i nominate werecat, for the past 2 months or so she's been involved in almost every plot i've been in and she's countlessly made these posts a joy to partake in. Her writing shows a deep and personal understanding of her character and hence her writing reflects the obvious effort she puts in to her character. werecat's work is a great read, tie that in with her levels of activity on this site and I believe she is more than worthy of mutant of the month.
I don't RP with her often but I totally follow her posts cuz they rock XD
