Personality: She is a very over the top person, when she is happy she is very cheerful and over the top happy and when she is sad its visa versa. She is scared very easily and she enjoys cudling up with people. Because of her nature she can't make decisions on her own and she needs somebody to do that for her, making her very obedient. She is also very gullible believing most things people say. Sometimes she talks abit weirder then normal mostly because of the things she hears.

Description of ability(ies): She has the abilities described by the government as Insight and Dementation. She can manipulate the brain to make the subject think completely other things. She can confront them with there greatest fears or greatest joys. She can manipulate people by making them think they are doing the right thing. Her insight ability gives her a passive way of reading somebody's mind. This comes natural to her and things out of out people's mind just come to her without her even knowing it. She can know names of people before they have introduced themselves etc. Whenever she uses her dementation skills she goes into a trance, levitating her above the ground and making her hands twitch. And when that happens everybody who is around her hears a hymn, A soft, holy sounding song. She only whispers during her state of trance.
Cons (weaknesses) of ability(ies): The hymn is even heard by those who are affected. Strong minded people can use that to break the control. Her tricks are only manipulation, when somebody thinks for instance that he is on fire while there not and stay calm and come to realize that there not , her abilities have no effect. The biggest weakness of her ability is that she hears a constant of whispers, telling her what to do and what not. This makes her unable to make decisions for herself.

History of your character:
Caitlyn grew up like a normal happy girl. Her father worked as a manager of his own fishing store and her mother was a housewife. She had many friend and they lived happily until Caitlyn was about 9 years old. At the age of 9 she was hearing whispers coming from everywhere telling her what people really thought of her. She couldn't handle control her powers and she accidentally “dove” into her fathers mind. She found out that her world wasn't real at all. Her father was a “psychic” working for the government and his task was to control his daughter. They put her in a make believe world because they wanted to eventually train his daughter to work for them when she showed sign's of her abilities.

The government tried to train her for a year, doing all kinds of tests on her. Her father was in charge of her training. She practiced to control her powers with her father because he has similar abilities to her.
They trained her for 2 years to find out that she was to volatile to control. She drove mulitple staffmembers insane with her practices and gave several of them hart attacks by manipulating there minds and confronting them with there greatest fears.

Eventually they coulnd't control her anymore. The whispers drove her mentally unstable and she was taken into medical care at the age of 12. The government put her there because her powers went beyond mind reading and she was a volatile asset. She has been in the mental institution till present with her father coming over every week to help her practice learning how to control her powers. She was given a practice suit in this facility. It consisted of a tight leather outfit with a gasmask that was designed to “keep the voices out”. Making her unable to use her ability on other people and people using there ability on her when she was out of her room.

History

After regaining her freedom she learned a bit more about herself through her powers. She learned to be more independent by staying at the sanctuary. She learned allot of things about biology from books and tv and she really liked that kind of thing. After staying 2 years at the sanctuary she gained more control over her abilities. She continued practicing until she finally thought her powers rivaled her fathers.

She sought out her father at his own office. She manipulated the members of the staff to keep themselves occupied and locked up while Cailyn and her father settled to score. It was a long and hard fight between the two of them without even landing a single blow on each other. They where in combat trough mind manipulation and reading. What her father didn't know was that the Cailyn's powers where boosted by the virus. He lost to her by a hair and Cailyn while under the effect of the virus somehow found a way to ad her fathers powers to her own. She did that by extracting the part of his mind that contained his powers and adding it to her own psyche. This asked allot of mental capacity off her that could only be achieved under the effects of the virus.

She went on trips, just traveling around looking for fun things to do until she got scouted by a modeling agency. They offered her a job as a model and she took it. It was a big adventure for her and it sounded like allot of fun. She had this job for about a year until she got injured in a photo shoot involving fire. She got scarred from a small spot on her back that comes round till her side and a small spot on her stomach.

After that adventure she thought that she would need to be educated to get a nice and fun job. Her interest in biology kicked in and she studied for 6 years to get her degree in biology and a certificate to teach it. Now with a decent education on her she lives life to the fullest enjoying every moment.

She still isn't a very mentally stable person. She is very childlike but at least she learned how to act normal around people. She wears very bright and friendly looking clothes. Mostly long skirts and shirts to match in bright and fun colors.

She can control certain movements of people's body by sending messages into their mind to make them move. This takes allot of energy from her and can only be done on one person at a time. Body control includes: basic movements (walking, picking up things), Making them talk (speech) and even making their body twist in uncomfortable positions (twisting there arms and legs into locked positions etc) When she uses this ability very thin strings can be seen on the person who is under this effect as if the person was a puppet.

Cons (weaknesses) of ability(ies): The hymn is heard by anybody who is affected by her powers. For her manipulations this could mean that people who hear the hymn can use it to snap out of her control thought she is very good at manipulating these days. Her physically weak body means that she can't take allot of hits. It actually means that she could be easily knocked out and hurt by anything that hits her. The strings from her body control can be severed, rendering the effect useless till she recovers.The wires are very fragile and easily severed and Recovering from this takes almost half a day because of the high amount of energy needed to control ones body. Switching targets for body control without the control being broken can only be done with after a hour. Controlling somebody's body can only be done when they are consious (example: asleep people can't be manipulated) this means the effect can be broken by a strong willed person who realizes he/she is under the effect of manipulation. Making somebody kill themselves is virtually impossible because of the mental barrier that needs to be broken to make somebody commit something to themselves like that.
