As they sat there in silence, Lee's eyes drifted down to their entwined hands. And as the seconds ticked by Lee slowly realized something. ”We're actually trying this, aren't we?” Lee asked with a slightly nervous laugh, a small crease on her forehead as she continued looking at their hands. ”I mean, I'm not saying I don't want to or anything. But I wasn't planning this. This isn't what I meant when we started talking about relationships. You know that, right?” as Lee finished speaking, she finally lifted her eyes up to look at Blaine.

”I never actually thought I'd be in another relationship.”

He laughed, looking at her. "I...I guess we are." He shook his head with another chuckle. "I mean...I didn't exactly plan this either. As far as I knew I was just getting patched up after an injury. And then...well, this sort of happened." He paused for a moment, as if taking it all in. "I guess I already trust you, after all I've shared tonight, so...I guess that's at least something."

His smile never faded. "Same here, actually..." his voice sort of trailed off as he looked down at his hand that was entwined with hers. It was...odd. But he couldn't really complain.
