Sara dropped a rumpled, black and grey duffel bag on the bed of her old room. She hadn't spent more than a couple of months here at a time in the past and to be honest, she was surprised that no one else had claim to the room at this time. AT least that was what her nose told her. Nothing more than the smell of carpet cleaner and stale air filled the rooms air. She'd make sure that the room was officially hers later.... after she made herself at home.
She'd shook her hair loose from her hat, then pulled the grey hoody off of her shoulders. careful not to hook the fabric with the tips of her claws, leaving on a loose black tank top and faded brown cargo pants. The hoody was tossed onto a hook near the door half haphazardly but still so it wouldn't land on the floor.
Sara wasn't going to think a lot about the last couple of years. She wasn't proud of them. She hadn't gone out and accomplished something great, nor had she gone out and intentionally done self discovery. (Though that might have been why she had chosen now to return.) She hadn't even done a good job of keeping people informed of her whereabouts. For crying out loud, the phone in her pocket's history told her that it had been three months since she made any outgoing calls. Most incoming calls had been ignored except for those from her friend Johnny, and maybe that was why she had decided to make her return now. Her jurney hadn't been successful. It hadn't been pretty and she hadn't accomplished any goals. She'd kept herself alive, witch was more than what she could say for her totaled white van that she had abandoned two months ago.
Sara sighed. There a was a second of hesitation in her hand, before she started unloading her bag. Sure that someone somewhere was aware that she had entered the building.... Otherwise she'd have to give the mansion's security system a full on Sara test.
