Description of ability(ies): Ethan absorbs sunlight through his skin and it radiates throughout his entire body constantly. This excess of energy allows him super strength, enhanced agility (hes able to move quicker and perform small Olympic feats) and flight. His powers turned his skin a ultra bright yellow and blue and he constantly glows, he has slight control of the intensity of the brightness.
Cons (weaknesses) of ability(ies): Ethan can’t shut his powers on and off so he is constantly lite up. His powers are also greatly reduced during night and if he doesn’t have exposure to the sun every couple days his powers shut off for a week. However if he absorbs to much energy in one day he loses control and his skin overheats.

History of your character: Ethan grew up in California, and like every other cali child, he was obsessed with stars and trying to be one. He loved this life but over time a hate for authority grew inside him, but with that came a love of superheroes and a want to become more then just a human. He ran away from home at the age of twelve and made his way to the best known hot spot for meta human life, New York City. He lived on his own from then on his only companion was a small puppy chocolate lab that he saved from a bunch of thugs looking for laughs, during this fight however Ethan’s powers manifested and he accidentally killed one of the thugs. He holds a lot of resent for many people, and this comes off in his demeanour. He shows little respect for many and as such holds little himself. Description of Ability(ies): Matthew can release a pulse of NNEMP (Non-nuclear electro-magnetic pulse) from his hands, it is released via touch and when released covers an area of about 2 to 3 metres in radius. As such, he can disable machines; this comes in handy with things like security terminals and offensive-capable machines. It also has more practical uses in everyday life should situations arise. The longer he touches said machine the greater the power of the NNEMP pulse becomes, meaning should he need to take down a much larger or well protected mechanical structure he may be able to overcome its defences/size if in contact for longer periods of time. He can choose whether or not to activate it when touching a mechanical object. Cons (weaknesses) of Ability(ies): The fact that it is non-nuclear makes it practically harmless to people that don’t depend on machines for life support. The power levels can only go so high and he can only concentrate his NNEMP pulse for about half a minute at a time, meaning while he could easily take out normal systems and possibly even a few larger systems with a concentrated pulse Matthew cannot handle any machine, certainly not a well-defended one against NNEMP pulses. He also cannot override fail safes, so even though he can disable machines if they hold a failsafe loop the machine would eventually reboot or be rebooted by a person with the relevant skills. His ability is touch activated, and a further limitation is that only touching a machine (one that utilises electrical power within its systems) will trigger the NNEMP pulse from his hands. Also, because his ability is touch activated, were he to lose connection with a machine his ability would immediately desist. The pulse itself would dissipate at a natural rate. Finally, he is only human and as such the NNEMP pulse gives him no other such super-human abilities.

History of NPC: When Slade became a mutant, Matthew was disgusted at the ‘betrayal’. Matthew loved his brother and saw this as the worst possible scenario, when Slade left home Matthew coped, he was average at school but always got into trouble because of his temper. One good thing came from his temper, he found he was an adept at boxing, and would pursue this release for his anger though out his life. At the age of 16 an uncontrollable wave of anger caused him to knock out power for most of his school, he became that which he had grown up to both fear and dislike: a mutant. He tried to hide it, but of course his parents found out and they threw him out just as they had thrown out Slade. Matthew however tried to resist, he loved his family and still believed that the lord held a plan for him, as such he wanted to convince his god-fearing parents of this. He and his father ended up in a fight over the family shotgun and in the ensuing fight his father was wounded, later to lead to the man’s death. Matthew would not be there to watch this however, as he fled down south to Texas.
He settled here for years, keeping in touch with a few old friends while making some new ones in his new home. He joined a criminal mutant gang and began usurping the law to satiate his anger and contempt for society. In order to fund his criminal activities he used his talents as a boxer to fund his basic needs. As time passed he grew more and more disconsolate, until his only real emotion was anger and his only friends were those of his mutant gang, the Texas Misfits. They preyed on the humans, assaulting and making examples of the humans they blamed for their own problems. Many of his associates would be arrested through the course of time, and Matthew himself spent 5 years in and out of jail for different crimes. As the FP comes into being Matthew has shunned his gang in favour of travelling to Australia in order to help his fellow mutants overthrow the yoke of human oppression, it is here that he will meet his brother after all these years.

This character is rather ambigious so Im simply going to give a general description. She's only playable by Raina, Luke, Sara, and Sam in the Canada threads.
Sedna is the shawman of Raina's Inuit tribe in Northern Canada. It is unknown how old she is but she is elderly. In simpler times she'd be considered as one who posessed some type of magic. Her tribe still reveres her in that way thinking she is either the original deity Sedna or a reincarnation. In reality Sedna is likely a very strong mutant with very strong telekenetic abilities. But she too believes she is a deity. She is calm, kind, and warm hearted. It's easy to see she was once very beautiful. She can take charge of a situation and she's very bright but she is very grounded in mythology and legend. The elders revere her but the younger members of the tribe think she's a glorified wack job.
Description of ability(ies): He has great psychic powers that couldn't use before his dead . And after his supposed death he also failed to use his powers at will otherwise all he can do is to keep what remains of his body alive . He don't have some organs (they were donated soon after he discovered the possibilities of his powers ) . He has no blood. The only thing that works is his brain. And only thanks to his psychic powers the brain gives life to the rest of his body to maintain all cells in an acceptable state without entering in decomposition. His flesh isn't rotten but neither alive . He doesn't feel pain , he doesn't need to breath or eat . he doesn't bleed. With the correct Surgery he can attach again for example an arm that was cut off his body . Is the muscle isn't attached properly he would loss the ability to move that arm .
Cons (weaknesses) of ability(ies): pale skin cause he had no blood . normal speed , not slow . sometimes the body doesn't answer his commands . socially he is already death. He doesn't have regeneration or something like that , if someone cut one of his arms he would be in that way forever. If his brain suffer serious damage he will die . If his body is destroyed completely he would die too .

History of your character:Before the accident he had never shown any ability or any extra sensory ability to make him imagine what he will do. he was simply unaware of his potential or it was sleepy and only death would be able to wake it.
Working at the local hospital he had learned a lot but nothing of that helped him to understand what was going to happen the night he died. It was not a special night, it had been a night like any other. Some wounded men but nothing to worry about more than them . accidents and fights, nothing else.
Until a stupid attempted to steal some medical drugs from the storage . He was not patient with the medic that tried to stop the robbery then the thief shot him . The bullet drilled a lung. and the Medic no longer could see anything else . He couldn't feel the blood coming out of the wound and entering the lung. He should be drowning in his own blood but he couldn't felt it. What he felt or he perceived in some way, because it was not a normal feeling, was the life of each of his cells. He was no begging for his life.No he was crying for the life of each of his cells .He tried to mentally encourage his cells to live until he felt too tired and just left himself die.
When he woke up he was about to be cut to half. Somehow he was on the forensic's table. There were all the necessary tools ... the forensic was not there. Fortunately he had not started to work. How have been mistaken him for a cadaver? The answer was immediate, as he crossed the first mirror he realized what was happening. he was really dead. He had no color in the cheeks and after waited 5 minutes trying to take his pulse he confirmed his suspicions. He was a zombie.

However, he's also fiercely loyal and fun-loving. He's been Skipper's main backup in fights for 7 years now. Always able to crack a smile in hard times, he's usually responsible for cheering Skipper up when he gets mopey. He's also responsible for dragging him into more trouble than he's capable of getting into alone.
Fears: Pyrophobia. As a child, one of his friends was in a horrible accident involving fireworks. He had to watch as his friend was burned beyond recognition, and the memory pops up whenever he sees fire. Morality: Chris is generally self-serving, but also knows when enough is enough.

History of your character: Millie was born in Albany, New York, to a very political family. Her mother is a congresswoman and her father helps her out alot. Her parents don't really care about her, they're too busy, so she plays with her nurse, maid, and guard when she can. Her maid gave her a teddy bear once and said it was from her mother, so Millie carried it everywhere, it was a sign to her that her mother really cared. Then, one day, the power went out, when became frightened, so she hugged her teddy closely and cuddled up in a corner, crying. Her biggest fear is the dark so she was scared out of her mind, but then, her fingertips began to glow and she could see her teddy. Since she did not understand mutation, she thought it was her teddy that gave her the power, so she called him Merlin the Wonder Teddy. Now she doesn't go ANYWHERE without Merlin. Her parents, not wishing for a political family to have a mutant daughter, sent out a private investigator to see where she could go, Xavier's Sister School. Her nurse made her the outfit before she left and called her "Night Light" which is how she got her nickname.
Sample RP: A small figure skipped down the hall, wearing a Halloween costume and trailing a teddy bear by it's arm. "MOMMA!" She shouted down the spiral stairs. There was no answer, so she girl said it again, this time much louder, still no answer. The little girl took a giant breathe before she screamed out the word "MOMMA!!!". "What!? I'm working, Millie!" A frustrated voice yelled back. Mille smiled and stradled the railing before she slid down the spiral stairs, singing the Batman song, you know, the "Dunnadunnadunnadunna Dunnadunnadunnadunna Batman!" song. Just before she hit the bottom, she tightened her grasp and stopped at the end before she climbed off of the brown oak. "Lidten, Momma! I tan ting my ABT's!" "That's great, but I'm working, sing it to your father." "But I wanna ting it to you!" Millie said as a tear whelled up in her eye. "No, momma's busy, daddy's not." She said, not even looking up from her paper. Her mother looked tired, she had dark circles under her blue eyes and glasses covering them. Her dirty blonde hair was pulled back in a ponytail and she was in her pajamas, they were her "Comfy clothes". "Pleat? I wanna ting it to you! Not daddy, he't working in da garge." Millie stomped her foot as the tear formed and rolled down her face. "You know what? Fine!" Her mother snapped as she took off her glasses and stared at Millie. "Tay, Ay Bee Tee Dee Ee eFe Gee acHe I Jay Kay eLle eMme eNne O Pee Qoo Are et Tee oU Vee double oU eX whY Zee!" She smiled as she finished, very proud of herself. "Nice, now I'm going to work some more, sing to Lawrence or Jeremy or Merlin. Yes, sing to Merlin." Her mother said, looking annoyed. She put back on her glasses and went back to her work. "Momma," Millie said, expecting a response, but none came. "Momma," she repeated, still nothing, so she lightly said "I love you." Her mother didn't respond, she didn't even act like she heard. Guilt flowed over the little girl, her first thought was that her mother didn't love her because Millie was weird, so she ran off to her room and slammed the door. She ran into her walk-in closet and shut the door, her automatic nightlight came on and she huddled in the corner, snuggling with her teddy bear. "You love me, Merlin, right?" She asked the carmel-colored bear before she kissed him on the nose. After about 5 minutes, Jeremy, one of the guards walked into Millie's room, she could hear him outside of the closet door. He figured she was upset and opened the closet door. "Millie? Your mom has found a great place for you to stay, until she sorts things out." Millie stayed put, holding her bear closer. "Te doetn't want me?" She asked through tears. "It's not that," He said as he walked in and sat next to her. "She's just having troubles with work and she wants you to be happy, with friends, at a school for people that are special, just like you." He smiled as he lightly brushed his finger on her nose. His hair was short and brown and his eyes were brown as well, he was well built and quite handsome for nearly being 27. "I'm not pecial, I'm normal, Merlin is the one that make me glow. Don't let her tend me away, pleat!" She said, showing her bear to Jeremy. "I'm sorry, but she thinks it will be the best for you." He said, feeling sad because this little girl was the only one that made people in the busy house smile. She was a light both in the mental and physical ways. "Pleat! I'll give up Merlin! I'm not pecial! I'll tay, I won't tow it! I won't glow! Pleat! Don't make me leave! Why don't my momma and daddy like me? What did I do? I don't want to leave, pleat, tell them I want to tay!" She said as she threw herself around Jeremy's neck. "I can't, I have to take you there, it will be fun, I promise, it will be better here. I will take you there myself." He said, tears were in his eyes as well. "Promit?" She choked through her tears. "I promise." A small light began to glow on Millie's fingertips as she felt comforted yet unloved, her emotions tangled her in her own mind, but she clung tightly to Jeremy's neck.

History: Ivan is the former second in command to Alexi Alexandrov, the leader of a terrorist cell in Siberia. After the death and the destruction of the terrorist cell by the US Operation Red Mitigation Ivan used what was left of the organization and started a new terrorist organization that deals heavily in arms trading. His new organization has its tentacles in most countries but they appear as legitimate businesses. He was recently stopped in New York City and following his defeat was sent to Guantanamo Bay, but on the way his men busted him free.
Personality: He thinks himself as unstoppable and that he is destined to bring back the Soviet empire. He is prone to hubris. He maintains great rage against the soldiers who were involved in Red Mitigation as he was plotting to usurp Alexi and the US operation cost him his chance. The mere mention or presence of them can force the rage to the surface.

Appearance: 5'4" and just lightly overweight. Kali has long black hair that is usually done up in fairly elaborate fashion. She can be seen to wear a wide variety of different fashions, but all of them are unique and, in their own way, advertisements for those things she sells at her boutique.
History: Kali opened her own store in Times Square 8 years ago at age of 26. It was a goal that she had throughout college, to open up her own business and sell her own clothes. After a great deal of determination and not a little bit of debt, she managed to find herself a small storefront for rent and thus Kali's Boutique was opened. She sells a wide variety of clothing there, ranging from the just unique enough to stand out to the downright bizarre. Everything she sells is used and almost all of it is custom chosen by her specifically. Kali is especially proud of specializing in making mutants of interesting physical characteristics look their best, something she pays extra attention to because her best childhood friend turned out to be a mutant.
Personality: Kali is almost always happy and helpful. Her personality is large and colorful just as her sense of fashion is. She makes a point never to stare or show pitty to those obvious mutants and to do her best to help them as only she can.

Mutations
Mutation description: Trent was born with the ability to vibrate at high frequencies. Since he has known about it practically all his life, he has been able to morph it into a tool he can use to gain entry to practically anywhere. So long as that place is not made of metal, or flesh. Strengths: He can vibrate at such a high frequency that when he touches things like stone, brick and glass, he loosens the packed ingredients to the point that they simply crumble under his touch. Weaknesses: He is not able to vibrate through Metals, or softer tissues like flesh. Metals are much harder and more compact than cement, and Flesh absorbs too much of the frequency.
