Hello all! Emerald here, the creator of a previous mass plot on the site. Now My new Idea has been used on other x men sites and it was either really good or it really sucked.
Now we have one huge difference here and thats the fact we are an all OC Site so there is really no confrontation of how our chars would act in the situation because since we created the characters we know exactly how they would act. I hope this plot goes over well so we can do it, because I am totally Stoked about it.
Alrighty here goes.
Due to the increased activity in the church of humanity a leading member of the cult rises to power In congress taking place of another member who mysteriously disappears. The member managed to pass a Bill through congress, House of Legislature and Finally the president to register all mutants. Its mandatory so all mutants are gonna end up registering unless they go into hiding or on the run.
The mutant Registration will consist of Blood sample, fingerprints, picture and full registration with birth certificate. There will be a post for it and so some mutants can break loose and try to escape. Some will escape and some will end up being taken to Mutant prison camps.
Mutant will have to wear bracelets on their wrist's which have locater's installed into them. They have to be in clear view or any police officer nearby is allowed to take action. The Bracelets will also be kind of an Anti Power mechanism and whenever a mutant uses there powers the Bracelet will sense this and Little spikes will pierce into the skin, causing extreme pain to the wearer. But this only happens when the mutants uses there powers outside of there homes.
Not only this but mutant Roundups will start taking place Forcibly taking the Mutants to these Camps. These camps will be in a remote place in horrible conditions, bad water and food supply, not so good living quarters and the female mutants will be separate from the males. Punishments will be made for Misbehaving, like whippings, private sessions with the warden. ((the head of the church of Humanity. Harris Curtsied. he will be played by the mods and a few other people))
There is another option besides this though, in the camps every few weeks various humans or 'tamed mutants.'((like Mutants who willingly Obeyed and were willing to attack a fellow mutant)) will be able pick from a list of mutants to buy from the camp and they will officially own them. The mutants that this happens to will be a slave to this person and forced to do whatever they want. THose people will late be returned to the camps for an annual check up and if they are not behaving they are returned to the camp.
Humans that are too friendly to mutants can also be put in this camp.
Finally the Sanctuary, Kabal and X men within the camp are forced to work together to not only break out of the camp, but to stay alive. The people remaining in the mansion, sanctuary and in the free world are going to take down the church of humanity and then save their comrades from the camps.

so, while this isn't meant as anything just as a comparison, your plot is to re-enact Hitlers "Final Solution" on mutants? hmm... sounds interesting enough.

It's an interesting idea no doubt. Though comment about he wristbands. IMO they should be around the neck, like collars, with 'plugs' into the back of the neck. That way the collars could get a signal from the person's body via the nervous system that they were activating their power.
I figured someone would mention collars. Well that has been, overdone, by myself included. The bracelet is something new and it gives a new take on the Idea of mutant restraint.
When the mutants get into the camp they get a collar that shocks them whenever they disbehave.((Just added that in this post will mod later.))
Now this could be interesting, as Hunter is unknown as a mutant and would see this as an obsticle to his on gowing research into mutants. His responce would most likely be more subtle than the X-men or the Order, and he's try and infiltrate the Church of Humanity and bring it down form the inside. He would also try and get people loyal to him into the camps, allowing him to indirectly assist and X-men or Order attack on the camp.
Also Hunter would be in a good position to buy mutants out of the camps, which would either give him workers or test subjects. So while trying to stop the situation he would lso use the upside of buying mutants for as long as possible.
I am in full support of this plot if only becuase of the irony at having all the groups work together in order to escape. It would also be a good chance for me to really demonstrate Zephyr's mercenary tendencies, I can just picture him blowing the whistle on a big escape attempt at the last minute in order to reap some private rewards.
Cafas: "Zephyr is the king of bad decisions, but if Sebby being weak to ghost is anything to go by, not so amazing at follow through."
Lol, if you end up captured Zephyr you can almost garentee I'll "buy" you at the first oppertunity, though I'm sure it'll take a while to locate you, so you'll have time to sell everyone else up the river to make your life int the camp as comfertable as possible.
True, as if I have someone break into the office where all the blood samples are stored it's be like a kid in candy store! I could have a lot of fun both working with the new system and trying to destroy it.
Working with will allow greater advancements ino my mutant research, but I planned on using the mutant human struggle to possibly spark off a war, which when the dust settled, reguardless of who won, I'd step in and sieze power. Also the fact i'm a mutant would mean that I greatly dislike the iea of someone trying to cage me.
