The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

The mansion was a strange sight to behold. Though the building itself brought mixed memories. At one point, however brief, it had been his home. A shelter in a world he was certain he had no place in. Then there was the long stretch where the building housed the people he once viewed as enemies. The X-men and their equality endgame clashing against his own views at the time in the most complete of ways. But years had a way of changing things. The Order was gone, the cause was gone and Geo was trying to figure out where he started at his loyalty to the lost cause ended. He knew the mansion had some things to offer. Education and shelter to mutants who needed a safe haven. Training to stand up against those who viewed them as freaks. Geo could even say these days that he had friends living in those old walls. Events of the past had made the borders blur. Survival forcing them all to work together simply to have a future to fight over.
The elemental stood looking up at tall gates surrounding the school. A small panel housing an intercom system was built into the stone. Geo reached out to hit the call button though stopped himself. His situation was a hard one to explain. The last time he has stood on these grounds it was with an assault force. He actually faced off against the man he was coming to see. Instead the mutant decided on the more direct approach.
Walking to the edge of the path where the gravel met the grass he stepped from the path and into the open ground. On the outside of the fence. It didn't go down too far into the ground. It was only a matter of seconds after he vanished beneath the grounds surface that he reappeared on the opposite side. He waited a moment for some sort of security system to go off. Guess they weren't on high alert without a horde of angry mutants at the gate. Busting off his dirt soaked white T shirt and cargo shorts his bare feet padded up the rest of the drive.
There were a few students out. Enjoying one of the warmer days now that winter had broke, eager to get some much needed fresh air. Geo took his time, taking in the sights. The old mansion, the vast fields even the lake off in the distance. He couldn't help but wonder what sort of future the school would have held for him if he had he stayed in the walls. Had he not run off into the city before the Registration Act went into play.
As he got closer towards the entrance a few of the occupants seemed to take notice. Putting on a warm smile Geo waved to them. Putting his wild hair up into a bun as they ran for the door. He just hoped his reputation didn't proceed him. In that moment it occurred to him that maybe an ex Order member strolling into the mansion grounds unannounced probably wasn't the best idea.

”Who?” Sam asked as one of the kids tugged on his arm. Even with a slight buzz Sam didn’t recognize the name. his eye blinked slowly as he was trying to process the name. ”Geo… I don’t know a Geo.” Sam said as one of the kids looked up through large spectacles. “He was an earth elemental. You fought him when the order came to the mansion about their gold doors.” Sam looked down to the kid who seemed way to young to know all of this. The kid also had a smug grin on his face knowing Sam knew who he was talking about now.
”Didn’t you graduate Shane?” Sam asked the kid who didn’t age. He rolled his eyes at Sam and Sam rolled his eye at the kid. ”Go tell security. I’ll take care of it. Kicked him around the grounds last time he was here.” Sam said confidently as he started to walk away only to hear Shane speak out to the others, “Not how everyone remembers it!” ”We get it Shane, you know everything.” the kids ran off laughing and Sam walked away smirking.
The door opened as Geo was approaching the stoop. Sam was standing in the door and cracked his neck as his hands tightened. ”Pebbles.” was all he said as he stared at Geo. There wasn’t a lot about the whole future ordeal that he remembered other than his wife and kids. However Geo and Abyss he remembered fondly. They were friends and from what he could recall with Abyss, they had a similar memory.
Sam then cracked a smirk and charged towards the earthmancer, ”Geo!” Sam gave the man a quick uppercut to the stomach.”[/color]
Geo had made his way up towards the front steps of the mansion. He admired the beautiful masonry of the building. The stone had been barely touched by man made forces. Though when he had last been to the building he hadn't been refined enough in his abilities to really feel the structure itself. He heard the other elemental before he saw him. A visible wince came to his face at the sound of the old nickname. It had always rubbed him the wrong way. Turning to face the man standing in the door Geo's wince turned to a look of genuine shock.
"Jesus Frosty! How many pirates you have to kill to get that thing." His gravelly voice boomed out over the space between them as he gestured to the eye-patch that now dawned the head of his old friend. It brought a wave of realization as to how long he had really been gone. How much really must have changed in the time he had missed. As Sam charged at him a smile formed across Geo's face. Some things never change.
Geo moved forward to meet the blow to his abdomen. He took it at full force, he could take a punch. Sam knew that. Of course, Geo knew that the same was true for his old friend. Curling his hand into a fist he stepped back from the punch, using the angle to knock a fist towards Sam's jaw.
"Sam! Like you weren't ugly enough as is you old Bastard!" He spoke loudly, with a tone of aggression in his voice though kept an air of competition about it.
