Appearance He is a boy of above average height with some muscle to him. He usually doesn't take care of his hair very much so it's usually all over the place. He has a few scratches on him from the fights he has been in including a scar over his right eye from when someone almost slashed his eye out with a knife.

Character
Personality: Terry is a kind of person that would prefer to work alone unless he absolutely has to work with other people. This can be stemmed from the fear those around him have of his abilities and his inability to shift any sort of burden on other people due to his pride. That can cause him to appear a bit rude and arrogant to others, especially non-mutants since he doesn't think they have anything to offer him 90% of the time. Hobbies/ Interests: He likes eating since there are times where he can go a day or two without eating. Job or part time job and description: Running errands for the higher ups in the gang Fears/ phobias/ concerns: Terry is claustrophobic and will become rather violent if someone tries to put him in a small space such as a cage or a storage closet. Morality
Good/ bad/ neutral/ other: Neutral. Terry knows that sometimes you have to be aggressive and step over people to get what he wants in life, but he never felt to need to unnecessarily mess with someone if he can help it. His main interests are surviving and making sure he has his needs taken care of before anyone else whether they be human or mutant.
Mutations
Mutation description: Terry has the ability to generate ultrasonic blasts that can disorient, incapacitate, or even kill anyone that is able to hear it. He has only been able to kill someone once that was when he was under extreme duress. Otherwise he can usually make people vomit, experience double vision, and make people experience severe pain.
His powers will only affect the brain and eardrums. There may be some vibrations but they wouldn't do too much in battle. His power will be diluted (so to speak) when he uses his power in a wider range (3-5 yards) causing possibly a headache or mild hearing loss but it could be deadly when used in close range (standing right in front of him).
The amount of time someone will be affected by his attacks will depend on distance but the average person (1.5-2.5 yards) could be affected for 30-60 seconds which should be enough to get a shot in with a weapon or something. If they are farther away the duration will be less if they are closer it will be longer.
The max number of attacks he can do is three. Anything more will cause him to wear out. Strengths: - Immunity from all sound based attacks - Ability to target multiple enemies at once. Weaknesses and Limitations: - Inability to stop allies from being affected if they don't have proper ear protection. - If he uses his powers too much it may cause him to faint. - If he is extremely panicked then he will lose control of his powers. When he looses control it will knock him out for a long time (3-6 hours) and may be lethal to anybody in a 1 yard radius of him. - He is required to stand still for his attack so he is a sitting duck while attacking. - His attacks are partially blocked by physical barriers such as walls - His powers have no affect in a vacuum (such as in outer space) since there is no medium for sound to travel through.

General Physical Capabilities: Terry has a good amount strength, decent stamina, good speed, and a fair amount of stamina that has been accumulated due to the fights he has been due to his upbringing in a harsh orphanage and an even harsher gang of unfriendly mutants and humans. History Of Your Character
Terry was an orphan for as long as he could remember. He spent the greater amount of his life in an orphanage that had various inner city kids in Detroit. A lot of memories from his time in that orphanage included getting into fights with various kids for practically anything and getting tough punishments from the staff that worked there. It wasn't until he discovered his powers at the age of 15 did he finally get out there when the staff didn't feel like having a "freak" living with them when he blasted a few kids by accident.
He was later picked up by a mutant from New York who went by the name "BP" who had a rather thick Scottish accent and was able to control oil. He was a member of a gang that had both mutants and humans in its ranks that liked to cause general mayhem and make money wherever it could. He decided to take Terry with him to New York City since that was "where all the action was" and he thought he could impress some of the guys with a new recruit.
The next two years were then spent doing various grunt level odd jobs such as beating down rival gang members and robbing people where possible. It wasn't exactly noble work but if it helped ensure that he would be able to survive another day then he wasn't going to whine and complain about it. BP even trained him to use his powers, kind of, whenever he wasn't drinking or doing errands of his own. The only time things went really bad was when he killed a few people by accident because he was on the verge of death and his powers went haywire.

He was walking around Penn Station, on his way to take the subway, trying to figure out what exactly to do since he didn't have any errands to run and BP was too busy drinking himself into a coma. He was itching to blast a few people which was strange since he didn't usually try to actively seek fights. He figured it must have been his powers trying to find a release since he usually uses them on at least one person every day.
He decided to go up to a stand nearby and pickup a bottle of water and a newspaper. As he was flipping through it he saw an article about the X-Men that caused him to mentally scoff. Whenever he came across news of the X-Clowns he didn't know whether to shake his head or laugh. These guys constantly kiss up to the MRC in trying to arrest mutants under some BS guise of peace. They had a lot of nice ideas but he didn't see anything that could convince him that any of it was tethered in reality. He even thought, at times, that it was an act to try to wheel and deal their way into having a say in government for their own self interests. He wanted to fight one of them for himself to see whether they were all talk or not. He also wanted to increase his rep in the gang by beating one of the members of the group that had a hand in arresting some of his fellow gang members.
