Shin liked the idea of a tuxedo for Halloween. Kealey had to smile. It was a good thing she had almost a month to work. Men’s wear wasn’t always her strongest suit.

Aurum was wearing a tuxedo, apparently he was going as James Bond. Kealey nodded, he’d pull that off well. Shin wanted something different though.

He mentioned an idea and she nodded her head, ”Kaito kid is cool…but if you go as him, what am I going to go as? I was thinking I’d try the sailor scout costume…but then everyone will just automatically assume you’re Tuxedo Mask.”

Shin shrugged a shoulder with an innocent smile.

"S'pose I could suffer through being Tuxedo Mask... to be the Mamoru to your Usagi." He said.

'Suffer.' Right.

”Mmhm….” Kealey said, ”I can tell how just how much you’d be suffering.” Kealey said mischievously. Surely Shin had not forgotten he was with an empath.

As they walked, the blond ticked off the necessary supplies.

”I think my uniform boots will work just fine for a sailor scout costume…but we’ll definitely have to make a couple of trips to the fabric shop to get everything else.”

Kealey paused for a moment, thinking, then shrugged her shoulders and smiled at Shin.

”I’ll leave it up to you to decide exactly what my costume design should be. Think you can handle that?”

Uniform boots. And he was deciding?

Shin grinned.

"I can live with that."

And to show just how much he could live with it, Shin wrapped an arm around her shoulders. "Come on, let's lead you to the bus stop, so we can get back home and get to work."

If they could keep their minds on that task, that was!
