The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

AoS Alarm Clock: WAKE UP!!!
The wake up!
[/i]), the end of AoS will depend upon you. Whether your character wakes up after dying early on in the plot, simply surviving peacefully to the end, battling giant mutated Paris Hiltons, or witnessing the second nuclear blast that is currently in production, is completely up to you! We love options so have at it!
If you'd like to apply for attribute points from AoS, email the Mods at MutantRevolver@gmail.com with a tally of how many posts you made in AoS threads. Using the AoS thread archive should make that easier. (If you see any threads that are missing from that list, send the links our way and we'll get 'em up!)
If you have any questions, do feel free to shoot them our way.[/ul]
Rules Tweak
[/url]. To be clear, that just means People Who Manipulate All the Things. Focused manipulations like water, air, metal, plastics, etc are still fine. Since we've been steering newbs away from that power for years, this doesn't actually affect much, but hopefully it will help to clarify things for applying members.[/ul]

Woooooo! Another Mirror video!! *pounces!*
Well sadly I do know know any extremely good clips . But here is some help?
Jorge = Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Umm...anything if you an find a way to squeeze him in would be good) Penelope = Amandla Stenberg (I guess from The Hunger Games movie would be best for her) (Sadly there is no Red She Hulk on film to play her counterpart Jezebel) Agnes = Alexis Bledel (Ummm...honestly I don't know! She was in Gilmore Girls, Sin City, and a handful of other movies but I dunno if there is really anything that captures her strangeness in the AoS plot, LoL) Maybe just throw in a bunch of swarm footage?

Hi Miles!
I just wanted to say that you did an excellent job! Kudos to you, sir! Excellent research and thank you for taking the time to do this. I love your ideas and actually agree that the Town would be best is located near the reservoir. Jorge would have tried to stick around there so that he would have plenty of water to manipulate in order to defend people.
As for leadership, I was never really thinking of Jorge as being a leader. I thought of the Town as more of a collective with everyone having a voice. So, Miles, Gina, and anyone else in the town, it you have an idea, go with it!

Hello all!
First of all, I want to thank you Gina for your wonderful ideas. We mods do appreciate it when players come up with ideas for the site and convey them to the rest of us. It makes us feel good to know that players are taking such interests as this.
That being said, we mods have looked over your proposition and discussed it. While you have excellent ideas here, in all honesty, the overhaul is simply not feasible. That is not to say that your ideas are not valid, but the truth of the matter is that Mutant of the Month is supposed to encompass ALL[/b] of the smaller categories that you are suggesting. There are no rules about having to vote for old members or only people that you have RPed with, or anything for that matter. Nominating for MotM is supposed to be about making a player feel special, for whatever reason: whether you like reading a thread they are in, whether they are a joy to chat with in the cbox, whether they are an oldie whose time has come, or a newb who deserves to be noticed. MotM is supposed to be ALL of these things; sadly these plans just do not seem to warrant implementing.
That is not to say that we are knocking your ideas. Oh no, as I said, we love that you (and all our fellow members) are coming up with ideas; we are listening and we are extremely thankful. Unfortunately the changes offered here just are not feasible for a couple reasons:
1 – It will require a lot of work. Not only for the mods, but mainly for the players to keep interest in this up monthly, or even yearly, by nominating and voting. The last thing we want is a lot of buzz for this new system, only to have it halt a month or two in because people are not nominating enough. As it is, MotM barely scrounges up 2 or 3 nominees.
2 – Speaking of such, right now, we need MotM focused on a single objective. Too many categories could lead to a muddling of a practice that is supposed to be fun incentive. Too much could spoil that.
3 – Again, that this is not to say that we are completely discounting the ideas presented here. It is entirely possible that, down the line, themed contests could be brought up. These are all fantastic ideas, but it needs the proper timing to be implemented.
We love MRO, and we love that our players show such interest in its well-being. But what we need most at the moment is players nominating and actually voting for MotM and making that a success before we could even consider changes to that formula. It was successful before and it can be successful again, but we cannot do it alone. We need everyone’s help making it work. Gina, everyone, wonderful ideas, truly. But let us stay focused on what we already have. Together, let us build up the foundation we have, before we begin adding rooms.
In short, nominate and vote for MotM and make it the success we all know it can be.

It is that special time of the month again! It is time to nominate members for MotM! So, who did it for you this last month? Who made you cry? Cheer? Laugh? Wearily eye the dark corners of your own house in fear?
Come on, show these people how much you appreciate them! Get those nominations in!
