The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

Sara was rocking back and forth heal to toe. Indeed this boy had done something that Streak had all the rights to beat him up over but violence, had violent out comes. The boy made a mistake and Sara saw this as a learning experience. To learn best, you have to make a lot of mistakes.
Sara got an odd sort of smirk across her face again, as Shawn went on to explain that Lutz didn’t just blow up the wall but part of his security system. Sara whistles. “Wow you messed up more than I thought you did.” She teased.
"Thanks Sara. You can stay and have some fun if you'd like."
“I might just take you up on that.” Sara said as she started following Streak who had started leading Lutz to the tools. “It’s not every day I get to help you guys with your security. Was sort of fun.”
Lutz sighed and followed the silver man trying to be slow so the spikes would not pierce him. He was looking around bored and angry that he had been caught. But he thought to himself heck at least he might have a home. For once, and maybe this time he can enjoy it. "So what would you do if I happened to escape?"
"So what’s with this mansion? I heard you guys teach mutants to use their powers? Would a kid like me be able to stay here, or are my powers too dangerous?" he said following the silver man with a confused look.

"I'd hunt you down and bring you back so you could finish the job." Streak said cracking a smile, though he doubted anyone saw it. The kid seemed to be asking quite a few questions but since Streak was a greeter he decided that he should answer the questions anyways. If the kid did decide to stay he should know that its a friendly place but one that holds people responsible for their actions. Which, to be honest, is why the kid was in the situation he was in right now.
"The mansion houses many young and adult mutants. Some are dangerous because they don't have any control over their powers, while others, like myself, have learned the control and spend their time instructing others on how to become an asset to civilization. The students here all learn in one form or another from some of the different classes that we teach. Even adults come here to learn, so that they don't put the people they love in danger. And no your powers aren't to dangerous. There's a few more explosive kids around this place."
As Streak was talking they neared the shed with all the supplies. Ever since they rebuilt it after the camps he'd made sure to pick up a supply here and a supply there so that they could have most of the things on hand and readily avaliable for use when the time came. Bricks and mortar seemed to be one thing that they just couldn't run out of, luckily enough for this youngster. Inside the shed there was piled, in neat stacks, bricks, mortar, garden tools, nails, hammers, screws and screwdrivers, drills, and many more things you'd expect to find, and some you wouldn't expect to find, at a normal house shed. "In here is where all of your new School Suplies will be located for the time being. Get well aquainted with these things and you should be able to finish the job quickly. We have a room avaliable for you, which is located inside the mansion, where there are lots of other students. You will start work at 8 o'clock in the morning, get some breaks here and there, all the water you could ever want, and the meals that you need to survive. I will be out here supervising you and Sara will also, if she wishes, to make sure that you don't try anything stupid like that again. It's getting a little late to start taday, and I expect you've had a very intresting day, so ya can start tomorrow morning." Streak closed the shed door and started to walk back to the mansion. "This way to your room Lutz." He was still giving him the cold shoulder a little but after this kid did his recompense he would start to see a lighter and more amiable atmosphere at the mansion and around Streak himself.
Sara smirked at Streak’s answer then added one of her own. “See this nose?” Sara pointed to her own face and her tail flicked back and forth behind her heals. “If Streak can’t find you, all he has to do is call my cell phone. I’m better than a team of blood hounds, and I don’t tire.”
Sara was picking up on the expression to Streak’s face little by little. She was rather proud of herself for this tactic of teaching the boy Lutzy and proud that she probably saved him for a major trip to get fixed up. She was staying long enough to make sure he would be treated fairly yet still have to work, and based on what Sara was seeing, she was pleased.
Sara listened to Streak go through the speech for the school, as they approached the shed. Once there, she couldn’t help but admire how it seemed things were trying to change at the mansion, to become more prepared. There was a time when Sara had been looking for a place to discover where she stood. She still may not know where she stood, but there was a comfort she had found in her own way of life that kept her on the move. Officially she had never chosen a side. She had allies everywhere, and the same went for enemies. This kid was going to either love her, or hate her.

"This place sounds really nice..." he trailed off thinking weather he should trust these new people. he looked back toward the door wondering if he should make his escsape and just save himself from making the decision of staying or leaving... He diddnt want to ever leave a place he had people he cared for again.
"So are there actually people who try to destroy this place? well besides the mutant hating humans?" he kept following the mn with the kat woman behind him. This place truely was a one of a kind, A safe place for mutants? where he wouldnt be cursed at and have things thrown at him? where he wouldnt have his parents lea.... his thought dissapated with the thought of his parents.
Left alone on the streets of New York City at age 7. Living off of scraps and stolen food. Nothing that could happen to him now would be worse than his past life, except if he ever had to deal with another lost loved one. That day, the day his sister's life was taken, in cold blood she was murdered by a someone Lutz had no idea who this person was, except that somehow his sister's power of explosive slaps was not enough to stop him/her.

"Ya. There's other groups of mutants who don't liek what were about so they attack us and try to keep stop us from completeing what we stand for." Streak answered the kid. The kid didn't seem to quite belive that some place like this could exist. Although many people didn't when they first came to the mansion. Thankfully some people still thought that this was a school and that the kids going here were only genius' or something. However, since the camps, more and more people knew what this place really was and they needed to be even more careful with young mutants living here.
Lutz seemed to have grown quiet and Streak could only assume that he was deep in thought about why he was here and what he would be able to get out of this place. Finally they were at a room where Lutz could stay. Streak opened the door and said to him. "And here's the end of your tour. You start tomorrow at 8am sharp. There's breakfast inthe kitchen if you want it when you wake up. I suggest you be on time." Streak said to him as he handed Lutz the room key and waited for him to enter it.
Sara continued following Lutz, who she continued making sure followed Shawn. She continued feeling quite smug with herself and happy with her ability to not only get her own bad practices rewarded, but apparently get other people’s bad deeds rewarded as well. “room, board, stuff to eat, and a safe place to sleep doesn’t sound too bad, while you repair the wall.”
Sara then addressed Shawn. “You’ve got my cell phone number right? I should get going for tonight, but feel free to drop a line. Let me know how he’s doing.”
Lutz took the key and thanked streak. then said goodbye to Sara, smiling at her wanting to know how he was at fixing the wall. after these he walked into his room and turned, waved to streak and closed his door to get used to his room.
