Psionic Attack Energy Manipulation
When a pair of lavender psi-wings appear on Tulla’s face, that’s when the fun starts. Tulla has the power to shoot psionic bolts and give mental psionic blasts from her mind. The bolts and blasts are composed of psi-energy that is powered by her willpower and mental strength. The psi-bolts usually are shaped in the form of hummingbirds, but she can craft them any way she pleases. Tulla can sense how weak someone's mind is when she uses her power. The brightness of the lavender aura that is around their mind correlates with the target's mental strength. The ability is like infrared vision, but with psionics. The more hits a target get, the more suspective they become to damage and effects.
Psionic Bolts:
She can shoot different psionic bolts that vary in effects:
Damage/Main Bolt: This bolt of psi-energy is what is commonly used by Tulla to take down opponents. The initial feeling is like having someone being hit in the face with a shovel.
Stun Bolt: When Tulla wants to stun an enemy into submission, she overrides their brain - with the psi-bolt - and causes the mental signals in the brain to go haywire. The victim drops to their knees and slumps forward as if they were in a vegetative state. The weaker someone's mind is, the easier it is for them to be subdued. Also, she must have a constant mental connection with the victim(s) for them to be stunned. If Tulla uses the stun bolt first, there's less than a 50% chance of it actually working. However, if she hits them with a couple of damaging bolts/screeches, then the target becomes more receptive.
Psionic Blasts:A wave of psionic energy is released, it feels as if someone is screaming inside their minds.
Strengths:Her mind is more fortified than the average person. She can withstand psionic attacks and block out telepaths weaker than her from entering her mind. Tulla can even deflect a psi attack with one of her own bolts.
Tulla can take down enemies larger than herself from a distance.
Her psi-energy is constantly renewing, so as long as she's conscious, she can use her abilities as often as she likes.

History Of Your CharacterTulla’s parents met at the Third Annual Grand Mid-Summer Pow Wow back in ‘81 and immediately fell in love with each other. After a couple of years of dating, the two got married and had three kids together. Now they own an organization that focuses on First Nation Mutants and making sure they are treated properly by the general public.
Tulla’s childhood was pretty normal. She grew up in a lively household that was very much involved with their Native roots. All of the Kanehsatake children grew their hair out, participated in annual pow wows, and were taught two languages of the Iroquois. At the age of twelve, Tulla’s mutation started to come about. Her eyes turned from their brown doe eyed eyes to flooded lavender. At first, she thought that something was wrong with her and immediately ran to her parents in tears. Her parents were shocked at first, but then quickly told young Tulla that she was a mutant and that there was nothing to be ashamed of. Tulla’s father told her that her uncle was also a mutant that the power of muscle memory which explained why he was good at some many things. After they calmed her down, her father decided to call his brother so that she would have someone to talk to about her mutation. This birthed Tulla’s close relationship with Uncle Poko.
As the years passed, Tulla discovered that she had the power to shoot psionic energy from her mind. When she found out, the sixteen-year-old ran to her Uncle Poko and told him. He was excited for her and told her that she could have anything for her eighteenth birthday when it came in two years and that she should teller her parents. Just like the father’s brother, her parents were excited and told her that she was truly gifted.
When Tulla’s eighteenth birthday came around, she immediately called Uncle Poko and requested that he teach her Native American Martial Arts. The reason for this was because while at school, a couple of kids had been picking on Tulla for being a mutant. She knew that using her power on them would only reinforce their prejudices. So, for that fact, Tulla wanted to learn how to protect herself. Her uncle agreed and for the past eight years have been training her in hand-to-hand combat, knife, and tomahawk wielding. Realizing that she had the assets to protect herself, Tulla knew that she would be able to help others as well. She graduated high school, she went to NYU on a full ride, majoring in pre-med biology and minoring in psychology. Tulla fell in love with medicine and wanted to help patients get better so she decided to be a nurse, then later a PA. Now she's taking down those who evaded the law by night and healing patients by day.

Ignacio Ramírez Sample RP:Tulla hugged her body to the cold brick wall that was parallel to her. Her victim was just a few feet in front of her, all she needed to do was get close enough to subdue and attack. Tonight was the night; a week after the not guilty verdict was declared and the same night that the criminal will pay.
Marcus Fuller was a thirty-eight-year-old man that had just gotten off for money laundering thanks to specific law attorney who got him off. Pfft. See? This is what was wrong with the world today. As long as you were successful and have money, you could get away with anything. Well, not tonight and not for Mr. Fuller.
Dressed in all black with her hair in two braids, Tulla etched forward, making sure not to make a sound. She needs to get up close and personal with this man without him realizing it. Her face couldn’t be seen or else she could lose her job. With a deep breath, she stalked close enough until she was able to reach around and wrap her hands around Mr. Fuller’s mouth. He was about five inches taller than her, but she was able to bring him down with a swift knee to his back. The man muffled a scream against her hand as he crippled down to the cold sidewalk that was damp from the rain that fell earlier in the day.
Hummingbird made sure not to make a sound as she pressed her forehead to the back of his neck. Her flooded lavender eyes glowed as hummingbird-like wiggles appeared on her face. With a flash of lavender light, Mr. Fuller fell forward with a thud. With a grin, Hummingbird looked around the shadowy street before turning around and walking back. Her lunch break was up.
