The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

Twas the usual chilly New York morning and on the streets, Arielle held herself bundled up in her white parka, black turtle neck and a pair of tight black low rise with white boots. The time was about 8:15am, unusually early for Arielle to be out, but she felt that she needed to. Despite surviving yesterday's fight with Aura, she was still a bit troubled by the whole ordeal. Not only did the little brat leave a nice scar on her abdomen, but her pride had been cut too.
The scenario had played over and over in her head all yesterday and all last night. She slept, but she did not completely rest. Over and over was the nightmare of Aura's blade plunging through her and how she felt cold and weak on the ground as her blood flowed from her body. Had it not been for Nathan, she wouldn't be alive today. Where did she go wrong? Maybe it was the fact that she let the younger girl's words piss her off and therefore using all her energy into one attack to stop Aura. Had she not done that, she would have had enough energy to become a shield of water, protecting the kid and keeping herself safe from physical harm.
"Damn it..." she whispered into the chill air. She was angry at herself. How could she have been so sloppy in that fight? And not to mention under estimating Aura. The girl had skills and definitely put up a fight. Even if she did win it in a dirt manner. The tree and the human child. She couldn't help but wonder if she was cut out to be one of the X-men anymore. Maybe she was being a bit too hard on herself, which is why she had decided to take a walk to clear her mind.
Just about as she was to turn the other way back to the mansion, she eyes had caught glimpse of a set of Golden Doors attached to a building. She couldn't helped but be intrigued by the structure.
"What the hell is this place?" she wondered nearing the building. Little did she know that on the other side was where her enemies called home...
Geo had spent the night at his garage. He had been there the past two days catching up on work. His buisness had backed up recently because he had spent so much time at the sanctuary. Geo spent all night fixing up a 1994 Chevy Blazer and a 1974 Monte Carlo, a pair of customers he had neglected in the past couple of weeks, so he hadn't slept at all. At 7:55 he clicked the button that opened his garage door. His eyes squinted in reaction to the light, sensitive because he had been in the dark for so many hours. The street was busy from the morning commute so it would take a while to get to the sanctuary if he took one of his cars. He walked over to the hooks by the door and grabbed his leather jacket, pulling it over his long sleeve black shirt and zipping it up. Straddling his motorcycle 'Bonecracker' he started the engine filling the garage with a deep rumble from the modified engine. He strapped on his engine kicked the bike into gear and drove out of the garage.
It was easy for Geo to weave in between the traffic on his bike, never having to worry about hitting the cars in near stand still traffic. A few near misses produced insults from humans in the street, these only made Geo smile, knowing how easily he could dispatch them always kept him from getting angry.
When he neared the sanctuary he pulled the clutch and revved the engine, releasing the clutch to pop into a slight wheelie allowing his to pull up onto the sidewalk. He didn't have to worry about hitting pedestrians on the sidewalk in front of the Sanctuary, people avoided it because of rumors of 'fatal accidents' that happened around it.
As he neared the gates he eased on the breaks coming to a stop and killed the engine. He removed his helmet exposing his head to the cold air and ruffled his hair with his fingers to fix it into it's normal state. Still sitting on his bike he scanned his surroundings, a few people walked the street in this neighborhood, only a slight flow of traffic went through the streets. But what caught his eye was (surprisingly) a woman. Her skin had a bronze tone to it, her hair was a flowing copper tone and her figure was magnificent, best of all she was looking towards the sanctuary. Geo twisted his mouth into one of his ever so famous charming smile as she approached.

Arielle continued her inspection on the building, gently placing a hand on it's doors that was freezing to the touch. What was this place? Who lived here? She always was a curious girl and her mind never stopped racing until she found the answers to her questions.
Startled by the sound of a bike, she jumped and immediately spun around to see who it was. The mysterious biker was now the center of her intrigue. Who was he and what was he doing here? Maybe he would answer her questions about this place.
The helmet was removed and of course, it would have to reveal the biker's appearance as handsome. After staying at the mansion for so long, she had gotten used to seeing stunning men everyday.
"Nice hair?" she laughed watching him fix it and the young man grew a smirk on his face. It was expected that he'd be taken with her beauty. "So, mysterious rider..." she spoke walking up to the brunette. "Whats going on?" she asked putting a hand to her hips.
Geo was pleasantly surprised when the gorgeous girl walked over to him and spoke. She commented on his hair which wasn't uncommon when he had it cut short like it was now. She placed her hand on his hip which was a rather sexy pose that Geo read as a sign that she was a girl with an attitude, Geo liked that. He pulled out the kickstand with his foot and climbed off of his bike. He then leaned stood confidently in front of the beautiful Brazilian girl, he was slightly taller then her and had to angle his glance downward slightly.
"Well up until recently not much" He said, he figured his naturally deep voice would add a bit of charm on it's own without him having to mold together some fancy wording. "What's up with you beautiful?"

"Beautiful..." Arielle smiled and sighed, tucking her hair behind her ear and she looked the man back directly in his eyes. Already she could tell his type. Egotistical rebel, though she wouldn't blame him if he did have an ego considering how good he looked. That and she couldn't really talk either since she had a high opinion of her own self.
"I'm just passing by. Out for a little morning walk..." she spoke with her brazilian accent spicing up her words. "That's a nice ride you got there," she nodded over to his motorcycle. She could tell he wanted to throw some game her way, so she figured she'd play on it. "I like to ride..."
Geo tucked his thumbs into his front pockets as he listened to the girl in front of him. It was obvious that she knew how to play as well so he had to play this one close to home. He let out a slight, deep, chuckle when she said that she liked to ride, it was obvious that she played men on a regular bases, much like what Geo did with women. "So whats your name girl who likes to ride?" He asked casually, not breaking eye contact.

"Well..." Arielle smirked, her eyes drifted down as he moved his thumbs to his pocket, though she payed more attention on the showcase between his pockets. Besides, she was pretty sure he was checking out her goodies too. Her eyes returned to his and she proceeded to answer his question.
"The name is Arielle..." she responded . "If I may ask you the same question, boy who wants me to ride?" she walked over and decided to hop on the seat of his bike, crossing her legs and placing her hands on her knees. She smiled innocently.
Geo chuckled some more as the girl glanced down at his pants while he tucked his thumbs in his pockets. She then walked over and sat on his bike, almost posing it seemed. He strolled over to the bike and placed his left hand on the seat next to Arielle, standing dangerously close.
"You can call me Geo," He said, never giving up his given name easily. He casually glanced over the girls figure before returning his gaze to her eyes. "And what exactly made you think I would take you for a ride?" He finished slyly, cocking his left eyebrow.

"What makes you think I would allow you to take me for a ride..."she responded and noted how close he was to her. So this was his game. If that's how he wanted to play, she would win. Keeping in mind she had Aiden now, she wouldn't go too far, but being taken doesn't mean she couldn't make new friends and have a tiny bit of fun. Besides, she was almost positive Aiden checked out other women, which was fine as long as he no touchy.
"Please..." she quickly wrapped her legs around Geo's torso and pulled him even closer, while placing hand under his cheek. "Enlighten me."
Geo's eyebrow only went higher as Arielle wrapped her legs around him and pulled him closer. He placed his right hand on her other side. He liked the way this girl worked, she was an operator like himself. Played her attractiveness to manipulate the opposite sex, but she obviously didn't know the way that Geo worked. Her hand on his cheek was a sheer sign that she was trying to work him, her skin did feel soft against his slight stubble but Geo didn't let the contact get to his head. He intensified the look in his eyes and lowered his eyebrow, the look on his face remained playful though.
"Maybe it's the fact you automatically assumed i wanted to give you a ride, or maybe it's the fact you sat on my bike on your own will..." He then leaned in close to her and twisted his head so that his lips were barely a inch from her ear and spoke again, "...You decide."

"Oh well, I was just resting my feet...Geo..." Arielle responded. "I did have a nice little morning walk. You know? I didn't think you'd mind...I mean, I'm sure you've had plenty of pretty girls ride your bike..." she hopped off taking Geo with her and found herself straddling his torso on the cold ground. "I dare not ask how many times you've been in this position. Sorry, didn't mean to make you fall..." she giggled and climbed off, making sure to rub him all the wrong ways, or maybe for him it was just right.
After getting back to her feet, she extended her hand to help him up. "So, you live here?" she nodded to the Sanctuary.
This girl was good, she hopped off in a way that they both hit the ground, the way she was straddled over him was familiar, as she had guessed, but never on a sidewalk...during the day. He took her offered hand while getting up but supported all of his own weight while climbing to his feet. "Don't worry about it, I'm rather used to the ground..." He said as he unzipped his jacket and pulled it off revealing his tight fitting long sleeve shirt and brushed off the back. "And actually not many women are willing to ride with me, I'm a maniac behind the wheel they say." He raised his eyebrows to emphasize the word 'maniac'. He didn't bother putting his jacket back on, he threw it onto his handlebars and rolled up his sleeves revealing his heavily tattooed arms.
He glanced up at the sanctuary at her question, he had gotten caught up in the game and had forgotten where he was. "Yeah..." He said absently running his hand through his untidy hair. "Only part of the time though, I own my own house."

"Well it's always good when a guy owns his own place..." Arielle replied, smiling as he revealed his arms. The tattoos weren't all that flattering, but his build certainly was. "That's a shame they don't ride with you. Sometimes maniacs can be fun. I'm always down for living a little on the wild side," she said.
"So...tell me more about yourself? Are you from New York? Do you have any friends or family around here?"
"Well don't speak to soon before you've seen me ride, I did ride in on the sidewalk after all. He said with a slight chuckle.
Geo's eye twitched slightly at the mention of family, for a moment he thought of himself as Tristan Ogle, the jock who was known for being a ladies man from an unloving family. He took a deep breath and found himself again, Geo. "I'm not from around here actually, a city in Ohio. He decided it was better to try and skip family, showing no signs other then the earlier twist as evidence of his discomfort. "I have friend everywhere, here and in other places in the city." He said, he jabbed his thumb in the general direction of the mansion before he could stop himself. "Whats your story...Arielle." He said mimicing the way she had said his name earlier.

"My story...I moved here from Brazil, to start a new life... she began to tell him. "Not that my home life back home was horrible, but...I just felt like I had to get away. That's all I can say. If I tell you my real reason for leaving, you might not take to kindly to me depending on your opinions about Mutants..." she sighed looking back at him.
