Visible mutation:When he materializes his weapons they can be seen by anyone. The weapons materialize to make these grayish blue semi transparent versions of the weapons. Also when he is using his telepathic illusions, the person affected by his illusions, eyes glow the same color as his weapons.
Scars/ Tattoos/ Piercings: He has both his ears pierced. He only wears his earrings for special occasions. The type of ear rings that he would wear are square studs, with black diamonds in them.

MutationsMutation description: His mutation is that he manipulates Psychic energy to create psychic weapons. Not only can he create psychic weapon but he can also access his telepathic powers. The telepathic power that he has is the ability to create Telepathic Illusions.
Psychic Weapon Creation: Justin has the ability to create psychic weapons. These weapons when they materialize they are a grayish blue and semi transparent. These weapons grant him the ability to use his telepathic skills when they are impaled into another person.
Strengths:When he materializes the bow, arrow, and dagger they don't take as much concentration as the hand grenade does.
These weapons don't have the same weight as they would in the real world.
The weapons he materialize generates enough light for him to see in dark areas.
When he materializes a bow, and an arrow he can keep them out for a very long time. This is due to the these weapons taking little concentration to materialize.
In the Illusion Justin creates, the psychic weapons can cause harm to the targets mental self.
Weaknesses and Limitations:He can only create three weapons. Bow and Arrow, a Dagger, and Hand grenade. He hardly materializes the hand grenade because it takes alot of concentration to materialize the grenade and use it. If he does materialize the hand grenade he will fall unconscious and stay out for a few days.
It really isn't know how many weapons he actually can actually materialize.
These weapons cannot cut or harm solid matter. They are really only used for Justin's telepathic powers.
When he materializes the weapons they generate light. If he needs to be stealth this would give away his position.
He cannot physically harm his target with the weapons. The weapons are just tools to get the connect to his target that he needs in order to create illusions in their mind.
Telepathic Illusion Creation When Justin's Psychic weapons are impale into someone he is able to create illusions in their mind.
Strengths:With the Telepathic Illusions he can change his appearance and the appearance of others with no problem at all.
If he has heard a persons voice he is able to use the desired voice in his illusions.
While creating the illusions, if Justin was to cause a person harm the target would think that their body was experiencing the pain that was in that illusion.
Weaknesses and Limitations:When Justin is casting Illusions he can't change the look of the area that the persons in.
The effects of the Illusions only affects 8 foot radius.
When using the Illusions he can only cast the illusions in one person's mind. He can change the looks of anyone in the 8 foot radius.
He can only maintain the Illusion for 10 minutes, after the 10 minutes the longer he hold the illusions the more pain the migraine causes.
In the illusion, once he causes the target harm, the illusion he creates stops.
The only way Justin can cause them pain in his illusions is by using his psychic weapons. If he harms them with anything other than his weapons he can't cause them pain.
The Psychic weapons have to be in the person to sustain the effects of his telepathic illusions. So if he is using a dagger he would have to keep the dagger inside that person. Which in some cases would be a hard thing to do.
The only way Justin could cast an illusion on multiple people is by using weapons whom scope is more than one person. For example, if Justin wanted to cast an illusion on three people at the same time the hand grenade would have the scope to hit all three. With the dagger, the scope is normally one person. Unless he had two daggers, then the scope would be two people.

History Of Your CharacterJustin was born to a court reporter and an air plane parts builder in the city of Cleveland, Ohio. Both of his parents were normal humans who worked hard for their family. Justin is the middle child of three, and he is the youngest boy. Justin parents raised their children to achieve or to do better than what they had done themselves. They pushed their children to be the best in what ever the children wanted to do. This lesson is present in all of their children, in the things that the children have done or are doing. His parents made sure that their children had everything they needed to live comfortably. His parents also taught their children not to judge anyone and to accept them for who they are. Justin has had a worry free childhood.
Justin has just turned 16 a few months back, he was sitting in his math class when his head starts to throb. Justin shrugged the throbbing off thinking that it maybe the fact that he could be thinking to hard in his math class. He began paying attention to the lesson the teacher was giving the class, then he started to get a really bad headache. Justin began rubbing his temples. He realized that this wasn't relieving the pain he was having in his head. Justin thought that if he didn't focus on the headache it would go away, so he began to pay attention to the lesson again. This time the head ache started to hurt even more and the pain continued though out his whole head. The pain was so great that it began to mess with Justin's vision. He asked his teacher if it was ok to go the bathroom, the teacher nodded. Justin got up from his desk and left the classroom and walked towards the bathroom. Once Justin made it to the bathroom he fell to the floor grabbing his head with both of his hands rubbing he temples. As Justin was rubbing his head his friend Gideon walked in. Gideon saw that his friend was in pain so he knelt down and ask Justin if he was ok. Justin couldn't hear him, all he was worried about was the pain he was feeling. Gideon reached his hand towards Justin's right hand. When Justin noticed this he began to reach his right hand out to tell Gideon to just leave him be, a Dagger materialized in his right hand. The grayish blue dagger then impaled Gideon. Once the dagger materialized Justin's headaches subsided. When Justin realized this, he lifted his head to tell Gideon his headache had left him, but he noticed the grayish blue dagger that was in Gideon's hand.Gideon was in shock at what he had just noticed that he didn't speak or move. Once that happened their principal walked into the bathroom. The Principal asked the two what they were doing. Gideon replied, "Nothing. I was just trying to make sure my friend was ok. He had a very bad headache." As Gideon said that, he scratched his head with the hand that was impaled with the dagger and noticed that the dagger wasn't in his hand anymore. Both Justin and Gideon look at Gideon's hand and Justin's hand but, there was no dagger. The Principal told them both get to class before they both got detention. Gideon turns to Justin and tells him, "I don't know what just happen but just know your my friend, and if your a mutant you could tell me, just don't hurt me with your powers. I'll see you after class." Gideon smiles at Justin and begins to walk away. As Gideon walks away Justin noticed that Gideon's eyes were glowing the same color as his dagger, and that he still had the dagger in his hand. Justin just knew that the dagger wasn't there and that Gideon's eyes were normal.Gideon moved far away from the dagger to leave his hand. Once the dagger left his hand his eyes returned to normal. He looked back at Justin and asked if he was going to class. Justin nodded. Then the both of them left the bathroom.
After school Justin told Gideon about his mutation and what had happen in the bathroom. Gideon didn't freak out, he told Justin that he would keep his secret and would help him with anything that he would need. Both of them made the agreement to work on Justin mastering his ability. So everyday after school Justin and Gideon would go to a wooded area that wasn't inhabited by anyone, so no one could see what they were doing. Each day Justin would work on his mutation. Justin realized more about his abilities he was able to create a bow and arrow as well as an Dagger. He worked on being able to materialize his weapons with ease and little concentration. He also learned more about his telepathic illusion abilities. He could change someone else appearance in his illusions. He also discovered that if he caused harm to the target in the illusion, that it would trick the targets brain into thinking that the target had sustained those injuries. It looked as though that Justin training was paying off.
Justin and Gideon began his training again. This time Justin wanted to see if he could create a hand grenade. Justin hadn't tried to create an new weapon for a while. So he thought to give it a try. Justin had began concentrating on materializing a hand grenade. He began to focus more and more. He was concentrating so hard that his head began to throb. As Justin began to concentrate more and more , his head began to ache more and more. His head was aching so bad that his nose began to bleed. Justin started sweat really bad. Gideon asked if Justin wanted to stop, but Justin want to continue. The pain Justin felt was becoming so bad that he fell to his knees. Justin felt that his body could not hold up trying to materialize the hand grenade. Right when he was about to collapse from the pain, a hand grenade materialized in both of his hands. Justin looked up at Gideon and smiled faintly and collapsed. When Justin came to he was in a hospital with his family around him. His parents had this look of disgust and relief on their faces. His siblings were happy to see he was ok.
After Justin left the hospital, his sentencing for being a mutant had started. Justin's parents had their son leave the school and start being home schooled. He wasn't aloud out of the house with out one of his parents with him. His parents had special keys to the windows in his room and the doors to the house so he couldn't leave the house without them know. Justin didn't think that this would happen when his parents would find out about his mutation. He thought that how his parents raised him was how they felt. This punishment lasted for a few months. He finally realized that he needed to find a way to go and work on mastering his powers. He had stumbled across website that talked about a possible school for mutants. The website only said that this school was located in New York and that was about it. So Justin had to plan his escape to go an try to find this school. Justin packed up a suit case full of his clothing and packed his book bag full of the things he would need when he left. Justin walked down the stairs and saw that the only person in the room was him father. Justin materialized his bow and arrow and aimed the arrow at his father's left leg. He shot the arrow and hit his target. Justin then created the illusion that he was his little sister. He walked up to his dad and asked him to open the door so he could get in the car and go to school. His father asked him what the bags were for. And he replied he was going his friends house for a sleep over. His father nodded and opened the door for him. Justin ran out of the door. As he made it to the edge of the the drive way he heard a voice call out to him. It was his little sister. Her eyes were red from crying. She asked Justin if she would see him again he said she will. And he also told her that he would keep in contact with her and that this was something he had to do. And to keep this secret. She promised she would and gave him a kiss on the cheek and let her brother leave in his cab, that had just arrived.

Sample RP:Justin had arrived in New York, New York. He figured that he could find out where this school is located to he could attend. The only problem was where could he start his search, and how to do his search stealthy. His stomach began to growl. So he figured to hail a cab to take him to the nearest pub, he could get something to eat and try to find out where this school is located. Justin flagged down a cab and opened the door and sat in the back seat.
Once Justin sat down, he told the cab driver, "
To the nearest pub." Justin sat in the back of the yellow cab with a smile on his face. Justin had thought to his self, "
I can finally use my powers in piece. I just have to find out where this school is." Just as he finished his thought the driver stops the cab and turn his head and tells him,"
We are at you destination. That will be 10 bucks." Justin handed the cab driver 12, and told him to keep the change.
Justin stepped out of the cab and walked into the pub. He found a spot at the bar. He placed his luggage right next to him and had a seat at the bar. The bartender asked Justin what he wanted to drink. He had replied a water. As the bartender began fixing his water, the man sitting to Justin's left asked the bartender to turn up the tv. Once the tv was turned up Justin took interest in what was on the tv. On the tv was a newscaster talking about the most current mutant incident. Justin looked over at the man next to him, and noticed that the man had alot on his mind. Justin asked the man what he thought about the incident. The man replied, "
I'm happy there is a safe place for mutants. Not all mutants are monsters, or terrorists. There are mutants that a really young and just trying to figure out whats going on with them." The man pulls out a picture of his daughter and shows Justin. He then says, "
If she was a mutant I would send her to that school.... I mean place to keep her safe from this crazy world we live in." Justin just knew this man new more about this school or "Safe Place" he was talking about.Justin then instantly materialized a dagger and stabbed the man in his side. Once the dagger was inside of the man he created the illusion. Once Justin saw that the man was in the illusion state he put his head on the bar and made it look like he fell asleep.
Justin created the illusion of the mans daughter who was standing at the door of the pub in bloody clothing. The man asked his daughter what had happen to her. She didn't say anything she just look at him. Justin walked from behind his daughter, and told the man, "
I know that this image of your daughter has frightened you. I'm just looking for that safe place for mutants. Do you know of a school for mutants?" The man nodded. Justin asked the man, "
Could you tell me where the school is? I have nowhere to go and I am really looking for that school so I can have a place to lay my head." The man told Justin where he could find the school.
After the man told Justin about the school he woke up at the bar and found a beer sitting in front of him on top of a napkin. He looked to see if Justin was sitting next to him, but the chair was empty. The chair looked as though no one sat in in for some time. The man shrugged then grabbed the beer and saw that the napkin had thank you on it.
