The X-men run missions and work together with the NYPD, striving to maintain a peaceful balance between humans and mutants. When it comes to a fight, they won't back down from protecting those who need their help.
Haven presents itself as a humanitarian organization for activists, leaders, and high society, yet mutants are the secret leaders working to protect and serve their kind. Behind the scenes they bring their goals into reality.
From the time when mutants became known to the world, SUPER was founded as a black-ops division of the CIA in an attempt to classify, observe, and learn more about this new and rising threat.
The Syndicate works to help bring mutantkind to the forefront of the world. They work from the shadows, a beacon of hope for mutants, but a bane to mankind. With their guiding hand, humanity will finally find extinction.
Since the existence of mutants was first revealed in the nineties, the world has become a changed place. Whether they're genetic misfits or the next stage in humanity's evolution, there's no denying their growing numbers, especially in hubs like New York City. The NYPD has a division devoted to mutant related crimes. Super-powered vigilantes help to maintain the peace. Those who style themselves as Homo Superior work to tear society apart for rebuilding in their own image.

I can vouch for that, Nika. And I pity whoever goes up against you.
For that matter, I pity whoever goes up against most of the females on this site. (No sexist comment intended at all, as the guys are mega-tough as well. But you have to admit, most of the females here either have major powers, major attitude, or a combination of both.
Kaz, I understand what you are trying to do here but keep in mind that I am not one to go into FULL BLOWN explainations about how Fade can dodge being supressed. Note that while being imprisoned, it is a very suspicious thing to have food provided and hence Fade could just not trust them the first time and then see that it really does supress the x gene.
Oki-doki Emmy, I was just providing a messenger, seems like they only need one so if Fade is not needed in this plot, I should love to provide little Millie, see how they take to a child...

I would love for Nicki to get involved in this, however I'm not sure what would be the best line of action for her, considering her powers. Whatever you want Nicki to do, I will force her to do it...like a puppet with strings or something. :-D
Hunter will remain hidden and appear to be human, however, I will offer a safe haven in Mondragon labs for any mutants on the run, as it keeps in line with Hunter's pro mutant status that his human cover has. The labs should be safe, as my little army there should be able to give even Stalkers a run for their money.
So we can use Mondragon labs as a plce for mutants to gether and regroup. If I add in a few secret entrances you shoudl be able to come and go, striking out at camps and returning. Note that while you're all a the labs I will be finding ways to get blood samples off you, after all there's no such thing as a free lunch .
I'll also begin the infiltration of the church, possibly along with a couple of mutants who can pass for human. Iris, if we've managed to finish the origin plot in time I could temporarily remove your Gems for the infiltration so you would effortlessly pass as human.
Looks like I'm going to be busy in this one, which is exactly what I want ;D.
I will be one of the neutral mutants who will be caught and put in those camps for bad behavior. Maybe after the plot i can swear my allegiance at one of the groups.
Hmm, are you sure that little remark wasn't directed at me Iris?
Emerald, if you still "tamed" mutants as you put it to act as guards then I shall volunteer Zephyr. I shall greatly enjoy RPing him as he stabs multiple people in the back and then sits back to enjoy his reward.
Cafas: "Zephyr is the king of bad decisions, but if Sebby being weak to ghost is anything to go by, not so amazing at follow through."
Hmm, if Ted gets IDed then they'll match him with his criminal record. He'll end up in a camp, which is fine I'll volunteer him to get put in camps, though the cops could have difficulty getting him in if he transforms

That's what Stalkers are for Ted .
I volenteer Michael to be captured, as in the camp he'd face electric shocks as punishment, and having never felt any pain before (except for a small shock form Ruby) he's in for a whole new and horrible experiance.

*grins* Might I suggest that there be a seperate barracks for mutants with criminal records? Just to make them more... comfortable, you understand. Rupert and the NYPD would be more than happy to cooperate in IDing wanted muties. And, ah... re-educating them to become productive citizens.
PS: Does it amuse anyone else that Rupert just made "Junior Mutant"? *grins*

lol Actually Zeph, no I didn't intend that remark for you. It was just an observation.
And Hunter, nah, I'd like to keep the gems. I can pass them off as a strange version of body piercing. Though I might dye my hair and wear colored contacts so the changes won't be noticeable.
And Rup, that's cute. But it'll be really funny when you hit 'Full Mutant'.
Actually, I have heard of weird forms of body peircing that looks like that. But i doubt that it'll go without suspisction. And yes rupert, reaching junior mutant must be a happy day for our most zealous police officer ;D

Good plot. I like the Idea a lot. hopefully I wont be gone before we start this plot or during this plot, but if i am i'll just make something up before I leave.
I volunteer Shawn to get captured. But whoever it is that captures him will be put through their paces. cause they'll have to know him. Shawn doesn't have any real background that they can pin him on; however he can be one of the ones taken at the mansion.

So, me 'n' Raina have been plotting, and we've come up with what might be an interesting twist. Emmy seems to like it, too. I'll just quote our PMs, 'cause... I'm lazy. ...Yep.
Raina:
Maybe Rupert like you suggested earlier in the other thread, could be positioned as a guard and not tell Raina about it thinking it might be a sensative subject as there was a potential for mutants being in her group home. So you know, this relationship builds, but as does the tension as the publicity around the regestration. Raina probably can think she can get away with it for awhile seeing as she's not an american and her mutation isn't obvious, but of course... she's got the ties to the school. I figure, be as dramatic and soap opera ish as possible. Raina can use her powers to save Rupert or someone else infront of rupert and officers dedicated to bringing in the rogue mutants. Hence risking her life to save Rupert, messing it all up even more by being caught and tortured etc.
My reply:
I love your idea. If the Mansion ends up getting raided, would you like for the use-her-powers scene to happen there? I’m sure one of the residents would be more than happy to try and attack Rupert, and you could save him... I can just imagine his initial reaction: “What are you doing here, Raina? Are you okay?” ...and then it hits him. Be fore-warned: I don’t think he’s going to take the news well. Not pointing-a-gun at you, but maybe vomiting-noisily-in-a-corner and not-exactly-helping-you. lol
Expanding on that... once he’s had time to think it out, he’ll probably want to get you out of the camp... and since if only you escaped, you’d have every stalker in the city after you, he’d be willing to give you a better chance by, say, arranging for your entire barracks to have their bracelets short-circuit. *grin* And since he wouldn’t want to lose his job over this, he’d try and take suspicion off of himself by not telling anyone (including you), and by immediately rushing to help stop the break-out. Thus putting him with a gun standing shoulder-to-shoulder with the other guards and the stalker bots, as you all try and escape, with Raina standing there not knowing that he’s putting his life on the line to try and get her out.
...Mostly, I enjoy the idea of having the entire women's barracks going on a rampage.
