The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

Hmm well the server that is hooked up to these bracelets made them shift into collars and is controlling them. Perhaps there are multiple servers for each set of collars and they are placed in range for each mutant. Perhaps the collars changed servers for the mutants sent in the camps, making their shocks stronger than everyone else's.
We could say that the collars put on the Detainees were specially designed for the camps.
So once they leave the camps since those bracelet/collars were specially designed for those mutants going into the camps will not work outside the camps, shut down and fall off.
That should help. Thanks Iris for pointing it out.

Okay Kaz, have you not seen any of Cassiel's or Daria's posts? The two are very powerful mutants, Both class five mutants if you do your research.
Rupert could have gone home for the night when the guards ((who hate them if you havent noticed)) break into his office ransack it and turn off the collars. Maybe they will do it on purpose for a challenge even though that the drugs will not wear off for another several hours.
The raid is supposed to fail and only a few people will escape.

Okay personally I do like Zeph's idea the best. The first one that is. But I am gonna edit it a wee bit.
I think that the X men that are there should go in, guns blazing and should rescue maybe at the most 4 mutants that were in the camps. However they get pushed back and are forced to retreat. During this the collars will be unlatched temporarily due to a mornic mistake by one of the guards. and as soon as the 'raid' is over they will latch back on whoever is in range AKA the people that are still in the camps.
After regrouping back at the mansion the x men come to the conclusion that they will need more help then they thought and they go to the restiance and form an uneasy relationship with them in order to get everyone else out of the camps.
Whoever is left in the camps will do the community service thing or the Arena thing. Whichever people like more.
I will narrate the first post of this if need be.

Okay I would like more than just faceless guards in this plot so I would like people to create their own NPC guards that they themselves can play as or that can be played by other people. I would like an equal number of psychotic guards as well as guards that are just there because its another day.
Here is the template.
Name: Age Personality Appearance Intentions within the camp Side of camp they are on

Infirmary
Customs House ((as in sorting all of the things that where brought to the camps by prisoners and prisoners before them)) Kitchen
Cleaning the Guards Barracks ((self explanatory. Whenever someone was done with work they end up getting assigned to this if they weren't assigned to it already.))
Quarry ((breaking up rocks into smaller pieces, Heaving large rocks onto trucks.))
Front Office ((dealing with the people filed into the camps, there registration and such))
Grave Digging ((Primarily a Male job but women can be assigned to it as well))
Also, if observed by the 'head of the camp' or other guards a prisoner can become another 'privileged mutant' and become a guard to them.
Guards can also take prisoners from their jobs into Isolation or to do their own bidding. Werther it be cleaning their bunk or just to cheer them up anything they want a mutant must do or face the consequences.
Laundry. ((self explanitory))
Ask questions in your posts and put your character name next to their job. I will make a list periodically.

Alright Since I am gonna be the person that has to narrate this plot we are gonna have to work out details.
I still think it should be at the most eleven years. Also it could be a main plot it's just this seems it would be more fun as a side plot, Im serious I have an X men site for refrence if you guys want it where we created a seperate area called the future and we did some posts and then left them there continuing on with our lives.
I agree with kaz ((this is getting wierd)) that there should be something wrong with the Future, the whole world can not be perfect I do not want to see a repeat of the House of M. There has to be a little evil in the plot, it just doesnt have to do much.
Also the Factions of mutants are working together anyways on the current plot to save one another. So them still being all chummy with one another seems a bit off.
Also most of the Future plots in the comic Universe where almost always treated as a sepreate universe a Seperate Entity.

..... Oh god now I have to explain things. *slams head into desk.* Damn I knew I forgot something.
Okay
1 the Braclets will move, thats right move like a creepy crawly up the mutants arm, expand and then latch onto thier necks as a collar.
2. The mutants will be in Barraks seperated by Men and women. The guards will be mainly men, escaped convincts and such. Meaning they will be brutal o the mutants.
3. Foodwise will consit of a bland soup and bread.
4. There will be diffrent facilities for the mutants to work at including a battery factory, Mines, Quary, Dam and whatever else someone thinks of to help me out.
5. Most personal possesions would be taken upon arrival, only to be given a small bag filled with some of thier Items that are 'essintal for life.'
6. Everyone will wear similar clothing, women wearing a plain grey dress, men where grey slacks with a grey shirt.
7. Most likely Women will suffer from vulgar coments from the male guards. Proably some grouping as they walk by as well if they arent careful.
8. All mutants can expect, verbal and physical abuse from the heads of thier camps and if they still fight back after that they are sent to the warden for a session.
Okay thats all I got for now. Does that help you guys?

Okay the list has been updated. If you dont see your characters name that means I dont know where to put you.
X men are in blue Kabal in Peach Order in Green Indpendents in normal font.
If you havent posted your character please do. We obviously need more people to be captured from the order, Kabal or Independent. As well as we need more X men to be part of the resitance.

Okay since I cant sticky, mass pm or lock threads. ((which lady J is gonna fix hopefully sometime soon)) I am gonna make a big old list of the mutants that will be registered.
So my directions are this Name: Affiliation: ((x men, sanctuary, Monodragon, independent.)) Are they going to Register being of thier will or against it:
Mutants that will Be registered After they are taken from thier homes ((sanctuary or mansion))
Now I dont want everyone to be registered, nor do I want everyone to be in hiding or part of the restiance. Try to give the site a variety and make much more intresting posts for everyone.

Ruby kept sweeping nervously, terrified the man was going to hurt her. The fox girl's ears flattened to her head as she began to dust the furniture in he room. The little one was scared to say the least, scared of things that would come.
"My sister is fine." The fox girl replied meekly, ears drooping

Ruby yipped in a startled tone, her body begining to tremble instantly. She looked at the male before her body still shaking. The fox girl's mentality changed at that moment, now she knew she was in for a bumpy ride.
The youngest Lupin sister scuttled over to the corner she missed and began sweeping, ears flat to her head and tail drooping between her legs.
"Yes sir." Ruby replied meekly, allowing her tail to curl slightly around her.

((this is the quarry if you are assigned here report here))
In the field next to the punishment circle lay hundreds of rocks laying strewn throughout it. Each mutant was either assigned to break the rocks in half with a pick Axe which would shock them if they slowed down or attack a guard and the other job was to place these broken rocks onto the truck to be shipped out.
It was a Co ed job, though it was likely that the women would be stuck carrying the rocks instead of breaking them due to their 'low upper body strength.'
Well, unless they where Emerald Lupin of course.
Despite the fact that Emerald had more lower body strength than upper, her upper body strength was still a force to be reckoned with. One would just have to ask James the guard as Confirmation on that.
The wolf girl was given a pick Axe and told to start breaking the rocks. She rolled her eyes and swung the pick Axe down, hard, splitting the rock in two almost instantly.
Emerald kept this up, sweat starting to pour down her face after the 20th rock. The pick Axe was very big and very heavy and not all the rocks could take only one swing from the wolf girl some required two or three. That would mean she would be out here for hours upon hours.
However, this was among the first rocks and her first she still had to break at least 100 more rocks for her quota to be done and for her to be able to go back to the barracks. That is, unless a guard took her first.

Seven weeks later
Pain Agony Sadness, Depression
All of these things and more were what the mutants of the camps had experienced in that amount of time. Day in and Day out it was the same, roll call, breakfast, jobs, lunch, jobs, small break, dinner, barracks and finally bed. By the time they went to the bed it was usually past 10 and they got up at two to go to work. This made the mutants tired and easier to handle, the drugs that were being put in their food helped as well.
The drugs were almost like a discouraging mechanism because if the mutants tried to use their powers while the collars were on or if they somehow came off, they would go through brief excruciating moments of head pain, nearly rendering them paralyzed. These drugs were laced in each part of the meal except for the bread and water. The meals had gotten better since the mutants had first gotten there, and sometimes they would even be meat in the soup they were given. Though, they never knew what or whom it was from.
The mutants of the X men had tried their best to stay positive in their horrible situation but it was indeed very hard. Between fights with the other members of the team as well as other inmates there was a little bit of a dog eat dog feel to the camps. However, it would seem that the Sanctuary members and the X men had formed an alliance while inside of the camp, becoming almost allies in this situation. Of course there were some that did not want to associate with the opposite faction but the rest of the mutants had managed to make amends and one time enemies started to become close friends.
A certain unity had untied all of the prisoners though, especially ones who fight for what they believed was right. As of late their had been more deaths by beatings by the guards than poor conditions in the camps and despite what the warden of the camp did he could not stop the random abuse and violence against mutants, especially against the female mutants. There had been several incidents on the women’s side of the camp in which different women, often after seeing someone killed or die in their sleep, acted out against guards in every violent way possible. These attack ranged from minor cuttings and bruises to near amputations of a horribly mutilated limb.
The camp was now filled with overzealous guards oftentimes from the church of humanity who enjoyed their tortures of each individual mutant. Many times when a mutant did not come back from their work detail it was safe to assume that they would end up as a bloodied mass upon the barracks doorstep that not even the she thing guard could clean up.
All the inmates could ask at that moment in time was, when they where going to get out of this hell. It was no doubt the only thing on their minds as the lay in their wooden barracks with floodlight pouring into the windows as well the vacant sounds of screams from the unfortunate out in the distance. This was the only time the mutants were truly free of the guards was when they were in the barracks for lights out, it was a time to plan a time to speak with one another and a time to dream about a better tomorrow.
