The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

"Boy do I feel silly. I forgot you could do that." Streak said as he watched Fade's parachute fall bodyless to the water. He paused from checking his gear to watch Fade swim. It was a little disconcerting seeing her doggy paddle. He continued to put on his gear and once he was ready he jumped in. When he was underwater he found Fade immediately. She was waiting for him with a flashlight in her hand. He pulled out his flashlight and made sure it worked. He would have done that earlier but he didn't realize that he had it. When he was ready he gave Fade the thumbs up signal to show that he was ready. He didn't know what she was planning for this part, especially since he didn't expect it. He floated there in the water waiting for Fade to lead the way.
The next few parts of the session were a bit tricky. First, they had to dive down deep enough, then there was a programed sunken ship. There'd be a few interesting fish and sharks in the ship, but they needed to get down to it first. Getting the go signal from Streak, she began to swim straight down, shinning her flashlight. The first thing that could be seen was the long mast and the little deck on it for anyone to look out far distances. Swimming down past it, she grabbed on to the wood and pulled herself down deeper, it was less work for her feet, even though that's why she had fins on, for less work.
At the bottom, there was the ship's deck, decaying and waiting for them to explore. Now this was fun. Swimming around, there were all sorts of doors and gates that they could go into to actually enter the ship, but she'd leave that decision up to Streak. Maybe he was clausterphobic, maybe he had a childhood dream of finding a sunken ship. One thing was for sure, it was absolutely beautiful, something like Pirates of the Caribbean meets Titanic.

Streak followed Fade down into the drakening water. He wasn't sure how far down they were going but it was far enought that he needed to turn on his flashlight. Something started to appear out of the dark. Once he was starting to see what it was. It was a mast... a mast from a ship. Things started to get clearer and clearer as he made his way towards the, now visible, ship. He followed her until he was on the ships deck. There was really no way that they could talk to each other since they were underwater so they'd have to settle for some other form of communtication.
The fish swam around them as they floated just above the ship wreck. Streak looked around for a second and then decided to go into one of the doors that was rooted and floating open in the waters current. Streak signaled for her to follow him with a simple wave of his arm. He started to head down and soon was inside the ship. There wasn't much to look at at the moment. Just some wood that was falling off some of the walls and more fish swimming around inside the ship. He was looking for more entrances. They wouldn't be hard to find because ships were made pretty simply. Not very many twists and turns. Just a lot of through this door and past this hatch. Then down that ladder and so on and so on.
Following Streak down the corridors, she helped pull herself along by grabbing on to the corners and pulling herself on down. The program would end when they resurfaced, but for now, they had a ship in front of them that was just begging to be discovered, even though technically it already had been otherwise they would not be doing this in the Danger Room. Flipping her fins gently, she moved into what seemed to be the galley, or the kitchen, what ever it was called. There were a few floating tools and seaweed wrapped around tables and chairs.
Continuing around, there were the rooms, well, more like bunk beds and hammocks floating around in the water. Who could ever sleep in there? It was small enough with just her and Streak in there. Keeping herself away from the sides so she did not get her equipment caught, she pointed at random things, poked and prodded.

Things were turning into an eventful adventure. They had yet to come across anything really dangerous but that wasn't to say that there weren't things down there that could turn this exciting. Streak headed down a flight of stairs that were starting to fall apart. He was leading Fade deeper and deeper into the ship. He wasn't exactly sure what she'd put in this simulation because he hadn't even known that this was part of it until they were about to hit the water. Suddenly a giant eel popped its head out of a crack in the ship and lashed at Streak.
He was so surprised that he barrel rolled and backed up. A giant explosion of bubbles came out of his mask. It took him a minute or two before he was able to move around. Streak took a few minutes to let his bodily functions start working again. Of course Streak wasn't sure when that would be so he was content with letting Fade catch up with him.
