Luna had no idea who Throth was or what pantheon he was from Still she got the Message he had no idea either and maybe no one really did. Some seemed way more helpful and powerful then others and some she had seen seemed to have little use at all. Still she supposed it mattered less why and more what they did with them. "You ever meet a god?" she asked curiously and while she assumed not after what had happened she would not of been shocked.
"It's hard to think where my powers could go from what they are but more range would be really nice or a human mode" she asked curiously not really sure where her own power could go from where it was but it made her consider that she could become stronger or get new powers as time went on.
Her help? She almost levitated with excitement. "wait Dinosaurs? Those old giant reptiles?" she asked as she looked at the ride. It looked like something from a cartoon but she had faith in Shin and climbed on. She would prove herself here she just knew it. She looked down at the dinosaurs as they flew. [/color=blue]"So what's the plan teach?"[/color] she said her tail twitching an anticipation. "I can hit them from twenty feet" offered waiting for his signal not sure if he wanted to lure them somewhere or just straight hit them. She failed to mention hitting things while moving was quite a bit tougher for her.
Her nose twitched s she breathed in the scent of the reptiles, they smelled real though she knew their was no way that possible, then again....she thought and scanned the nearby area while keeping the raptors in sight. Did they have a powerful sense of smell? She had no idea but she grabbed her tail in case shin wanted her to take a shot.

She nodded not sure what match eyes were exactly but she wondered of they made general math easier. "She turns my tail off which also disabled whatever it is that keeps the skunk spray in, tough my sight gets better my hearing and smell feel so weak" she explained trying to be relatable in the situation. She did Agree that Ms Gemma words needed to be taken at value. It had helped her get past her old school days and the nightmares that had resulted from it. She thought it seemed odd the Mansion being destroyed had not been more frequent for her but she was certainly not complaining about it.
"well i can eat chocolate bars and be ok, so i think coacoa will be all right. " she said having not even considered the possible issue with it, she just had kept doing so after she changed, maybe more so. She made a note to herself to look up any other skunk eating issues she might have picked up. She had done some research already on skunk related things but had never thought to look that up.
"You know, i have never quite understood why adapteds are diffrent then humans. Their just people with powers to right? just one that shuts ours off. " she said miming flicking a light switch off as they enterd the shop, she looked around glad it did not seem to busy but she still looked at each person or group of people taking them in and noting where they were nervously. She ad gotten better around humans but they still scared her. She left out that she understood this new magic thing even less, it was strange and new and she was unsure how she felt about it though flying had been amazing.
another questioned popped into her head as they waited in line. "Ever wonder how our powers choose us? Like why i'm a skunk and you command geometry" she asked curiously knowing their was not an actual answer that explained why but she wnated to make some small talk though she was better thinking on her feet then long term planning.

The number of people was growing quickly and the smells in the air were beginning to excite her advanced sense of smell. She smiled as Sam addressed her and nodded. "I did, this will be fun" she said wondering if this was done often. Though from Praxi's words she guessed not but she did like the idea. Shin liked the OJ she brought which made her happier. She was feeling useful. A number of faces she had not seen much of though most were familiar enough that she knew their names.
She thought about offering a hand but seeing the ice clone cooking she assumed they had it covered. "Morning Ms Sundance" she said thinking if half her teachers came to these things she was going to have to do better on attending class. Still she knew despite the jovialness of this all it was an important day.
She kept track of her tail to make sure it knocked nothing off any tables. She waived to skye as she took in the scene around her. She poured herself a glass of orange juice. "I agree Eupraxia, you remind me of jell-o" she said as a joke as her ears twitched at the noises all around her.

Luna had intended to distract the Mystic and now after watching him get hit with a gun the size of a telephone pole she was rethinking her choice. She fired her shot but it was consumed and only added though minorly to the flames. She could...she could.... she had no out. She felt Javier grab her and then felt her stomach dropped and she despoited what was in her stomach below.
"I could not do a thing...."she said looking back toward the fight. She had been entirely outclassed and she had known that deep down. She had been so eager to prove herself she could have easily gotten herself killed. "Thank you" she said more quietly. She nervously
the glass protected her fur from the shards of glass. she felt disappointed and powerless. She had hoped she could have helped but their were so many heavy hitters out there and she only had shots left anyway. She nervously ran her claws through her fur and punched the wall with her other hand. "ow" she said. She hoped Sam would not be disappointed in her.

Luna Watched as her attack was swept up in wind and fire, her scent droplets igniting as she watched. Javier pulled her out of the way of some vines. If video games taught her anything the guy probably had water or ice as well on him she thought to herself more to dismiss the fear that was creeping up her spine. Javier was not wrong she probably did belong inside.
The fire meant trying to claw him was likely a poor plan, fur burned rather quickly and smelled awful. And their was death to that was an issue. Her other trick was her scent which the guy had whisked away as if it were nothing. She briefly wondered if Her Defense Professor had ever fought where their was no water to make ice.
"Thank you for saving me and You’re really not wrong, not sure there’s much I can do, dunno about you" She replied even as she saw a wounded Carrick though Rebecca seemed ok. "I'm staying Javier. My power might not be useful here but we can at least try and wear him down or make an opening for someone with more raw power. We should keep moving though" Luna went on trying very hard to sound braver than she was feeling. She watched the Supreme to try and see where the next attack would be from and what it would be. She kept her tail in her paw just in case. She only had four more shots.
"Your pathetic Magic Man you missed" She shouted trying to draw attention from Carrick not sure just how wounded he was and trying to draw his fire.

In a lull The skunk girl felt the Mystic arrive from the wind alone and dig her clawed feet into the ground to stay upright. "Javier I think I need to....." She started but as she saw the New Mystic fire the force bullet she could only think she had to help Miss Rebecca though exactly how the amazing skunk girl was suppose to do that and end up alive well Luna's mind never quite considered. She had to remind herself that yes she could prove herself x men material here but this really was not the time for those thoughts either. She had no idea if Javier followed her but she owed him a thanks anyway in more peaceful times anyway.
She knew she would never make it in time so grabbing her tail quickly and yanking out some fur on accident she aimed her tail and fired toward the mystic trying to distract him from another shot.
It was only then her mind wondered if the man would be immune to her smell or even care but she had to try. Hopefully it worked better then in the danger room with Saphirus. This guy could not take a half dozen mutants at once could he? She thought to herself.

She followed along thinking over Shin's response. She was glad to hear what she was feeling normal. it had been quite the worry for her. She hoped her mom would not be to annoyed by her leaving. She would deal with it later either way. She tried to push it from her mind for now, wanting to pay more attention to Shin. She had told herself more then once, she was all right but the dreams had still come. She knew she could have died a few times in the fight.
So Shin had done a lot of training it made sence given the man's control and what she had seen. She tried to imagine somone she loved getting tossed in a sack through the air, she could have tried to catch from below but she did not see that rescue working out for her. She could easily see how that may cause nightmares as well. Though she had saved the one guy who had been tossed in the air in the fight so maybe she was thinking about it way to hard.
Luna ran her claws through her fur in a bit of nervousness. She could have used to train more herself. She had a little bit with Cold Steel which had been fun. "Im guessing you caught her? I want to be able to help people like that" she said thinking of the bond that incident had clearly made for the two.
her claws clicked on the floor as she walked. footwear had been an issue and she tended to wear sandels for that reason, her nails could hang over. "My dream, is to be able to protect people. I can really clear an area " she said dramatically holding her nose. "Prolbely not good to hold things in, that's what Ms Gemma told me awhile back. Shes nice enough but her power and mine don't like eachother" she said recalling an early encounter with the woman. They had talked about Luna's lingering dear of humans a few times.

Luna still missed the wings, she had flown for an hour after the fight. An hour of pure bliss that had ended a life time to soon. Contributing had been hard, her powers not much suited for situations that called for power. The supreme had batted away her attempts like a fly and Luna had finally pulled back when told to and because the Supreme had used so much fire and her skunk juices were very flammable as was fur. The Monster from the depths of lovecrafts works she had been pretty certain it did not breathe so she had played medic and even caught someone in mid air. She had however managed to evacuate the medical room and ensure Doctor professor lived to heal them. She knew she had done something vital of course but it had been tough to see just how outclassed she was compared to many of those who fought and as much as she did not want to admit it, the fight had shaken her, it had been the first real fight Luna had ever been involved in.
She was staying at her moms house, it had been a few days and her mom was finally not being quite as over protective as normal. She was out when Shin knocked at the door. She jumped from her bed landing with a thud as tore through her hamper of should of been folded yesterday clothing. "One minute" she shouted as she threw on a light blue shirt and some jeans on carefully putting her tail through the hole she had made in them.
Her claws scraped wood which had long ago lost value do her feet and opened the door and was bit shocked or maybe just star struck. It also took her a moment to decide this was likely not about skipping math class. "I think that would be great and no never outside of school. Honestly i want to be anywhere but here right now. My moms out but she is very protective and the mansion thing has her playing warden" she said shaking her head as she scribbled a quick note and put it on the fridge.
"I...keep seeing the fight in my dreams...nightmares really. All the ways things could of gone wrong. Is that normal for someones fight real fight?" she asked trying to make conversation. She had no idea what to say but she did want to talk, she just wanted to not be here if case her mother drove in.
"Saw some of what you did out there as well, it was amazing. I had no idea you were that strong" she said honestly still trying to make conversation though a bit more excited.

She looked around at the Mansion being rebuilt, progress was going well but the place would never be the same. She was not sure she had done quite enough to be at a party like this but it was a sign of what she wanted to do with her life. Luna's hopes and dreams had been on becomming an x men ever since she had recorded the first x men fights on tv she had seen she had re watched those scenes over and over. She had lost things she had held deer in the Mansion and would need to learn all new places to hide now but over all she thought i had been worth it.
She had spent almost two hours in the shower for this due to all her fur so her fur almost shined, interrupted only by the short sky blue dress she had chosen to wear, modified for her large fluffy tail. She could already smell the food and tell the differences on what had been brought and or cooked and she heard the bird songs change as well. From the voices she knew their were many who had made it before her which he had assumed. She really had to find a better way to shower.
She was so excited her initial reach for the door handle missed but as she opened it, she looked around the space seeing the people there. She blinked a few times and did her best to focus, her glasses having been crushed in her room. her hearing and sence of smell however easily let her distinguish the people she could not quite make out.
"Hello" she said a bit shyly once sh saw Sam there. She was holding 2 Gallon sized cartons of orange juice, not really sure what to offer to the gathering but still excited to be there given away by her twitching tail. her ears twitched at the sounds as she set the orange juice down and ran a clawed hand through her exposed fur.

She looked around unsure of if she should help the guy where the portal was forming or help the guy down here fighting by her side, nether choice seemed entirely right. She was about to attempt a shot of getting her tail aimed at the window but they got a reply from a teacher. Liz. Luna silently promised herself she would never be late for one of her classes again and maybe not skip them. Birds and various other animals began pouring out of the building and fighting Mystics as well. Luna though how amazing it was for a second to long however and a magic dagger cut through fur and traced a shallow but painful line down across her upper arm. She crouched and struck the man hard and low and brought him down that way with the man still clutching his privates. Raising her tail she fired a random jet of skunk juice into what she hoped was a concentration of Mystics. "I’m starting to think, i should of skipped this war class" she said to Javier taking a few steps closer to him, not wanting to quite admit she was scared. She could prove herself an X-Man in this if she lived.

The pause could not hold long however as a group of Mystics break the fence in the rear of the mansion. Luna turned, aimed and fired two squirts in their path, pne struck where the planned in front of the Mystics the other went very high and struck one right between the eyes. the man screamed in pain as his eyes burned from the very smelly ammo. She was afraid sure, but she decided she would get through it. the Mansion needed her as much as needed it. She felt a hand grab her from behind but was able to driver her claed feet down the man's leg making him screamed n let go, she then turned and punched the man in the neck to knock him out

Luna had actually been on time for once, the thought of defending the mansion like the X men would be was exciting and if she did good it might help her out later and the chaos obe shot of her tale had caused in the danger room she was confident she could be useful to the defense.

It was a saturday and the weather had cooled down a bit so her fur did not feel so warm. Luna was sitting in the yard reading a web comic off her phone when the wind shifted ever so slightly making her nose twitch with the smell of something sweet. Reluctantly putting her book down she followed the scent and when she got toward the corner of the yard she noticed a small fist sized hole in the ground. She also noticed the many small insects who emerged and retreated from the hole, Bee's, honeybee's in fact not that Luna really knew why wasps, bee's and hornets were different other then their aggression.
She had read that real skunk's did this and so she assumed she could to. It never crossed her mind the sanitary issues or the good things the bee's did. Dropping to a hunched over croach, she began to shovel dirt away from the nest in much the same way she had seen dog's do so with squirrels. Dirt flew out behind her as she dug, the dirt passing under her as it went. It turned out the nest was not quite as easy to get to as Luna thought and as she dug more and more of the bee's landed on her trying to sting her threw her fur. She ignored them, swatting one away from her ear. Two in a half feet down she reached the nest and it was then the next issue occurred to the young black and white skunk. She grabbed and broke off a piece of the comb but dropped it when several wiggly things emerged from a few of the combs; her pawsnot coated in sticky honey. Their was honey she could smell that but some of the combs also contained larva and Luna was pretty sure she did not want to eat them.
She was covered in bees now and the constant angry buzzing was all she could hear, she had to swat several more away from her eyes after letting out a small yelp as one made it thrue her skin not far from her eye and yelped louder when one tried to sting inside her ear, but she managed to get the stringer out, accidentally crushing the bee. She looked back to the mansion a moment then back at the hole, swatting another bee from her eyes. Luna took a deep breath, yelped and spit a bee out and began to panic, accidentally firing her spray from her tail as she dropped and began to roll trying to get the bee's off of her. She had no idea where she had sent the shot but she was pretty sure she was not in range of anyone, maybe, she had not paid much attention she realized. This might have been a poor idea she realized. Maybe this was why her teachers kept telling her to plan things out.

Luna could only wonder at the kind of pasts they had, had. Still in her eyes it had produced two extremely different results. It also meant that she was in deed in the right place in her eyes. She also certainly was not void of happiness in any way, at least she was pretty sure. She did like some emo music. It was clearly hard for him to admit and she felt like she may have pried a bit to far.
She pretty much glowed under the praise. Today had been almost more then she could of hoped for. Well maybe not the tail grab but it was a thing she knew she had to look at better. She silenced the part of her that felt unworthy as she basked in it a few moments.
She tried to bring it to a more cheerful topic not wanting to discomfort sam further then what he had revealed. She guessed it might not be something he shared much, she knew she wouldn't."Seems like the world will always need hero's in it, a never ending fight" she replied returning the thumbs up gesture. the world had seemed to calm a bit in her eyes if one ignored the alternate reality, zombie army and the death robots she heard the police had once used.
She let out a shiver as the cold began to penetrate her fur. Skunks were burrowers."I'm going to head inside and get warm, Look forward to the real maze" she said. Turning to head toward the entrance of the school for some warmth and maybe some hot coco.
