Personality: Kenzo is a carefree person, as long as he has fun he’s happy; if that means someone gets hurt than so be it.
Hobbies/ Interests: Preparing Japanese food, be it noodles or sushi. He is quite a decent cook, despite his childish ways. He also likes playing video games, like any other teenager.

Mutations

Kenzo’s power base is Perception and the Senses, his body produces an unknown airborne chemical that when breathed causes a reworking of the senses. This chemical affects Kenzo in such a way that he gains enhanced senses, becoming adept at perceiving all manner of things. When another person ingests the chemical the effects vary a bit; Kenzo can moderately control this, but is not perfect. The chemical can either slightly enhance another’s senses by producing the same effect as in Kenzo’s body; or it can make Kenzo appear to not be there anymore, this effect happens when the chemical alters the senses to not pick up instances of its self, causing Kenzo, the source, because he emanates it to fade with the perception of the chemical.

Strengths: Along with his ninjutsu training this effect renders Kenzo nearly undetectable to anyone who has breathed the correct form of the chemical. This also allows Kenzo to become a powerful ally against invisibles or to anyone with otherwise poor perception.

Weaknesses: Kenzo’s powers only work within the range of about a small house and can sometimes become mixed up. Sometimes if he produces the wrong chemical his team mates could be left open, or even he could become a more obvious target to the enemy. He doesn’t have full control over the power. Unless willed to do so, the power will not activate(other than a slightly enhanced perception)

Secondary mutation description: Kenzo’s mutation also gives him another chemical that he produces, this one he can not control the production of, but can choose whether he pays attention to. This chemical gives him a sort of sixth sense, allowing him to read the powers of all that breathe it.
Strengths: Instant information on mutant powers within the chemical area.
Weaknesses: Does not give a way to fight those powers perceived, can only perceive a power as far as he can exert his chemical.

Kenzo was born in the city of Matsuyama, Japan, where he spent the early years of his life studying language, cooking and martial arts. He was always studying hard and getting good grades like a good student; often times he could find complex patterns where other children could not. His ability to understand and perceive patterns helped him excel in language; allowing him to gain fluency in four different tongues; Japanese, English, Mandarin Chinese, and Russian. When he was a mere eight years of age, he and his parents immigrated to the United States. He adapted to the change in environment and culture very quickly and soon became a top student in his class. His life was a fine one, no worries, just smooth sailing…
Later in life, Kenzo started noticing he was quite lucky; if he didn’t want someone to notice him, they wouldn’t; if he was looking for something, he would find it. Minute things such as this only seemed coincidence. Until he ended up in a quarrel (which he never does (but this bully was persistent)) with a Senior at the high school over Kenzo offering the Senior’s girlfriend a cookie he had made (as well as everyone else in the hall). In any case, the senior insisted on a fistfight and so Kenzo decided he would just let the annoying guy have his way. Kenzo decided he would let the bully get one punch in, just to even things a little; after all, he had been studying ninjutsu for a while now. The peculiar thing was, every time the bully took a swing, he seemed to miss. Kenzo wasn’t moving, and this guy was obviously trying to hit him… It was then he realized his mutation.

Sample RP:

Kenzo had moved to New York only a night ago with his parents, so he didn't know any of the fun places around the big city; and he had to have fun... Or else... He decided he need someone to show him around; someone who could tell him all the enjoyable places to be; someone who could be his partner in having a good time, someone like him...

Well, it just so happened that Kenzo could tell who was like him and who wasn't as long as he paid attention. So he let his chemicals do the work as he leaned up against the window of some shady little pub. As people walked past him they might have heard him say things like,

"What would a pyro know about good spots... Telekinetic, blah, useless... Come on! A healer, yeah right..."

That was until ha happened upon one older mutant. He looked like something out of the matrix, now this guy even looked fun. And his powers were... Ooooh! That could be interesting... He thought. So he entered the bar behind his soon to be friend. The bouncer didn't even notice him in his panda bear costume, a decorative katana sheathed on his back.

The bar was noisy, almost annoyingly so with Kenzo's heightened senses, but there was fun about so that kept him happy. What did annoy him was that some stupid girl had come up to his friend. He was about to move up to grab him when she turned and walked away, but not before another girl sitting next to him dropped some kind of pill into the drink he had ordered. Oh, now these girls were drugging his friend; bad idea... Before he could rush in to save him the young man had drunk from the tainted beer!

"Nooooo!" Kenzo shouted as he became extremely obvious to all around him who either became shocked or confused... Or both...

He zoomed in and sweeping kicked the first girl then high kicked the other in the side of the head, both instantly falling to the ground as onlookers gasped in both horror and utter confusion.

Next he grabbed his new friend, and dragged him to the hotel room he had been staying at while his parents moved into their new apartment. He threw the man on the bed and started shaking him, trying anything to get him awake.

"WAAAAAYYYK UUUUUUUP!" He shouted at the unconscious man.

Great Powers.. Can´t help but wonder what would happen if I mimicked your powers.
