Matthew Hughes Plotter

Who is he? A relatively introverted young adult, studying "Literature and Creative Writing" at NYU in his first year, which is seeking to discover more about the world and the others around it. He is a telekinetic that has yet to tap into the full extent of his abilities, or meet other mutants.

Current writing goals/ideas? Anything goes. Whether you want a confrontation, or a social thread, Matthew would benefit greatly from any interaction. Even if he would not benefit from it, it would definitely be extremely interesting to read. I am especially looking for other mutants for him to write with, that have more knowledge about what it means to be a mutant than him. I am also looking for characters that will challenge his rather patriotic and good moral compass.

Where would I like to take the character? In the nearby future, I'd like him to know more about his ability and other mutants, as well as learn about the Bird Watchers and develop an interest in their website. This interest would culminate with him eventually joining the website. Also, confrontations on a physical, psychological, or emotional scale would also help develop the character in a natural and progressive fashion.

I think Tempest could offer quite a few opportunities then! I'll message ya.

I think Matthew and Levi could be friends -- errr well maybe lol -- Levi is a lot more outgoing then Matthew is. So I am unsure of how they would meet. Maybe Matthew is getting a coffee at the place where Levi works and something oddball happens and Levi uses his powers and they meet that way? I have no idea. I am just gabbing and throwing things out here willie-nillie like.

Thoughts?

Levi: I definitely think that Matthew and Levi could interact. If they do end up as friends or not depends on the nature of the interaction, but most people that Matthew gets to know will end up being friends with him, regardless of the difference in socialisation preferences. I'd say that the coffee and random use of abilities scenario works.

Okay cool beans. Shall I just toss something up and see how it goes? Or you can start something...I am really not picky about starting scenarioes.
