The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

Tricity sat in the War Room, twirling her pen around her fingers as she waited for the X-Men to enter. She took a sip of her tea and put a hand to her forehead. A temperature...not what she needed right now. She sighed and mentally started the coffee pot in case the others may have wanted some when they came. A chill ran up her spine, following a heavy flip of the stomach. 'Nausea again? I should be over this stage...' Tricity thought, holding her stomach and wondering what was happening. A glimpse in the mirror that hung flat against the ceiling, lining the whole of the room, showed she looked deathly pale. 'Just perfect'

He was exploring his new area and had somehow wondered into the war room. His eyes looking about the strange place. He did not even See Tricity whom was sitting within the room already. Draikhein was too intrigued about everything else that was around him. His eyes came to a computer that was near and his tail twitched a bit showing his interest. He was not the smartest man, but mostly because no one gave him a chance to learn. He was willing, but most just threw him off as big and dumb, and thusly he became as such for the most part. He has his intelligent side at times.
Deathstar enters the basement wearing a green army jacket, pink striped miniskirt , and black combat boots. She heard the announcement and decided to pay a visit to the war room hoping to run into Tricity. As she walks down the bright basement, she spots a newbie looking inside the war room. She didn't recognize him and being that there was an intruder here at the mansion, Deathstar didn't want to take any chances. Pacing down the basement hallway she slowly realizes that its another mutant here at the mansion. She walks pass him and nods her toward head to him as if she saying a silent hello.
She turns to open the door, she wanted to have a private talk with tricity so she slowly closes it behind her. Tricity is sitting in the room not looking so well and kind of pale. "Hey Tricity!....umm I need to talk to you before the gang gets here," she walks up to Tricity and sits beside her. "Oh! nice hi-tech room, I haven't been in here before," she throws up a faint smile and gets back to the subject. "Well! I've been here for a while now and learned alot over my time here. I know I may be incoherent at times but as you can see I'm willing to learn but what I really want to say is" she pauses for moment not wanting to be rejected again. "I think I'm ready to be on the X-men team!, I know I may not be the best hero, but when that intruder reared its head in the mansion, and I had to gather all the children I knew then that this was my calling" she takes in a deep breathe awaiting for Tric's response.
As Tricity slowly sipped her tea, she suddenly saw a face in the doorway which she recognized as Drakhein, one of the newer residents to the mansion. Just as she was about to tell him to not be shy and come in, Deathstar popped up in front of him, easing the door closed. Tricity sat back in her leather chair continuing to sip her tea. "Hello, Miss," she replied to the greeting.
When the young woman was done with her request to be on the team, Tricity sighed and thought on the answer, nodding for her to sit down. "Star, you've shown great passion for this, but I don't know anything about your combat skills. Your mutation would prove really effective, that is true, but you have to understand...I can't just immediately dub you an X-Man and toss you into a dangerous situation. I agree, you helped immensely with bringing everyone down to the Danger Room and it was duely noted in my mind. For the time being, I'll consider you a trainee. You can sit in on meetings, help keep the mansion safe when under possible attacks, and go on certain outtings. After some time, we'll see if you're ready, deal??" As Tricity waited for the response, she called toward the closed door. "DRAKHEIN! You can come in if you'd like..."
"I can't turn down that offer" she slightly smiled "I apologize if I was trying to rush your decision, but I'll prove myself one day" she turned her attention toward the new mutant as Tricity called for him. Tricity still looking pale, Deathstar was concerned with her health. "Are you okay?," she asks with a concern look on her face. "I think you need to take easy for now on, you got to think about yourself sometime".

He stepped into the room looking at the two whom were already here, "I did not mean to intrude, I thought I heard something down here, and I tend to be a bit too curious at times. I came to investigate and found this strange place.." He looked about he saw flashings upon the screen of various pictures each picture had a bio next to it the name was Jacquelyn (Jack) Guy. He read over the biography of the individual reading each line intently. He saw the line for current location, and it was not filled in he looked back at Tricity, "What happened to this girl..?" His draconic wings on his back twitched a bit with concern as well did his tail.
The living room was slightly dimmer than usual and Fade took the opportunity for a resting area. Her room was too far to walk to at this moment, so she gently sat down on the couch, closed her eyes and allowed sleep to overcome her. Just as she was about to doze off, a familiar voice resounded and Fade's eyes shot wide open. Another meeting in the danger room, wonder what could be wrong now.
Fade put her arms under her as she pushed herself off of the couch and began to walk towards the danger room. She was wearing comfy sweatpants and a simple white cami. Her hair was down and slightly more wavy than normal. In fact, since she was so tired, some of her hair was covering her left eye, hiding her currently white eyes from the world...and the dark bags under those odd colored eyes. Nothing was on her feet as her they padded down the hallway, bare. She entered the elevator and went downstairs. Finally, she made it and rewarded herself with a lovely yawn.
The door opened as she pushed it lightly aside and stepped into the room. Before she opened it, however, she gave herself a little pinch on the cuticle, an old trick she learned about how to instantly wake up. Her eyes shot open in slight pain, but she was awake now. Seeing as how there were only three (only two of which she knew), she raised an eyebrow and asked "What's going on?"
Then she looked up at the screen and saw a profile of apparently another mutant. What in the world? Has she done something wrong? Or something right that she is being chased for...? When do these baddies give it a rest? She smiled at Deathstar and said "Hey. Nice outfit." But the coffee met her eyes and she was drawn to it. Moving over to the coffee, she took out some creamer and made herself a small, hot cup of delicious coffee, delighting herself with the smell before she took a sip.
"Oh thanks Fade!" she responds to fade's comment on her outfit. "Seems like you need some rest!," she says to fade and lets out a small laugh as her attention shifts to the image on the screen. "Jack! who is this girl?" she looks around the room expecting an answer from someone. Deathstar continue to read her stats realizing her power, her mouth then drops in shock, "wow!, her mutation is wicked, I hope she's not roaming the streets"

He reads over the info trying to study it, "I...don't think she is on the streets, if she was there would be some information on where she might be..perhaps somebody kidnapped her.." Draikhein looked over at the other screens seeing other mutants coming up with a label under them, "What is 'The Order'?" He asked not knowing too much. He had already had his smart moment. It was time for him to be a bit slow again.
Raptor having followed Draikhein from there room said "The Order are scum they are nothing they are the reason why we are hated people like them," he said half of his face was metal there was no skin from the tip of his chin to the crown of his head half of it was pure cold metal the light reflected of his metallic features making them seem more menacing and outlined than usual. his left hand was clenched into a tight firm fist. He was angry and you could tell the machines in his body seemed to be working overtime to stop him from losing himself in a fit of anger. The whirring grew louder and louder till a small pop was heard and it stopped "I have had a few run ins with them about a year ago when it was first founded,"
Tricity was holding her head in her hand, resting on the table as everyone began to inquire about Jack. She was glad Fade had arrived and hoped the others would come along soon too. After clearing her throat, Tricity spoke very softly. "The Order is a new mutant group that a man named Dorian King, I believe, created. Not sure of their purpose yet, but I have a bad feeling about them." She waited a few moments and sipped some of her tea. "Alright, I need all non X-Men to vacate. We need a bit of privacy, please."
(OOC: Raptor, technically we don't know too much about The Order, so we wouldnt deem them as scum lol They are supposed to a be new group.)

He looked from the Monitor to Tricity he wanted to help, he needed to help. He could not find the words but all he said was, "Is there anyway I can help...." He hoped that she would let him, but then again it was probably too dangerous. He stood near the door just hoping to help.
Now that Fade was an X-Man, she was allowed to stay during important meetings and conversations and that gave her a good feeling, but at the moment, she was too concerned with her coffee and with this Jack. She took another sip then shook her head. She was waking up, finally.
After she felt the caffiene rush through her veins through her delicious, warm coffee, she looked up at the screen and began reading it. "So, we know little about Jack and little about 'The Order'. This will be quite interesting. What do we know, for sure?" She asked before taking a seat in a cushioned chair.
Deathstar stayed seates as the other mutants begin to leave, she was now an X-men trainee and is allowed to sit through meetings, she stayed seated beside Tricity being her aid and waiting for the others to show up.
She looks back on the screen where jack bio is located and reads her mutation, "I hope your not thinking about bringing her here" she asks while jumping to conclusion.
Raphael stepped into the war room, wrapping his knuckles on the door and giving a casual wave to Tricity as he entered. ”Sorry I’m late Miss Tricity, have I missed much?”
He looked around the room, he recognized Deathstar and Fade, and of course Tricity, but the other faces were new to him. He wondered if he had missed the induction of new members to the X-Men, or some such thing. He shrugged some, more to himself than to anyone else. He then looked up at the screen with Jack on it. He figured it had something to do with the gathering of individuals here, but could not exactly figure out what. He rested a hand on Fade’s shoulder, giving a gentle squeeze before taking a seat next to her.
He was dressed in his typical exercise outfit, and looked bright and bushytailed as usual. He certainly felt as he looked, well rested and properly exercised. He glanced at Deathstar and then over to Tricity as he settled his hand onto the one Fade was not using to feed herself coffee with. “What’s up?”
