Hey guys, thought this would be a god place for any romainian Npc's that we built, seeing as 1 they are more then likely not folloing us home to new york and two, it will make it a heck of a lot easier to keep track of.

*points to rules to Npcs* Keep those in mind though again we are more than likely going to be a bit on the linient side there as we are only playing this show for a couple months.

Personality:
Pacifica can show the most unbelievable calmness under any circumstances. Her temper flares in very rare occasions. She’s arrogant and she looks at most with that ‘I’m better than you’ look. She’s selfish and doesn’t really give a damn about any of the Underground members. For her, they are just expendable goods, goods that hopefully would help her with taking control over the mutant society and maybe even the country. Under the calm appearance, she really is a manipulative bitch, one that would do anything just to have you see things her way.

She strongly believes that she has no fears whatsoever. However, she is afraid of rebellion against her leadership and the failure of the revolution she had started.

Mutation description:
Pacifica possesses the ability to negate any action that would lead into harming her.
Strengths:
Well, no one can really hurt her. Her powers are activated at all times, except when she is unconscious, without the possibility of turning them off (now, why would she want that?) The current area she can affect is 165 ft. (50 m) She can also focus her powers on a single person, if needed.
Weaknesses:
If a person had stayed long enough near her (2-3 months) they start to be immune to the effects of her powers.

Secondary mutation description:
she eats kittens (just kidding)

The Underground, a society of mutants who believe in mutant supremacy.

History Of Your Character:
Until her mutation manifested, Pacifica had been a very simple person, concerned only by school and making a good future for herself. One night when she was coming back from a date with her boyfriend, three thugs crossed their way and pulled both of them in the darkness of an empty alley. Her boyfriend tried to be brave and defend her but unfortunately he ended up with his throat slit and his pockets emptied. Once the attackers came to her, Pacifica started to cry and suddenly all three stopped in the middle of their actions, unable to move as if something had glued their feet to the ground.

Their glares turned from evil to dumb as their every thought was negated before it could even be formed. Scared, she ran home. She had no idea what was happening to her until months after when she ran into another mutant. Only then she realized that she had her own powers. Angry at humans and their vile thoughts, she created the underground. Their actions weren’t doing any real damage. She just wanted to make more mutants join her group and enjoy tormenting their little meanless lives. That is, until rumors of the first registration act appeared. Out of fear, the Underground attacked.

Unfortunately, it didn’t do much good for they had yet to be criminals. Almost every member, including Pacifica got captured and sent to camps. When she came out, she was a whole different person. After reforming the Underground, she waited for the perfect moment to start her plan, and the death of senator Kettler wasn’t late to appear. Once humans blamed mutants for it and started hurting her kind, she decided it was time to fight back, without any mercy or compassion to be shown.

Personality:
Compared with the other members of the underground’s higher ranks, Gabriel is the softie of the group. No, he wouldn’t back away from hurting or killing, but first he would prefer words rather than violence. Often he is seen as a mediator during the conflicts between the Underground members and he’s most likely to succeed in this job.

He fears being captured again or for his little secret to be found out.

Mutations

Mutation description:
Gabriel has the ability to make a person much more susceptible to fear than they usually are. So if his powers were to affect you, you’d be scared of your own shadow for a while. The effects last from 1h 30m to 4 h, depending on the mental strength the target has.

Weaknesses:
Gabriel needs to touch a person in order to affect it. Also, his powers don’t work right from the moment he had touched the target. It usually takes up to 10 minutes for the effects to kick in and they increase in intensity with every minute. In about 20 minutes, his powers would have reached their peak.

History Of Your Character:

As a human, Gabriel was the perfect son, the perfect friend, the perfect student, the perfect friend. He had top grades and the chance of a brilliant future in front of him. That is… until he moved from his hometown to Bucharest to continue his education. He did not realize when his powers appeared. People around him were getting scared much more easily than before but for a few months he didn’t think that was suspicious. Then, everyone single person that he touched experienced the same. Gabriel began to experiment, touching a few persons and watch their reaction. It was then when he realized that he was more than just a simple human.

Investigating, the rumors of a mutant organization reached his ears. He wanted to find out more so he went to check it out. That was when he met an Underground member and was invited to join. He accepted, and, like many he kept this life a secret. That is, until the first registration act was approved. He was captured by the government and tortured into telling the names of the Underground members. When he couldn’t take it anymore, he told them what they needed to know.

This is the secret that haunts him ever since. Because of his weak nature the Underground members were hunted down and thrown in the camps. This guilt is also the reason that he agrees to help with the Underground taking over Romania despite the fact that he is not convinced that it is the best way.
