospheres, large, clouding auras about the size of a football field. Within these spheres the sisters’ influences are more strongly felt, but the sisters are entirely focused on maintaining the field so they can easily be distracted.
History Of Your Character Nothing is truly known about the Lovecraft sisters. All that can be gleaned from their mad ramblings is that they were born in Arkham, Massachusetts and have grown up believing deeply that the stories of H.P. Lovecraft were factual. With their powers to inspire fear in others, they have travelled to New York, the sight of the famed dimensional rift, in hopes that their united powers will be able to summon forth the old cosmic horrors to claim earth, and bring all three to glory.

Note: Until the end of the Ripples in Time plot, Delta 7/Tobias will continue to be my player-character. He is, however, free to use in any NPC situation, if you need him prior to the end of the plot. ^-^ This note will be removed after the end of the plot.
While Chase has both a "natural" and "human" form, Toby is much less self-conscious about his neutral state, and therefore almost exclusively wears his natural skin around (much to the chagrin of his twin). In his former life as a SUPER operative, disguises were used to hunt other mutants, so Toby doesn't like to.
While Chase keeps his hair shaggy, Toby's hair is short from being shaved-- he will likely grow his hair out over time. His skin is an ugly greyish-brown with noticeable rope-like texture. His eye color is variable based-on mood. Black sclera, neutral iris is white. Toby is more muscular and lean than Chase, though he will likely pack-on weight since food is freely available to him (unlike when he was in SUPER's custody). He and Chase are the same height. His tongue is blue. His body is riddled with scars from his life as a SUPER operative. The most prominent is a scar on his shoulder, from where his tracker used to be. Toby's face is more shrewd, and perhaps more adult-like, than Chase's. His ears and teeth still seem too big for his head. He mostly just wears Chase's clothes.
Character
Personality: Toby is much quieter, and much more reserved, than his brother. While Chase can be impish and winsome, Toby is more churlish, combative and pragmatic. He has an innate mistrust of adults, though he's steadily warming up to Mama and Papa, and his serious nature sometimes make it hard for him to relate to other kids. Toby really does try, though.
He has some odd tendencies-- scarfing down his food at meal-time, stockpiling food/supplies, hiding his possessions, and possibly resorting to violence in situations where violence may not be needed, etc.-- acquired from his time as a SUPER operative. He also has the occasional outburst (angry, fearful, or sad) becasue he gets easily frustrated. SUPER never really taught him "right" from "wrong", nor did they teach him how to articulate his emotions, so it can sometimes be like dealing with a little kid in a teen's body.
Toby and Chase share a room. Hopefully, through his work with Chase, with Gemma, and with anyone patient enough to help, he'll be able to integrate with the other kiddos at Xavier's.

Mutations
Mutation Description: Human-shifter, just like Chase. Capable of object-based shifts (reading genetic material from personal belongings, which provides Toby with information/ object-based-memories in order to help him make a more convincing person) and free-form shifts (strictly feature-based). Toby is much more adapt at object-based shifts, and not very good at free-form shifts, because SUPER used the object-based shapeshifting ability more frequently. He never needed to "create a form" from scratch, so he's not as good at that. This may also be why he doesn't have a "human form". Please be advised-- object-based shifting makes Toby very averted to being touched, just like Chase, so any attempt at getting touchy-feely would be poorly received at best.

Mutation description: Psionic Vampire- Jayda is actually a powerful psionic. Her abilities manifest in a variety of ways, both offensive and defensively. However whenever she uses her abilities, she must “recharge” and she does this by feeding off the psionic energies obtained from a victim’s blood. Much like a vampire, Jayda has to bite into her victim, tasting their blood, and pulling psionic energy from it. The list of her abilities are as followed:

History Of Your Character The story goes that Jayda Cervantes died in the concentration camps. The older sister of Jorge Cervantes, she was the first to be take into the camps and put under hard labor for her continued attempts to use her abilities. She had always been the vicious sort, using her powers freely and with abandon. But the camps did everything they could to break her -- until she had seemingly died within their care. It was an event that would send Jorge down the criminal path that would lead to the creation of the Syndicate.
However, just when Jorge was ascending to power, he was surprised to find that Jayda was still alive. She had managed to escape the concentration camps and fake her death. For the most part she was fine with leaving her brother alone to make her own bloody way in the world. However news quickly reached her about the growing fount of power that Jorge was amassing and thus she had to visit.
The meeting did not go as expected. While Jorge had always had a strained relationship with his sister. She was psychotic but she was still a mutant, hence his mad quest against the world for “killing” her. But now that she was back he knew that if there was one person who could interfere with his plans, it was her. So he bought her off. A hefty salary and she would live out her days in Europe, far, far away from him. Jayda feigned hurt feelings but readily agreed. He would never hear from her again so long as the money kept rolling in -- or she felt otherwise.
The day has finally come. The news of a “new dimension” and mutterings of the Syndicate pushing into a new realm only means that Jayda now has to pay her little brother another visit. This time with far higher demands.

Personality: Calder is the consummate politician, being willing to do almost anything to aid his career. He regards both mutants and his officers as mere tools to make him look better. This means he has no problem risking lives if it results in him looking better as a result. He projects the image of a friendly “man of the people” but that is just a tool to convince people to do his bidding. He can't stand being questioned, and will instantly punishment the guilty party, but has no problem taking credit for their actions if they result in a desirable conclusion. History Of Your Character
Calder was born into one of the wealthiest families in New York and was trained from childhood to become president one day. This is what influenced him to attend Harvard Law School being joining the NYPD, as he would better appear as tough on crime. He would bribe, smooze, and blackmail himself up the ranks until he became the youngest captain in the departments history. Rumor has it that he planted drugs on a rival in order to ensure that he was named as the new captain of the MRC, a position he wanted only to win the mutant vote.
The following are the staff you may encounter at Cora's rock climbing gym. While she is the owner, the day to day opperations are handled by the following NPCs.
Manager: Scout Age: 37 years old Appearance: Described as being average build, brown hair with white feathers mixed in randomly.
