Ricky will definitely be a little irked by the fact he's a mutant (mostly out of jealousy), but if being his friend means being able to cause mischief/have fun without any chance of getting caught, you can count him in!

I can see the two first meeting while Ricky is powered up/under the influence of Ambrosia, because that's when he's most likely to do crazy things like commit theft and join forces with a mutant. XD
