Zelda gave Jay a smile as she watched his reaction to her proposal. She wasn't sure how he would exactly react, but it turns out that he seemed relatively okay with the idea.
"Yeah, yeah we are, Jay."
Were they really going to buy a home together? It seemed more and more like it! And she was okay with that. She actually was pretty excited for it, in truth. Her house would sell fairly well, considering its value. But, before her mind could keep going, he looked into her eyes and began to kiss her.
All she could do was kiss him back, passionately. She may never say it, but... She loved him.

Zelda smiled. She loved him, truly. They were an odd couple.
She thought the idea more seriously over though. They seemed like they would work well, together. Sure, they were kind of opposites in some ways but ultimately, they were good together. And despite them never saying it, they both knew they loved each other.
She giggled a little, "Good, glad I don't have to argue with that. Could just sell my house, find one we'd both like." She shrugged nonchalant, eyeing him to see his reaction.

She let her fingers trace his back and play with his hair as she giggled, "Yeah, I think some of them could really be some... Fun." She winked back, and then kissed him back.
When the kiss broke, she took a breath of air. He always managed to take her breath away. She perked a brow as he said her name, "Yeah?"
Her eyes looked towards him as he asked... About moving in. She thought about it for a moment, before smiling. "I'd like that... But, we're totally moving into my house." She waited to see his reaction. She had a nice big house - she wasn't about to move into this tiny apartment.

She laughed and nodded, "Yeah, I did miss you wearing this fun stuff." She shook her head, wishing she could have been at some of them. Maybe she could have a talk with some of his band members...
She scoffed playfully. He already knew her too well. Granted, it wasn't too big of a thing to tell, but still. In either case, she had other things on her mind by now. After their little kisses, she leaned in and gave him a kiss on his lips before leaning back. She perked a brow as he seemed lost in thoughts.

She perked a brow, "Really?" He lost his money worth, sheesh. "It's a bit expensive to be a musician, huh?" She gave him a teasing smile before looking back over at the piles of weird stuff he ha made.
She looked back him - he was catching onto her, but she was totally going to try to push it a little more. "Hey, I'm serious. Feathers are a serious kink for me." She nodded a confirmation, her face dead serious. Of course, she looked towards him for a reaction and her poker face quickly broke into a small smile and a laugh.
She smiled as he gave her a kiss on the cheek and she let one of her free hands find his. With her other hand, she finished off her beer. It was nice, being with him like this.

She perked a brow as she listened before laughing a little bit. "I guess you gotta do whatcha gotta do. Cop cover band, Halloween costume, two birds with one stone though. That's awesome." She took a sip of her beer as she snuggled more into him. She enjoyed feeling his arm around her, his body heat against her side. She took a deep breath.
She shrugged as she pulled back to see his facial expression. "Yeah, a little bit. I mean, I really think you'd look pretty hot in some sequins, those pretty feathers." She winked, hoping he'd fall for her joke that the sequins, some of the spandex, feathers, etc. Of course, that was definitely not the pile she would be into. But she definitely wanted to mess with him some more.
She was more excited about the handcuffs, though. That would be an easy peasy, fun time.

She was pretty meticulous, carefully putting the items down on either side. The spandex's she wasn't too sure about, but the ones that looked like the wrestlery ones she decided were fair game and put them in the corresponding pile. Some though, she definitely tossed into the garbage pile. Of course, he didn't realize what she was doing yet.
She looked towards him with a perked brow, "So, it went from once to not that many times? Alright." She shot him a wink before going back to focusing on her deeming which ones she wanted and which ones she didn't want. It was a few minutes later, but she finally finished going through it. She turned and walked over to the couch, sitting down and opening one of the beers. She took a sip. "I think you do know what I'm talking about, though."

She smiled. He was so sweet. She was lucky to find a guy like him after all this time. She wasn't sure if she would, and nearly when she gave up, she found him. She took a deep breath, admiring him for a moment.
Then, the more important thing. Going through what she'd accept and what she wouldn't accept. She could tell he was curious about what she was doing - why she was doing what she was doing. She would tell him once he figured it out, right? She could keep him in a little bit of suspense. She nodding, giving him a devilish grin. "Yeah, holding out. If that's what you say, sure." She winked, noting the nervous chuckle.
She continued to place items on the left and on the right - after all, she liked some of the ideas... But some were just too awful. Like the sequins. She shook her head at them.

She shook her head, "I totally disagree, but I understand. You should give yourself more credit." She clearly disagreed, at least based off that. Sure, it might take him longer to write them but it was still good and that was the important thing.
She enjoyed some of the things she saw in the closet - sure, she had a bit of a kinky side. What she didn't expect was his kinky side. She knew he hooked up with a lot of gals - but so did she. Once she met him though, things... Changed. She didn't even pay attention to guys as much as she used too. Her mind seemed so much more focused on Jay now.
She took it in, the site of the closet though. She mentally began to pick out some very serious no nos - like the sequins. But she was good with some of the other stuff. Leather, chains, handcuffs. Cop and cowboy was pretty hot, too. She perked a brow as she took out one of the sequined suits and put it to the right. She then took out a leather looking one and put it to the left. "Mhhhmmm, and here, all this time, you've been hiding out on me." She gave him a playful grin to him as he sat on the couch.

She did have a fairly large amount of money - not rich by any means, but upper middle class. Her doctor years made sure of that - not to mention, she was usually pretty good at money. She invested in the stock market, had a small portfolio, all that mumbo jumbo stuff. She had primarily used that to prepare for her retirement though. Unless the entire world collapsed, she'd hopefully be extra well off during her retirement.
She smiled, "Not good at? You were amazing! You shouldn't throw yourself under the bus," she nodded encouragingly. She thought the lyrics were amazing, and granted, he may have had some motivation to write it. But she highly doubted he wasn't good at it - she predicted the latter. She returned his kiss - it never failed to give her those good, body shivers.
She watched as he walked over and put the the bass into the closet. She initially didn't notice anything out of the ordinary - after all, she was primarily focused on Jay. Not really anything else.
However, that changed when he picked up a blue and yellow spandex outfit and threw it back into the closet. Her curiosity then peeked. She stood up, "What... What was that?" She murmured as she walked over to the closet.
She let out a small gasp as she re-opened the door. Oh my God.

Zelda had been looking forward to going to Jay's tonight. She was not disappointed, either. She had given him a black bass, a top of the line one. At least, Zelda hoped so. She wasn't that musically inclined and didn't know that much but he seemed to enjoy it.
Jay wore a shirt and jeans - perfect outfit for him. She could really only smile, he was the cutest thing ever. She had decided on a less saucy outfit today, though, and chose a beautiful yellow floral pattern dress with peach colored heels. She had it in her closest for a while but never really had the motivation to wear it - today was different.
What surprised Zelda the most about the day was Jay made her his own song. He wrote it, then played & sang it for her. She had herself sitting on the couch, with her legs crossed as she listened to the melody. She closed her eyes as she enjoyed the song. He had become, what felt like, her entire world. She felt like it was a mutual feeling, even though she would never say the big L word. But she felt it in her, and in him.
She smiled softly as the song ended and he asked her what she thought. "Jay, I mean, it was beautiful. I can't believe you wrote that just for me. This is honestly one of the most amazing things anyone has ever done for me. I absolutely loved it. " Kinda like how she loved him, but she wasn't about to say that.

She would never be able to figure out how they managed to make the position on the couch work - they were scrunched together, with really no space. She let her fingers dance along his back as she looked over his face.

She breathed heavily as she laid beside Jay on the couch. She was trying to get her breath back, her body hot and her knees weak. They always had such a good connection, particularly in the hanky panky department. She was glad they connected so much not only emotionally, but in this way. It truly was a match made.

Zelda sighed contently as she snuggled up with Jay. She couldn't help but feel like they were made for each other. It would have devastated her if he actually had cheated on her. She honestly wouldn't really know what she'd do if he did. Probably leave and just go back to one night stands and feeling nothing.
Of course, he caught on her to flirt and his response made her shiver. "Well, it's no fun without you in it." She murmured to him as he came up on her, kissing her. She wrapped her arms around him in response, letting her hands go under his shirt to rub against his warm, skin as they kissed. She heard the zipper going down on her dress - which was quite fine with her. She was going to make him do a little more work than usual, this time at least.
She did, however, let one hand unbutton his jeans in the meantime.
