HISTORY – At the age of 5 the last thing young Sam Johnson would have expected was being abducted- but as a young mutant with potential for power abuse that’s exactly what happened. T.A.T.M.H decided Sam would make an excellent addition to their collection of super soldiers bent on “keeping the balance” but by age 18 Sam had other plans.

Making his way to New York Sam has since become a member of the x-men surviving the awful horrors of the mutant concentrations camps to come out on top with his fellow mutants. A kind goofy guy Sam is cool and collected… until you threaten someone he cares about…

POWERS
Sam’s main ability is to create and control ice by decreasing the temperature around him and in him. Sam has become very creative using his abilities. Thus form different ways to benefit his life. Mainly in dangerous situations.

1. Can form a full body suit made of ice giving him a sturdy shield that protects him from things such as some physical attacks. It also protects him from bullets, but not the large impact ones. It also somewhat increases strength. As well as speed (instead of running he skates/slides)

2. Another usefully thing Sam has become used to is creating various objects from ice. Most of the time he creates swords, giving him the name Cold Steel.

3. Sam can control and create ice up to 20 feet around him. And go as cold as -320 degrees, he can create a mist affect making it hard for his enemies to see.

4. Sam’s newest ability consists of him manipulating the air around him. He can compact and freeze them. By doing this he can create anywhere from 1 to 7 Ice Soldiers, just think of them as robots that cant think for themselves. Sam Subconsciously controls everything they do. So if Sam was trying to lift something and it was to heavy for him to lift, they would go and help them. Using verbal commands, or thinking very hard Sam can direct them.

The Things that Happen in Banks – What starts out as a boring trip to the bank quickly turns into a holdup for poor Sam! Could it be an encounter with someone not affected by a mutants powers perhaps?

Seriously, though, you're awesome, and I've really enjoyed watching both your character and writing style evolve as you've been with us. Keep it up, ice man, keep it up.
